Large furniture store with lots to choose from. The lady who assisted us was very nice. She greeted us at the door and then let us look around on our own. Which is the way I like it once we made a decision on what we wanted she was easy to find and very knowledgeable about the furniture. We purchased it and they will deliver it in 2 weeks! Had great sale prices also?
We love shopping at Levin! The furniture is high quality and is going to last my granddaughter a lifetime. This was purchased as a surprise for her today. Bernardo is our most excellent salesman and I asked for him after having made another large purchase from him a few months back. He is knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. We will definitely be shopping at Levin again! Thank you for another great shopping experience.
Lucky it got 1 star after the promo they sent me containing false advertising. Not happy. But Mattress firm was more than transparent and helpful and they got my $3400 sale.

I enjoyed my visit to Levin Furniture, located in North Canton, Ohio, earlier this afternoon (Thursday, August 19, 2021). However, what stood out to me most was the wonderfully fabulous store sales consultant, Karen Sweeney. Karen was exceptionally sweet and kind, exhibiting astute knowledge and a keen sense of affable service--which is rare to find these days. I appreciate her taking the time to help us!
I placed an order for a sofa and a love seat at the beginning of June from the North Canton store. The sales associate that I placed my order with was Michelle. I recently called to check the status of my order. When I spoke to her she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She said that my sofa should be in by the middle of October. So I called back today to get another update because I had not heard anything. She again was very rude and lied to me about my order saying it would not be available until February.The way this woman treats customers is absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. She should not be working in customer service if this is how she conducts business. Needless to say, I had more furniture that I wanted to buy but because of the way I was treated by her in your store, I will gladly spend my money somewhere else.
What a easy experience. Met at the door and asked if they could help us and explained the discounts being offered. Friendly but not at all pushy. we looked around for a while then the sales person asked if saw a couple other items that fit the description of what we wanted. We had not noticed them but she showed them to us. They were perfect, exactly what we were looking for at a great price.Quality, service, great price and great service too.
The store is off the beaten path but it’s very nice. Their showroom is full but not cluttered and laid out nicely. They have a large selection of many major brands. The salesperson was very helpful but gave us space to roam. The prices are slightly high but this is not the cheap stuff and you get what you pay for. It took four months for our special-order furniture to arrive but everyone else was telling us SIX months. The delivery guys were great and fast, too. They even took off their shoes before walking on our new carpet without being asked. Unfortunately, the sofa came with the wrong fabric but they are working to correct that. Overall, we are quite pleased with Levin and will do business with them again, Im sure.
The first time I went in was to buy a new sofa. Carrie was fantastic! She greeted us then let us browse on our own for a while. She answered all of our questions and made she we got the best promotion. We went back in last week to purchase a coffee table and worked with Carrie again. She helped us choose one that would go with the sofa I bought as well as fit the style of my living room. She does a great job of being helpful without us feeling pressured or being followed around the store like some places. All of the sales people at Levin are like that, helpful but not overbearing. I will go back and recommend Levin and Carrie to friends and family.

So we ordered furniture back in May was told these were stock items. Which I just now found out that does NOT mean they are in stock, it means they are items they normally have in stock-semantics. Was told at the time of the order, It would be delivered mid July, it has since gotten pushed out to January 2022! Do not order furniture from here, if you need it within 6 months! They will mislead you to get the sale up front. We may end up canceling this order altogether. As it just looks like we may never get it. Was told previously after leaving a review we would be contacted. No one ever contacted us, so I called and was told January 2022.The name associated with our order is Robert Smith
Loved the wide variety of furniture to choose from. Cathy Strobelt assisted us and she was very helpful. We will return for all our furniture needs. We feel the furniture we purchased is very well made and reasonably priced.

Our sales person, Julie, was absolutely fantastic. Low pressure, very knowledgeable and super friendly. She also seemed to hone right in on our needs and that really helped. Carrie was the lady who helped us out today and she was fantastic. We asked a few dozen questions and she was very patient and kind in handling them. We needed help we the options and style choices and she walked us through it all.The selection and options available on the dining set we purchased we couldnt find anywhere else for the price (it helped that they had a spring sale).Overall an excellent experience with friendly staff happy to be a Levin customer.
Great sales help. Would have given 5 stars but the credit I had from the insurance I took out only could be used at one time so I had to purchase something I did not need or loose the difference. I was only able to use on non clearnce items but the last time I was able to use on clearance items.. that changed.

