I had Coastal siding replace about 20 windows on my house. 3 of them have issues. After continuing to call Coast siding for over a year have windows fixed because of their lifetime warranty, the had the Rep for Lansing Building Products (Coastals supplier) come out and look at the bad windows. Thats been months ago and Im unable to get the Rep to call me back about the bad windows. I know that ultimately that Coastal should be on the hook, (and I call them regularly) but Lansing products is no better....their rep hasnt answered any of my calls. At this point, I wont use Coastal again and before I use another window company, Ill make sure they dont use Lansing since they dont honor their product warranty..

Lansing has been nothing short of outstanding! I am a purchasing manager at a residential exteriors company and Lansing always comes to the rescue when were in a pinch. Zach, Michael, and Chasity are the staff I communicate with the most, but the crew as a whole has been fantastic. Thank you, Lansing!Edit - Im back to emphasize AGAIN how great this team is! The receiving guy here is so slow, he seen me sitting out here when he was u loading a truck, knew I was next but he ran back into his office until I had to walk up there to get hi. To come out to unload me after waiting for 15 mins. Now it’s taking him 30 mins to unload the 4 items that I have. Company really need to check on their people.
