If I could give them zero stars I would! I called this particular store (on remount road)to ask a question, the lady that took my call was very rude! She rushed me off of the phone without answering my question And said “can you just call back another time because I’m the only person in this store and I’m dealing with other customers” then proceeded to hang up the phone! I was so angry! I’ve been with cricket for YEARS and I did not expect to get treated the way I did! This definitely opened my eyes to the fact that I need to find another carrier ASAP!