Dave is the best. He is lets you take your time and is super understanding. He helps guide you but isn’t pushy. We are lurching multiple rooms and have made a few trips to accomplish our orders and we only go when he is there. The selection is great, lots of price ranges and styles. I shopped around and Dave gave far superior service than anyone at the other FIVE places we looked. Please ask for Dave he deserves extra business after putting up with the pickiest couple in the world.
It was a very good experience with a wonderful down to earth salesman. I shopped for couches and rugs. However, my fear is that they will go bankrupt again before I get my furniture.

Ordered a couch and ottoman from this location back in March of 2021. It took over 4 months for our couch to be delivered to us after we were told it would take a maximum of 2 months. We are currently still waiting on our ottoman to be delivered and it’s been over 6 months now. Every time I call for a update I’m always told “oh it’ll be in by the end of this month..”There have been zero efforts to compensate for the extremely late furniture that we’ve already paid for in full. And no efforts to move this along any faster.Will not purchase from this company again.
I had a great experience at the Levin Canton location. I finally found an oversized couch after nearly two years of looking. My salesman, Michael I believe, was very helpful and listened and had excellent suggestions ultimately leading to my purchase. I will be back again.
Salesman knew his merchandise and was able to show me reclining chairs that fit my short figure and will be comfortable to sleep in.

Have been waiting five months for a couch order. They keep pushing back the date with little to no explanation. Hoping it actually comes soon and I can give them a better rating because while its not entirely their fault, I wish I wouldve been warned it might be THIS long.Edit: Ive seen your reply, what difference would it make if I contacted you now? Its been pushed back every month. Its not like magically itll be here after leaving a review. But no worries, Wayside has couches in stock. Will be canceling my order here :)
We found 2 accent chairs that we liked and they were both in stock. They will be delivered in a few days. Our sales rep was easy to work with and was not high pressure. We will shop there again.

Ask for Cathy! She was great! I hate when you go into a furniture store and they hound you before you even get a chance to look at anything. Cathy was fantastic and gave me time to explore but was there if I had questions or needed help with what furniture was in stock as I needed furniture more timely than furniture that would need special ordering. She also gave me time to check out mattresses and showed me many different options within my budget. I was very happy with her service.
Looked at my receipt when I got home from buying some living room accent tables and saw that it said customer assembly required. These were not cheap tables(over $1600).a call to the store confirmed this. I was supposed to pick them up at the store when they came in. I was told if I paid almost $200 for delivery they would be assembled. Obviously I cancelled the order and told them they could keep them! Buyer beware !!!
Jeremy banks was my sleep specialist. He took extremely good care of me. Even sang to me while testing different products. A little rough, but hey we all cant be American idols!

Shopping for a new sectional. Levin had a great selection, no high pressure sales tactics. Bernie introduced himself, and said he would check on us periodically, if we needed him he could be paged. We were able to easily order the sectional we wanted in the color that we preferred.Checkout took less than 5 minutes. All of our questions and concerns were satisfactorily answered.
Carrie took care of me and went above and beyond to make my decision easy. The furniture very nice and I am looking forward to receiving my piece.
Very helpful associates! We went mattress shopping and we were able to pick out and take home our mattress today at a very reasonable price. Other stores all had a waiting period for delivery over a month long. The man that helped us was named Mark Ward and he was very kind and let us have some space to shop around without hovering or pressuring us to buy. Were very happy with Levin and our shopping experience!

Bought our living room furniture here. We were helped right away and then he backed off to let us look on our own- I appreciate that. I had ordered a bedroom set from another store but ended up canceling it and buying one from Levins- just felt more comfortable with our experience. The only drawback is the wait time, which is at any place you go right now. I will say we got a call about 2 weeks layer and the delivery date was moved up significantly which tells me they are trying to solve the problem. Also, Id like to mention that my husband is disabled and we were brought a wheelchair for him right away, which was really appreciated.
Carrie was very knowledgable as she asked me why had trouble sleeping,she let me tryout a couple of mattresses and told me which ones were best fit for me.l bought the one I liked,can’t wait to start sleeping better!

