Best service have had same # for 18 years.

Ive always had a great experience at T-Mobile stores, and today was the best Ive had! Iris did an amazing job at answering all my questions, and Nick was a pleasure to work with as well! Id much rather go to this location than call in to one of the call centers. Thanks again Iris and Nick!

So I decided on a whim that I will stop in and ask some questions. Lucky for me it was not busy but even if it was I truly think Jewell would have gone above and beyond like she did. Not only did I walk out with all the information needed to make an informed decision but I will definitely be switching T-mobile just based off the customer service I received today.

I am so impressed by the staff at this store. First of all, I really appreciate that when you call the store you actually talk to the store and not an automated line. Secondly, we went though 3 different cell phone companies this weekend and were scammed by both AT&T and Verizon but let me tell you, T-Mobile is an incredible, honest company.We were helped by Steven who was an amazingly kind and helpful man. He listened to our 10,000 questions and even meaningfully apologized for the way other companies had treated us. Even when AT&T gave us trouble (like always) switching our service, he was so patient and accommodating. I will use this store for any and all of my cell phone needs and I gladly support this business! I will be recommending it to all of my friends and coworkers.

I love this T-Mobile they were very helpful I. Everything and very entertaining. I love the mange Robert and I can’t remember the lady but I just love their attitude spunk and advertising. Great job

I’d give a -5 if I could.... not the first time I’ve had bad service at this location either.Tried calling in to see if a particular phone was in stock and everytime I called someone picks up the phone and says nothing. Finally got through and they denied any call and just was all around unprofessional. Mind you I’ve previously worked for tmobile for 5 years.....I know all about their customer service standards. Get those employees out of that store and guarantee sales will increase. 😏

Big shout-out to Nick for helping my girlfriend and I out with getting our phones setup on T-Mobile. He has excellent communication skills and was a pleasure to deal with. Well definitely be coming back here for any phone needs in the future, thanks!

Worst experience ever!!! I was looking to purchase a device for my mother for Mother’s Day. I contacted Nick, the owner/expert, before visiting this location to inquire whether or not the person I was buying the device for needed to be present. Nick’s response was no. I get there and what do you know I do need the person there with me to make the purchase. So nick states that when I called, my question was a general question. I guess it was out of the expert’s scope of knowledge to get specifics on the general question. Customer service at its finest. I would not recommend this location if it was the last location on Earth.

Im so happy there is a location so close to home. These guys will be getting my business. Nick & Troy are the best! They are personal, patient and knowledgeable. I had a great experience working with Nick during my purchase of a new phone. I highly recommend shopping at this location and your wait time is short!

Great product or service, but the Rep wasnt engaging, at all. Dry and certainly had to pry answers out of her! Was initially interest in a battery, then Q&A about a possible $ 720 upgrade, but again...couldnt get her off the counter to pitch me! Shed simply answer MY question, and not add to me, or upsell me! I....anticipate low numbers for the store, and flat-line commission checks for her...

Best T-Mobile store Ive been to in the area! Although small inside they are big on customer service and I never have any issues purchasing phones or dealing with any of the reps here!

Went there yesterday, young female wearing a mask, barley can speak up, so didnt know what she was saying, but told me I need to pay off my full balance before I can make an insurance claim, and thats not true, 16 hours later my phone was delivered at my house and I didnt have to pay my past due to claim my insurance..get it together girl at t mobile

Understaffed & extremely busy. Only ONE employee & the store mgr were in the building to service customers. AT 3 IN THE AFTERNOON, 2 WEEKS BEFORE CHRISTMAS!! Poor planning on T-Mobile!! Whats worse, THREE freaking big wigs walked out of the back room (with a store full of people, actually did a head pop in disbelief at the # of customers... And still... They just walked out! Ridiculous!!

If I could give no stars I would. Nick gave us false information and now Im pissed we even have 2 other people admit it who work for t mobile that said it on a recorded voice line. He has been dodging our calls for weeks and now we are going through our second bill cycle and highly unhappy.

Counter help was friendly. I got what I needed quickly and was on my way.

This is a brand new T-mobile store, it is not busy at all and they were the only location in 15 miles opened on Saturday at 7:00PM. The staff is knowledgeable and very kind.

Chris and Rose are my A team! They took a disobedient phone and set it straight again! Thanks guys!
