He fixed my son phone twice, he had great customer service and he was fast. Highly recommended!!!!

A piece of my phone charger got stuck in the charging port. I called prior to going to idoctor to see if that was something they could fix. They told me to come in whenever I was able to. Once I got there, it took maybe 3 minutes tops for him to fix it. Very helpful and knowledgeable! Will definitely bring all my tech fixes here moving forward!!

Excellent service! I shattered my phone screen, called in and was able to drop my phone off, within 30 minutes screen was repaired. Unfortunately there was a factory defect in the screen causing my keyboard to type incorrectly. I was able to come in the next day, drop off my phone for a screen change out with no cost AND was given a tempered glass screen protector for no extra charge for the trouble. Very friendly, quick service and excellent work!

Justin is the best. We followed his business after it moved, because he is just a super nice guy who does a good job (if hes able to fix it!) at a good price. Prolonged the life of or fixed several special phones we had; helped us with several unique requests.

Gentleman running the store was open and honest with me in regards to the amount of time and cost it would take to repair my tablet. He even went as far as researching new tablets at local stores and told me that based on the age of my tablet it would make more sense for me to go buy one new then spend three-quarters of the cost repairing my old one. Because of his honesty we will definitely be returning customers.

Just because someone comes in your store with a mask on doesnt mean the are contagious, they might have a ally illness where YOU are dangerous to them. Saw you wipe handle after leaving store I feel very offended.

My husband brought my iPhone 5 in to diagnose why the screen was black. Already knew I needed to have the volume/mute/power buttons ribbon cable replaced, as the volume down button had stopped working.Justin replaced the ribbon cable and he determined the battery had drained so the screen was fine. The volume down button was working intermittently, so I took it back to Justin a couple days later and he replaced the ribbon cable again the same day and it has worked great ever since.Justin was great and so agreeable and positive-minded the entire time. Such a great positive energy to have in a service industry! I will always take my iDevices to Justin and iDoctor from now on!!!

Justin is awesome! Great work and great customer service. Its never fun to damage a device, and I wont say that I want to use the service regularly. But, hes so nice, interesting, and SUPER-skilled, that it makes a bad situation suck a little less.

I recently came back to this shop to get my iPhone fixed. Joe did an outstanding job. He informed me that due to the age of my phone that parts might be hard to get a hold of so he would try his best. Not only was he able to locate the parts to fix it, he got it done within twenty four hours. The phone hasnt worked this well in years. Outstanding job!Two years ago.I brought my daughters Ipad over to Justin to see if he could work a miracle and fix it for her. Not only did Justin do an outstanding job, but he got it fixed within twenty-four hours. Exceptional work!

Very nice guy. He is honest and doesnt find ways to overcharge you. He helped me fix my iPad 3 and explained how it works instead of trying to keep trade secrets to himself. I will definitely recommend him to friends and bring future work here.

Justin noticed me waiting outside and opened up 10 minutes early. He was very friendly and welcoming.My 6s home button did not work after a botched DIY screep replacement.He fixed the messed up screen, and gave me a shortcut to bypass the home button saving me a full screen replacement.This man could have taken $120 from me. Excellent Service!!! I have an ipod 4th generation with a Home button that no longer worked. Justin was able to explain over the phone how to bypass this problem by going into my Accessibility settings and tweaking a few things. Every other phone repair place wanted to to charge $70-80 to take the screen off, order new parts, and sautter everything back together-- An absolute nightmare!! Justine was very forthcoming, helpful, friendly and offered this advice freely. I highly recommend using them for your cell phone repairs.

Justin was so nice, accommodating and did a phenomenal job fixing my iPhone. It could no longer charge and I couldnt hear incoming calls. It wouldve been way more if I did it the second cheapest way... going to Apple Store all the way downtown charleston to get the screen fixed (which didnt need fixing but one crack in the corner voided the insurance) and then afterwards bringing it back to the phone company in goose creek and getting it processed with the insurance. That wouldve been a long and inconvenient process, having to wait for them to send the phone back. He did it as a walk in, and I went home with it that same afternoon. I actually found out about this place because someone who worked at the phone company told me about him, so I knew it would be a reliable source. Definitely the best place to get an iPhone or iPad fixed

PLEASE DONT come here. I had my iPad fix but then noticed there was a problem on the display that wasnt there when before he fix it. Took it back because of the 1 year guarantee, did not want to replace it. His explanation also did not make any sense. Worst experience