Not sure how I feel about this place. Value City sold me a living room suit claiming it was literally in stock, took my money paid un full then switched the guaranteed delivery date after waiting 3 months. I started doing research and found out the supply chain has become disrupted due to covid and they actually order through a direct supplier. Anyway when I came to this store the salesman was more honest and transparent with my wife and I about the length of order, but when checking up on this company I found a lot of complaints about longer waits here than advised but nothing about orders not being filled or being mislead...Im going to wait until next year for furniture and you can judge for yourself*
People in store was friendly but the wait for items is awful, bought loveseat and couch bought in 5-18-2021 got loveseat couch is late oct to Nov never bought anything upfront and got nothing in return and then have to wait

Wow! Amazing customer service!My sofa chaise was initially on back order until end of may.With COVID going on still, I found out my furniture delivery was delayed until August! However…Levin management did an amazing job and got me my sofa chaise the first week of June.I am MORE than pleased with how they handled this situation and would HIGLHY recommend Levin Furniture to anyone that I know
Well 1st of all I feel when a company wants to get a hold of you if theyre coming to your house to do a repair they should call you personally and not have a recorder call you. Also when the gentleman came to the house he was supposed to fix what order I had in for him to do, he said he needed to report the order and get back with us and fix the issue. It was already reported and pictures were sent. Also my appointment was to be between 1 and 2:00 p.m. today and they came at 11:00 a.m. Im very disappointed in the furniture store probably will never buy from them in the future. I didnt accept nothing less than a new chair Id never want the furniture store in my home again because they cant keep their appointment times correct and they cant finish the job the 1st time they come!
Steven was so nice & amazingly helpful! He worked to get the best fit for me & save me money plus got me more options. There were no pushy sales tactics & I ended up with exactly what I wanted whilst saving money. I can’t recommend Steven enough and the quality of Levin furniture.

Went there today to find a sectional and new bed frame for our new house. We thought we were going to be in and out since we had an idea of what we already wanted. Sadly the furniture we had originally picked out wasn’t going to fit, but John was very helpful getting us the perfect furniture for our new home!!
My wife and I ordered a sofa set at the end of September 2020. We were told that since we had ordered it the exact same way the floor model was, that we would receive it within 12-16weeks. 18 weeks had passed and we did not receive any update on delivery, so I reached out to them and they pushed the date out, without calling and communicating that to us. This ended up happening 2 more times, with us having to reach out to them for an update. Finally we decided because lack of communication and poor customer service that we were just going to cancel our order and get refunded. We were told that we could not cancel the order because it was too close to our delivery date. So here we are, 8 months later and we were finally getting it delivered and then it would not fit through our door, the delivery guys took it back to the store, they reached out to me this time to inform us that we STILL weren’t able to get any type of refund, not even store credit because it was a special order. We do not understand how this was even a special order due to the fact that we ordered exactly like the floor model. So now we are stuck with a $3,000 sofa set that we can’t even get into our house.
I had given up hope in finding a quality wooden dining room table. Went to Levins and found a beautiful table, four chairs & bench at half the cost of everywhere else. Karen Sweeney was patient & so helpful. In fact, we returned the next day, asked for Karen & bought an end table, coffee table & lamp. Both times Karen understood my taste in furniture & budget and didnt seem like a salesperson but a personal consultant!Update-we unfortunately did not receive our beautiful furniture before company went out of business. And with no information from them & a new empty house, we had to buy furniture elsewhere. Which was difficult to do during a pandemic. BUT! We did finally receive our money back! What an amazing owner!

I don’t leave too many reviews but i pretty upset and want everyone to be aware. Last time i did business with levin was frustrating. I purchased a entire bedroom set plus mattress and a kitchen table. It took them 3 times to get the delivery right. The first 2 times they delivered to the wrong address. Twice. But my bill came to the right address 🤷🏻♂️ Don’t get me wrong the sales team and delivery guys are great. The product was great in that case. just couldn’t get the delivery right.Now this time i returned to purchase a full wall entertainment stand. Once again, Sales person amazing, Delivery team awesome they actually were able to deliver it with in three days! The issue this time is the product. I purchased a $2,500 entertainment stand and while the delivery team was putting it together they found all kinds of issues, Not enough hardware, Wrong pieces, and the absolute worst part was poorly repaired pieces!!! Apparently this unit was pre inspected as well. If i pay that kind of money for entertainment center i expect it to be brand new. Mind you i didn’t say yeah i’ll take a demo one for a price reduction, i paid full price plus the 15% off they were offering. I work 60 hours a week and a single dad, my entire living room is now sitting in the kitchen for another week until they can exchange the unit. Very unfortunate. Trying to post pictures.
The sales specialist Michelle Allison was great. Michelle was friendly, courteous and listened to what we were looking for. She directed us to pieces that maybe a proper fit and let us decide on what we liked. We did not feel pressured. Michelle took the time to answer our questions and concerns.

