James and Michael were amazing to us! They helped us out so much for our move! They have us pointers on supplies that we might need. They were able to help us work out a plan for the trailer for the exact amount of time we needed! They also showed us a packing pointer checklist that was DEFINITELY on point for what we need! Thank you SO MUCH! Definitely will recommend to friends and to family! You guys are AWESOME!!!!!

Excellent service, you find everything you need to move from home or state, I also used the warehouses for a year and my things were just as I kept them there, they have a lot of security regarding these warehouses. We rented the largest truck and it was easy to drive and very safe as long as you drive at the regulated speed for these trucks and also the regulated weight.

Ive used U-Haul rentals from countless locations with zero issues. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about this location.When I went to pickup the truck, the clerk (Michael) was unprofessional. They did not have the truck ready. No dolly, which had been paid for.The kid took a picture of my drivers license with his phone, because their card reader wasnt working. They cheat you with add on insurance when you complain to customers service. They give you the run around. Tell you have to file a formal complaint. Dont deal with haul storage please

The 6x12 isnt 6 foot opening couldnt use it at all so 48$ down the drain! Dont get one if u need the 6-2 cause opening is 5-8

Make sure you check the vehicle you rent because u have employees dont do a very good job . They rented us a u haul with a big chunk out of the tire. Lucky we all made it back safe. WOW scary!

Uhaul is a good service. So is self storage. But they have a car shop there too that does various things. They need to learn the difference between installation date and ordering date. Saying for a friend.

Wonderful service! They gave me wardrobe boxes for free because of a system error. They even brought the boxes to my car! Very impressed.

We decided to rent a 6x12 trailer Labor Day weekend to move my oldest kids stuff. When we hooked up the trailer to our hitch we discovered that the lightning did not activate.Jessie began to troubleshoot our problem & determined that our wiring harness was malfunctioning. I had expected to hear “take your vehicle to a service shop & come back when it’s fixed.”But that is not at all what happened. Jessie went into her shop and returned with a full bag of tricks. She spent nearly two hours on it & successfully reworked our harness to working condition.Jessie’s commitment to customer service was top notch!!! She secured us as steady customers as long as she is affiliated with this location. I highly recommend her and her fleet. BTW this was our third rental in 8 months.A highly satisfied customer.

I have used this facility twice now and both times they didnt have our truck with items ready and anytime we have to speak with anyone it is always rude service.

I was in a very frustrating situation involving a cabinet that had been impounded at the North Canton uhaul location. Brianna and Shawna were wonderful to me and my husband in getting our trailer set up and showing us where the storage was. Thank you Brianna and Shawna! Highly recommend this location for all your storage and rental needs.

Worst customer service ever by Jessica, when looking for enclosed trailer she was not able to answer weather they had one available. Replied that they would check 4 other locations in attempt to find one. Then after the failed attempt to find one could not answer the locations that were checked so that I would not duplicate the search. Customer Service simply starts by listening to the customer, not ignorantly reading a script set up by corporate and unable to help the customer!!

An attendant met us in the lot, instructed my husband where to park so we could return the rental trailer. The employee was polite, professional, and pleasant. Location is easy to find. Large facility with a number of clean rentals.

Jessi is awesome! She handled all of our needs perfectly. Clearly very good at her job! Definitely recommend.

Staff was helpful but need a bit more training. Took an hour to pick up a reserved truck. Turned out we wasnt charged for our dolly and that made our turn in complicated.

The customer service rep is absolutely disrespectful! She chose to argue with my fiance instead of solve the problem, said she treats every customer the same because shes the manager, so we asked to speak to her boss and her demeanor changed. Rented from here 3 times and last time was a complete pain. They gave us wrong size trailer and then charged us 90 dollars when we didnt even use it. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! All together a horrible experience!

We had 2 occasions where we where locked out and waited up to 2 hours with no management call backs or help getting into our storage unit. Customer Service is a Joke

Terrible experience with Uhaul and it’s managers and employees. My truck broke down in their parking lot. The employee in site told me to call roadside because she wanted to leave. Took me 4-5 hours dealing with customer service to find a truck that was parked in that same parking lot the entire time. The manager was unfriendly and when the truck was found by customer service the manager refused to meet me at the store location to get me into a truck. Instead she simply left the keys in the truck and left. I spent 1 hour in a dark parking lot waiting for someone to help until I finally called customer service and the lady in Arizona helped me find the truck by directing me on the phone. This happened at Uhaul off 62 but most Uhaul’s treat people the same terribly way This was only 1 of many problems with Uhaul’s customer service, store manager, employees, trucks and PODS SERVICE. most stressful experience of my life. Never again Uhaul. Still have not received the money they promised to send me for all the trouble.

Staff very helpful. Cost of renting equipment a little off track. 19.95 for a small truck plus additional expenses for everything you may need with it. Plus .99 cents a mile on top of that. Not very ecomonical.

It seems that everytime i call the store i am transfered to the customer service line instead of the store. Im told someone from the store will call me back but, they never do. Long story short... I will never use their services again.
