I had used a different provider of Control 4 products for the last 10 years - this provider was always quite difficult to engage with and so as soon as I learned Premier Sound was licensed for Control 4 products, I decided to give them a try. Ryan and Matt were my reps and I am very pleased with every aspect of their service. I had a small project and yet they were on time and willing to help me save costs while also accomplishing my goal. I had one older component that they worked hard to bring back to life which I appreciated even though it ended up needing to be replaced - they put in the effort vs just writing it off and selling me a new component. I will use Premier Sound again and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Matt and Ryan were amazing! They showed up on time and did a great job. Very neat, courteous and professional. There was a slight glitch in the order that wasnt their fault but they came back when they said they would and completed the job! We highly recommend this company!

Cant speak highly enough of Premier Sound Satellite & Security. They installed my TV above my fireplace and did a fabulous job hidding the wires in the wall. Ryan was ontime, professional and even came back a second time to re-install my TV after my home was painted and the TV was taken down to paint the living room wall. Their service is second to none!

Premier Sound offers superb customer service and expert, professional installations. We live in an isolated area 60 miles or so from their office, and they always arrive on time and ready to work. I recently had a problem with one of our smart tvs, and Rick was able to talk me through resetting the unit without having to make a service call. He also did this at no charge. I highly recommend Premier!