My wife and I have been married 16 years and just purchased our first new living room set. We dealt with Jeremy and were beyond impressed, he knows his products and never tried to up sell us on anything. He was more concerned about us being comfortable with our purchase than with how much we spent. Definitely recommend visiting here if you are looking for furniture of any kind!
Like there furniture, but very inconvenient when I live far away and they refuse to take any payment or orders over the phone, most all other places have no problem taking your card payments over ph..so we are gonna start shopping other stores, convenience is king now a days, sorry Levin,s
This was the best most accommodating furniture store Ive been to. When I had a few issues John helped solve all of them. Everyone was great from hello to goodbye. They had a huge selection. Upfront about the inventory and very accommodating with delivery.
After going to four other furniture stores, I went to Levin in North Canton. I never thought I’d find what I was looking for. Steve met me at the door and helped me. He was the kindest man. He took his time with me, I never felt rushed or pushed into buying anything. I even changed my mind and he said let’s go back and look at it again to make sure that’s what you want. He even gave me ideas and saved me a lot of money. Next time instead of wasting my time going to other stores, I’ll just drive to Levin and hope that Steve is there. Great experience!

Over the years we have bought quite a bit of furniture from Levins in North Canton. The problem we are having is that we have a leather recliner that needs fixed and we have been trying for over a year now to get it repaired. Their repairman Rick, came to our house approx 2 months ago and said it needed a small piece of wood inserted to make the chair operational. He said he would return the following week. We have called and left messages every other day. My point is that Levins does not have people to service what they sell. Every time we call them they act as if they are doing us a big favor to contact their one and only repairman. Please be sure and get it in writing before you buy from Levins that they will service what they sell promptly.We are very unhappy with their service.Ted SLouisville, Ohio
We moved from Cincinnati to Cuyahoga Falls in June of 2020 and needed a couch and a coffee table, so we looked around. Levin has many knowledgeable and helpful sales people that didn’t seem pushy. The poor guy that helped us even grabbed a coffee table so I could see if it went with the color of the couch I wanted. It took our furniture awhile to be delivered because of covid, but customer service was easy to reach to answer my questions on ETA.All in all very happy, I’d recommend this location to anyone looking for new furniture. Our new couch is everything I wanted and very comfy!

We had $150 credit certificate to use by 1/19/2021 because of an unused warranty at time of purchase. Tyler greeted us, we told him why we were there, and he left us to look. No badgering everytime we looked at something else. We found a floor lamp that we love, and only cost us $40. If there would have been more interesting glass/mirror/metal coffee tables we would have purchased one of those as well. Levins only downfall is that the majority is all lift top wood in various versions.

John Patterson was a fantastic salesman. He was very knowledgeable on all the furniture. He was not pushing and only came around when we had a question. We shopped at several other places but found out the quality of furniture is not same at Levins.
Bought a Mattress and a Mattress Protective Cover Plan that comes with three free replacements over the course of 10 years, first time tried to get the cover replaced I was told this was no longer a service and the warranty company went bankrupt and couldn’t refund or replace the mattress cover. Paid for a service I never received. Extremely Disappointed.
Went in on the sunday of the browns game and they were closing early for said game. It wasnt super high pressure to browse there. Went back a few weeks later to purchase the couch I had my eye on. The person who waited on me was helpful and not pushy. Still awaiting delivery on my couch but if its like the display model, I should be quite happy.

Spent a lot if money at Levins. Bought a king size mattress and I PROTECT MATTRESS PAD. WAS TOLD IT HAD 10 YEAR WARRANTY but since new owners took over they no longer honor that warranty. They will no longer get my business either or anyone I can talk to!!😩 Very poor customer service.
