I work close by & get off @ 5pm Ive tried to make it here before they close for the last week and a half but they have yet to answer the phone or be open past 5:00 pm. Why not change your hours of operation to state the actual time you close daily so not to give someone a glimmer of hope and waste their gas by going the opposite way for no reason....hope your not telling your boss your on the clock till 5:30 everyday....

Fleetpride has come a long way in the past year! Knowledgeable and helpful staff, always on the ball and hustling to meet your needs. Many items in stock that other vendors do not have. Fleetpride is my first call for truck and trailer needs.

They have a wide variety of abnormal parts in stock usually. Also, best price in town on reman turbos. We also can get deliveries in the 7am hour well before others start answering their phones.The person who left the 1 star does not do a whole lot of parts procurement in this city or he would know only dealers have VIN breakdowns. Fleet pride is not a dealership, and their prices reflect that. Mack parts from Hughes are double for the same manufacturer.Clean the paint off that slack adjuster, find the part number and call fleetpride. That little bit of work will save a ton of money for us tax payers.

As a professional in charge of acquiring parts for the maintenance of a municipal fleet, I require fast, knowledgeable and professional service when dealing with a vendor.Fleetpride falls woefully short in all of those departments. I have routinely had to seek assistance from other vendors simply because the parts department at Fleetpride seems to be unable to perform the most basic function of their job: finding parts.Any other vendor can take a vehicles VIN or serial numbers and track down the parts I need. The last time I called Fleetpride for brake shoes for a Mack truck, I was told to send pictures so the parts associate could match them up. I hung up, called Hughes Motors, gave them the serial number and VIN and within 45 minutes I had my parts at my shop.Fleetpride could learn a lot from nearly every other vendor in the industry, though I doubt they will.Ive notified my superiors and we will be seeking other vendor opportunities, as no one in our company is satisfied with the service Fleetpride provides us.
