The whole team at Freedom is excellent to work with. I have never met a friendlier and more customer driven team. Whatever the issue is they will help or try to assist. I did not buy the bike at this dealership (because they did not have what I wanted in stock at that time) but still treat you like part of the family. I go to them for any accessories or parts I needed after the purchase. If you are looking for a great motorcycle, parts or service you need to stop at this dealership.

Well I only went in for a chain link but they were all so helpful. Very nice greeting from a lady at a counter near the door. Spending only a few dollars, the guys at the parts counter were very helpful. Just an all around good experience. I do recommend them for these facts.

While shopping for something from the display case we had a man standing right behind us pretending to be a security gaurd. We were the only people in the store and another employee was helping us already. We were treated very poorly and it was not pleasant to be treated that way.

Sam and Audrey were excellent and easy to work with. Harley Davidson offers a promotion for military to get reimbursed for taking a qualified motorcycle safety course. The reimbursement is with a Harley gift card. My wife was the first to approach them with this promotion and they worked very hard over several days dealing with Harley Corporate to figure out how to handle the promotion. In the end they worked everything out and got her the gift card. When I am in the market for a new bike I would definitely come see them. If they work that hard to get you a small gift card they really have to be great when your spending thousands of dollars. Thank you for taking care of my wife and being friendly through the process.

Made an appointment on February 23rd to have a bike tuned on the 28th. Just in case they could get it in quicker, I took it up on the 25th. Unload, pull the bike in, the manager and I were talking about the tune. In the conversation i had said its going to Florida on the 5th of March for bike week. He goes, oh I dont think I can get it in that quickly. I said the appointment is for Thursday. Mind you I called off Monday to make sure it was up there, live an hour away, made an appointment, got the bike there early. Manager told me sorry. This is exactly why Harley Davidson is going down hill. I now have 4 hours of my life wasted because a manager and the people he employed under him cant get on the same page!

Of all the other local dealerships, this one was the most helpful. The salesman I dealt with was honest and very friendly. I didnt buy from them because I found an amazing deal from a private seller, but I would shop here again. *** UPDATE 3 years later*** I stopped in today just 15 minutes before they closed. All I had was a question about updating the software on my FLHXS... The people were super friendly and Kane in service did the update with a minute to spare. 5:59pm. I will be utilizing this dealer and service dept. as my go-to from this point forward. Thanks Freedom H.D. for not being like so many of the other shops....Yall are real good in my book!!

This place is a JOKE and a rip off tell you bring your bike in and they will hook up computer to it to fine out whats wrong and two days later you call them and they tell you that they took apart your side cover and you did not give them the ok to do that so they just put the parts in the side cover and bolt it back on and they wont you to pay for something you did not ok. Thats why people are trading in there HD for a Indian better bike and you dont need to sale your house to fix it.. plus they wont tear your bike apart before they talk to you!!!!!
