Highly recommended. Donna and Tyler were great to work with. Donna had my work scheduled like clockwork and was a pleasure to work with. Tyler arrived at my boat and I haven’t met a more conscientious technician that has worked on my boat. Very knowledgeable and truly cared about making sure my boat was fixed properly.

Great service and transparent communication. After nobody would touch my 97 wellcraft (or spent weeks just to tell me they couldnt figure it out) these guys immediately identified a pinched vacuum line that myself and everyone else had missed. They seemed very invested in giving good service at a fair price which is all you can really ask for. In addition, they went out of their way to talk to me about what they did as well as provide an organized and detailed write up on everything they did which will be helpful for those who want to maintain their own service records. I will definitely be going back there.

I have years of bad exoeriences with this company when they were Superior Diesel and just recently when they became Western Branch Diesel. The only reason I took my boat back to them recently was because they are the only Volvo diesel service facility in my area. My boat was broken into while at there facility in North Charleston and items were stolen out of my boat. They had my boat for four months and could not figure out what was wrong with it. They have young diesel technicians with no experience working there. Although they did not charge me anything because they could not fix my boat they trashed my boat and broke numerous items. When I showed up to pick my boat up Ross their service manager and best diesel technician had left my engine partially disassembled with parts in the bilge and thrown on the ground next to the boat. When I asked for them to write up a work order to see exactly what was done to the boat they could not provide one. I did call the president of the company Dave numerous times and left messages to try and obtain this information and he never returned my calls. It took a competent Volvo diesel facility in North Carolina exactly one week get get my boat running perfectly. I do not recommend this company.

Paid 550 dollars for absolutely nothing. They said they updated computer system but the second I turned machine on it started throwing codes. Secretary is too lazy to get up and go look for boss that she said was on site but is down stairs and she works upstairs. So shell have to have him call me later. Not to mention they has the machine for 3 days and admitted it only took about an hour to update

Bought a panel to control my boats genset from the flybridge from them and had their service manager come by the boat and give me an estimate for installation. He said two hours at $100+/hr plus travel time. Imagine my surprise to get a bill for $$933.52, just for the installation! We just had the installation examined today by another electronics technician who agreed with a two hour project and says he will attempt to get the genset to turn off from above as designed. He also noted that the new panel was installed with only three screws. Whats wrong?1. The panel doesn’t work as intended and does half of what it should do. It will cost us even more money to get it to turn off the genset.2. We had to clean up a considerable amount of fiberglass debris. I can’t believe it is a common practice to leave a job like this. He didnt bring any cleanup equipment.3. The main engine control panel at the lower helm needed to be removed for access. It was poorly re-secured and quite likely would have come crashing down at a very bad time.4. The wiring raceway wasn’t secured properly and prevented the rest of the lower helm instrumentation from seating as intended.5. The cost came in just about three times what was estimated. A two hour labor adjustment was offered but still comes out to be twice what was estimated.
