I have had a storage unit at the SecurCare in Canton, OH (Highline Ave location) for the past 2 1/2 years and have only good things to say. I had a problem one day with the latch on the door and they had someone out there to fix it almost immediately. I recently got rid of several large items and had rented a smaller unit but when I went to move my things I realized the new one was not nearly big enough. It was before they even opened but the manager was there and within 15 minutes managed to find me another available unit. Really saved the day because Im not sure what I would have done. All the people I have dealt with there have been super nice and very accommodating.

This storage facility was conveniently located making it easy to access any needed items. Deanna was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She showed me the unit I was interested in and it was very clean and dry. She even gave me tips on how to place furniture in the unit to maximize space. We followed her suggestions it made a huge difference. Everything was clearly explained and there were no surprises. I highly recommend this facility.

I have used secure self storage for quite a while now. They were the best priced storage place I could find. The ladies in the office are the sweetest! They genuinely care about their customers. I see them once a month to pay my bill and they always remember my name and ask how my business is going. They take very good care of the grounds. This will always be my 1st choice for storage.

This is my second time dealing with Extra Space Storage and I am once again satisfied. I find their process for reserving and receiving a unit very simple and accommodating. When I reserved my unit this time and went in to pay for my unit I dealt with Deana Montisano and I thought she was incredible. She was super friendly and helpful and got me exactly what I needed and made sure I understood everything that had to do with my unit, including showing me the size I was considering just to make sure everything I was planning on storing would work in that sized unit. I am very pleased with my experiences with Extra Space Storage and I am so happy I found them for my storing needs!

First time getting storage unit and actually found a place a little cheaper but after talking to Deana and meeting her I decided on this place. She is very professional and helpful and units are clean and very well maintained.

I rented a unit here 9 months ago based upon the good reviews but have had such a bad experience. First of all when I initially went there to fill out paperwork they have a huge sign that says first month free, I inquired about it and they said no it wasnt offered to my size unit. Next, when we would go to load more stuff we found frogs inside our unit! Lastly when we were finally ready to move out we got the surprise of a mold infestation! Now a lot of our belongings are a total loss. We paid $1000 to these people for safe storage and now have to replace many items. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
