Nice craft beer selection! Stopped in while passing through and grabbed a couple 4 packs. They have crowlers from a few breweries in their beer cave. Not much for singles but plenty of unique 4 packs.

The parking lot is clean. The store is well lit. The aisles clean, well stocked & wide. The cashier never acknowledged me. Only the person Im with. There was 1 worker & she didnt seem too friendly. She had the air about her of dont bother. Dont ask me questions. Im too busy stocking. She was snippy with her coworker right in front of customers who offered to help her when she got the chance. She replied in a snippy tone that shes doing it. I dont need any help. Then, she hurriedly went back to work. Working fast. I was getting dizzy watching her move super fast around the bottles. I was afraid that some would break. I might not ever return.

Ok bourbon selection. Prices are a tad high but Im okay with that as it is a local store. However, the more allocated stuff is priced at secondary which is too rich for a consumer like me. I get it that you want to discourage bottle flippers but Im trying to drink it not sell to other folks.

The owner is very friendly and personable. I always find what Im looking for, and they have new items like truly iced teas.

I absolutely LOVE their selection and the prices cannot be beat in this area. Not to mention they always have great bargains on their discount rack!! (Never had problem with it like some other reviwers) I would highly recommend this place to over any other store in the area (why give the city more of your hard earned cash at the municipal!), top notch establishment!

I love their wine selection! Much better then the municipal North Branch Liquor and noticeably cheaper by far. I would highly recommend this store.

The beer fridge here is awesome. I love their build your own 6 pack. If you dont like beer, they also have a fairly extensive wine selection. And the prices on spirits are relatively low compared to many other stores. I shop here whenever I can for home/parties/etc. Oh and they do offer a military discount.

They are wonderful! They will show you where stuff is, give you suggestions, help carry stuff to your car, and if youre buying a lot of liquor, dont be afraid to ask for a discount! Most of the time they are happy to give you a 10%!

We having been using this business for about 6 months, had great service and conversation. We bought 3 discounted boxes of wine. One of the boxes was Chardonnay, we opened it and the wine came out a dark brown color and smelled putrid. We took the box back to show them the issue and asked to apply the $5, that was the cost, to something else. We were refused and given some random excuse that they couldnt charge the distribution company for the bad wine, that is why is was discounted. So a discount means it is no longer good, i understand that the business would discount old, out of date stock, but when the product has clearly gone bad it is good customer service make accommodations. We asked to have the 5 dollars applied to another purchase, not a refund or anything of the sort.

LONG TIME CUSTOMER....NOT ANYMORE!I have be patronizing Tower Liquors for years. Yesterday, I went in to get a case of Bud Light tall-boys. There were none in the cooler, and there was an open shelf space for them. I asked the employee (could be the owner...not sure) Are you all out of cases of Bud Light Pounders? His response to me, and I kid you not was; Read the goddamn sign on the door! I was like, what? Im looking at the cooler door, and I see a small sign that said something about it being in the walk-in cooler. I couldnt believe he talked to me that way. Sure weve seen each other plenty over the years, but its not like were best buds or anything. I cant imagine talking to one of my customers that way! Well anyway, I walked over toward the other cooler, looked at him, then proceeded to walk out the door, and drive over to North Branch Liquors. At this point, I dont care what is said, or how conveniently located Tower Liquor is for me, I will never step foot in that store again.

There are quite a few options for liquor stores in north branch, but ive always come here because the beer selection is by far the greatest.Long story short, Ive been overcharged several times and Ive usually just brushed it off because its only a few dollars. Today I grabbed a bottle of wine that had a huge red sale tag that said 8.99 for some bogle merlot. After being rung up and my card already ran is when I caught the mistake, she had rung me up for 12.99. I understand its also my responsibility, and I could have easily caught this one, but since I was using a debit card its not as easy as just correcting the transaction.So I simply asked about it, since the wine was 8.99 why was I being charged about 15 dollars. I showed her the red tag that even said bogle merlot, matching the wine I grabbed, for 8.99. She showed me a different location where the wine sat, with a very different price and said see while looking at me like Im stupid. Its most certainly.not my job as a consumer to scan the store for other possible price discrepancies and that is the response I got from the cashier.After years of sending tons of business their way and purchasing literally all of my alcohol here, I will not return.
