I really like this store. I primarily come to buy Carhartt gear when I need it, but they also have a fine selection of many other things.

In store is fine. But never again will I order online. I spent almost a thousand dollars on a pressure washer, waited over 3 weeks and never got it.Im going to respond here because Im not waiting on hold again. Hold times are about 30 minutes. I ordered it but then found out you require a signature to deliver. Im not taking a day off work to wait for it. So I cancel the order and noticed that Im being refunded about $100 less. So I guess Ill be calling anyways, but this is the last thing Ill buy from any TSC.

The staff was extremely helpful in helping me choose my chicken coop and helped me load it up into my car! Im very pleased with my purchase and service

The staff are very warm. Reminds me of the southern hospitality. : )I get my propane tank filled here at a much better price than when I trade it in some place else.

Most of the staff are wonderful, and they almost always have everything I need in stock. 4 stars because of repeated visits with the same woman at the cash register who thought it was cool to wear a mask below her nose. I now do online orders and pickup and will until Covid ends.

Purchased a trailer from TSC. The store associates went above and beyond. From helping with the credit application, to finding the right drop receiver for the trailer. Makayla, Matt, and Jeremiah were outstanding resolving some of the issues. I will continue to shop at the North Canton location for years to come because of the quality of people who work there.

The best ID tags! High quality, lots of options, fast shipping, amazing customer service. My dog is very active (hikes, play dates, swimming, etc) and these tags hold up to his busy life.

Store manager he is rude to all customers!!!!!I would not go back because of him he only cares about online orders and putting store stock away he dont help u I had to chase him around to talk to him because he wouldnt stand and talk to me seemed like he had better things to do and I was bugging him plz look into better customer service tsc all other worker were great but him. And he needs to make sure the worker clean the chickens up before they but them on the floor to sell them !!!!! They cant go out looking dirty and crusty mess !!!!!!!!

Ive always had outstanding customer service when I come to shop. Today they did not have the part I needed and that has never happened and Matt went over and beyond to call a different place that did have the part I needed he saved me time and a world of stress very thankful.

I go there for shots for my puppy. They have shots there that you can buy. It comes with everything you need to give your dog its own shots for like $12. Much cheaper than $100 plus at the vet! Its very easy I have done several times now!

I started using this TS recently when i changed jobs and now work right down the street. I have found the staff to be friendly knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I buy a lot of propane and Dave has been very helpful. He has also educated me a bit on the various details surrounding filling and discharge of my tanks, i thank him for his outstanding customer service. I have also had a chance to interact with at least one of the store managers and he was fantastic. I highly recommend this store, its obvious to me they care about making sure their customers are taken care of.

I stopped in today to pick up 10 gallon galvanized steel containers to store bird seed in. The squirrels have eaten through my plastic containers again.This is a great place to find items used around the home, especially outside. Many hardware items you cant find at the n larger home stores.The store is small enough that you can get in and out quickly.

I love Tractor Supply dont get me wrong. The only reason why I didnt give it 5 Stars was I had to wait entirely too long at the desk for a pickup that I had ordered online. If they can improve that or put a bell on the desk so the sales staff will know someones waiting, I believe that would be a help.

Only place I buy my dog and cat food. Have a lot of options. And reasonably priced. Even the grain free options which is what I buy. Also have alot of other neat items. Staff is knowledgeable and always on their game.

My father-in-law in the Farm Land mountains of PA shops at Tractor Supply for his estate. When we moved from PGH to here in Ohio, we were pleased to find this Tractor Supply store on Whipple Avenue. Not only does this store have a variety of quality products, their employees are knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service.

Very courteous employees. One gentleman loaded a cart with eight bags of dog food for me. This gentleman also loaded it into my truck for me, he was very helpful.

Needed materials quick. The Tractor Supply staff had everything ready when I got to the store. Very helpful.

Pricey but nice enough to make sense, 1 glass of craft beer about the price of a 6pack of craft but thats kind of the standard at most places these days, pizza is their thing so start there. Gone seriously downhill. Once I was treated like a customer who’s business was valued: but no longer. Completely ignored as I searched for an item. One young girl who could have cared less looked me straight in the eye without enquiring if she could me, then turned around and walked away. That was when I walked out.

Camo, rednecks & such. This place to me is a farm hardware store. Many times if I need something somewhat obscure, they have it. Not a bad place just not one of my regular stops.

Me and my wife are truck drivers for usx, so we’ve been to a lot of tractor supply stores, this one was one of the best, I get not all truck drivers have common courtesy and sense and some of the drivers for usx give the company a bad name for being late, rude, and using their bathrooms and trashing them. So we do run into a lot of awkward hellos with the employees there, this one however was different. Very nice and welcoming, they even gave our dog some treats, place was clean and more organized than others we been to. Thanks tractor supply for seeing we’re not all the same out here. Look forward to delivering here again in the future.

From electric fence supplies to chicken feed, they have it. For small hobby farmers, to those who farm for a living. TSC is always a good place to look for your outdoor needs. Dont forget though, they have supplies for your domestic pets, canning and garden, and housewares/decorations.

Its a really cool store, I bought a belt there for my Toro for $18 whereas the Toro dealership wanted over $50.

Employees are very helpful and beat place to buy dog food. Get more for your money.

They didnt have insulated rubber gloves or insulated mens base layer long john shirts in stock in January with below zero temps coming. I had a 10% neighbors coupon that I forgot to use until after I paid and the cashier said I couldnt use! And the cashier also forgot to ask for our phone number for our neighbors rewards either!

My husband and I shopped there today. We waited behind someone who brought their dog to the store. They put their dog on the counter, payed for their items, and visited with the cashier. After waiting several minutes behind them while the one and only cashier and customer played with the dog, we gave up and left.
