Exceptional service. I am very pleased with my decision to order with US Hardware Supply. I placed my order about 10pm on 9/18 and received it on 9/22. I am a HUD/REO listing broker and ordered keys and lockboxes. My order was delivered 100% accurate. I have used other supply companies in the past and it has taken several weeks to receive my order with missing products. I am definitely going to be sticking with US Hardward Supply from now on!

The products are not categorized as clearly as other online stores do which confused/misled me to order a wrong model of a product. The return cost me more than $200 because of shipping and restocking. Other online suppliers do not charge restocking for the same products. I would never ever try to buy anything from this store again. I would never ever recommend it either.
