W.W. Williams changed the transmission fluid in our Tiffin RV and performed a thorough inspection of the drive-train, engine hoses, belts, brakes, frame, etc. Ryan, John and the very attentive technician who serviced it were very friendly, helpful in answering my questions, offering maintenance advice, and explaining in detail what they found during the inspection.The building and equipment area is clean, well organized and maintained, and all personnel I dealt with showed they cared about me, the customer. We feel very comfortable driving this big rig knowing that people like this looked after it . . . and the work was done completely and to the best of their ability.Big Diesel Pusher RVs are expensive to maintain and W.W. Parts department is hands down the best. Had to do an overhaul on my 2012 DD15 and Robbie walked me through the different kits and made sure I got everything I needed, nothing more, nothing less..... At the best price. If he says hell call you back.... He calls you back. If hes says, itll be here tomorrow..... Nine times out of ten its here, if for some reason its, not hes calling you ASAP keeping you in the loop! Have gotten the same great service from Bianca in the service department as well. I was hesitant to use these guys based on the poor reviews but my experience was completely different. I had an suspension airbag sensor fail on me over memorial day weekend. I was in touch with a technician who helped me diagnose the issue on Memorial Day itself. We scheduled a repair for the next day. They were on time and the pricing was very reasonable considering I wasnt able to drive my RV anywhere at that point. Id definitely recommend them if youre in need of work in the area, my experience was a completely positive one.

Such a bad place to take repair on trucks, after I spend almost $3K they want to put more parts and no guarantee if is going to work 🤦🏼‍♂️

I call at 8:30am didn’t get to my truck till 1pm, they lied just to get my business didn’t leave till 2:30pm FOR A AIR BAG!!!!!!!!!!!!Road trucks not equipped with proper tools for job! Tech had to leave to get more tools!The lady who answered the phone talks fast and lies... will ever call them again.......

Be smart!don’t trust what the mechanic would tell you.The white women at the front desk with one mechanic tried to rip me off 500$ for a simple check engine light.When I asked what they would do on my truck they said “forced regen”a less than 100$ job at the truck stops.Be careful!

Called because my drivers belt came off and I needed a new one a simple 20 min repair and we were in North Charleston so not a long drive we were just around the corner. The guy told me it would cost $220 a hr min 2 hours plus 2$ a mile and cost of part. $500 for a 20 min repair that’s insane. I have no problem paying a fair price for someone to come to you but that’s robbery. It wasn’t even late (7:30pm) luckily I found another repair service for $100 for service call and 50 a hr for labor very reasonable and they came right away. WW Williams should be ashamed

Dont go here if you have a DEF issue or you will be bringing it back again and again. I brought my truck back to them 5 times. 2 at there West Columbia location, 2 at there North Charleston location,and finally at there Greer,SC location and my DEF system is currently clogged up. Its a long story but they replace my DEF meter and sensor and multiple regens and I had to keep bringing it back because the same codes keep coming back and degrading issues. There Greer location said that my air compressor was leaking oil into my DEF system,so they replace the compressor and replace hoses. A week later I noticed my DEF gauge stays on full and pulling a hill is very difficult,so its clogged up and my truck want Regen.The only reason I kept going to them because I have spent alot of money with them over $6500 in all. Iam not going back I gave them more than enough chances to fix it,and its still in the same condition. Im considering taking this matter to court,I called the Greer location and told them the issues is not solve,and no call was returned.

I walked the mechanic out to my truck for the initial diagnosis there I had no leaks on my engine and you could clearly see it was dry other than the fuel pump area. I needed a fuel pump replacement for my truck the parts was a fair price at first but the guy got yelled at for giving me such a good deal so they came up with a fix it strategy and I was qouted a labor cost over 12 hours for a 5 hour job. I dont mind paying a fair price for labor but this was absurd. When the repair was completed less than 12 hours I was told the mechanic came in early and did it. I was called by 2pm do the math even accounting for the regen and paperwork at the end. Also my check engine light comes on codes are for fuel pressure so this wasnt a job well done. On top of that I now have a class 1 leak on my engine and was told that was there when he diagnosed it . It wasnt there on my pretrip and it wasnt there when the first mechanic came out to look at it with me. Mistakes where made and they didnt want to own up to them. Im just going to leave it at that...

Dont see this place working without Bianca, she has a lot on her shoulders and still manages to hold the place together. The company I work for sends all of our other trucks to another shop but I will always send our trucks here. Thank you Bianca!

Was directed by our warranty company to take our tractor to Williams . Only approved repair shop in Charleston area. Took over 10 days to diagnose problem now 5 weeks later repairs still not complete, never coming back here again. Will go as far as necessary to get another repair shop to work on our tractor.Looks like they are trying to run us out of business with all the lost revenue while our truck just sits while they work on other trucks that came in after ours. Its all about who you know at this place. Horrible service. Dont take your truck here unless you can afford to be down a month with no revenue. Stay away!!!!

Gave me a quote of over 17k for repairs. Went to General Deisel and cost me $2400. They dont know what they are doing. Idiots!
