On time. Work was done fast and proper. Nothing scratched or broken. Coley and crew were perfect as well as friendly. They truly did well. My 84 year old mother who is difficult to please, was pleased. Thanks again gentlemen!!!

First I want to say this company is a joke, very unprofessional. First, I provided them my address for the move the driver was 30 minutes late because he went to the wrong town home complex. They came into my home and I proceeded to tell them all the big things that needed to be moved. They never once mentioned the dogs were a concern, mind you they were crated! Walked the house the guys were rude and werent even listening to me started to plug their nose and walked out of the house. They got into their van and had the office manager call me. I was then informed I was being cancelled due to unsanitary conditions and that there was dog fecal matter throughout the house. Which is a total LIE!! I offered to send pics to the manager and he said it wasnt necessary. He was taking his drivers words over a client, which he was wrong for that. I said that I disclosed I had dogs before I paid my deposit. On short notice I was cancelled on the morning of a move and I had to scramble to find someone else and pay double the move cost. I will NEVER recommend this company for a move. Later the office manager stated the driver said he had allergies to dogs. A total different story than claiming my house was unsanitary. Beyond livid with this company. The workers had every excuse not to work that morning, I get it 90 degree weather and a lot to move and its better to sit in air conditioning and collect unemployment. The team was disrespectful and said nothing just left. NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE PETS OR SMALL CHILDREN THEY ARE ALLERGIC. I am considering a small claims court case on the simple fact of unprofessional behavior and unethical treatment of a customer.*** Pic added is the pic the manager refused to view. Dog hair yes there is some. Dog poop and pee thru out the living space, you can see with your own eyes that is not the case.

All My Sons Moving & Storage is hands down the best movers you could ever use! Curtis Wilson and his team, Dominic, Zach and Shay worked tirelessly to get us moved! They were extremely prompt, professional and were very careful with my antique furniture! They went above and beyond in my estimation. And to top it all off, they were the most affordable out of all other moving companies! You really cant go wrong with this company!

The whole moving process was the worst nightmare ever!We used this company in last spring to move our home from Greenville, SC to Charleston, SC.First, they made an extra low estimate for the moving cost to get us hooked.On the moving day they sent one small truck for our five bedroom house. As a result, only half of our belongings was loaded. Our closing time was three days away. And they couldn’t move the rest of our stuff the next day. So they hauled our stuff to their storage site, and we had to set up the second moving day three weeks later. At that time, our son was in terminal illness in a different city. There was no way we could supervise the second moving. We had to ask a neighbor to open the door for us. When we flew to Charleston to receive our second batch of furniture, we found several pieces missing. They had to go look for them. It turned out some of them were left in their storage. And others were left at the house. (We had to hire people to discard them, because we had to stay with our son). So we had to set the date for the third moving!When we flew back to Charleston to receive the missing pieces, we found our expensive dining table badly damaged (see photos 1, 2 and 4). Some places were chewed by rodents, the table top fell off plus chipped because they dropped the whole thing! We also found out our vintage patio furniture was left behind. Again, we had to ask people to take them away.We contacted the company and was very poorly received. They said we signed the contract and couldn’t hold them accountable!On the other hand, in the new address, they broke the wall (see photo #3) and scratch the floor in multiple place. One of them is shown on photo #5.We fired claim for damage. They paid us $350 in total! They asked for the receipt of our furniture. We couldn’t find it after moving.We have moved 5 times in the past 35 years. This one was by far the worst nightmare. All previous 4 times were happy experience.

If I could give a negative 5 I would. They did not pad any furniture before leaving the house. They did not put mattress in bags like told. They forced the leather couches through the front door and cut a slice in the back of the couch and love seat. Damaged the recliner leather. Tried to charge for more time than they spent moving us. They threatened to leave furniture in the yard. They left with out checking out anything. They filled our trash cans with plastic rap.Damaged walls and tried to deny it. It was on security cameras.they did not put furniture together that they dissambled and broke the headboard on my daughters bed. No calls back from the company or salesman. If they were the last company that existed I would leave my furniture in the house.Scott

For starters it’s our fault for not reading reviews before we hired this company to move us. Learned our lesson… Two movers were experienced and working very hard two movers were young high schoolers and barely doing anything. They said they would wrap all the furniture in plastic wrap and put all the mattresses in bags. They didn’t do any of that that. Then they poorly loaded the truck so it fit half of what if could have fit it it was properly loaded. When we got to the next house to unload they shoved all the furniture through a small door instead of walking a few extra steps to a larger opening. When we assumed we were going back for round 2 to the first house (literally 5 minutes apart) they said nope we are way too tired we are done and leaving. Just left our house half moved.Then the next day we realized they broke our brand new mattress. If it would have been in a bag it would have been fine. The company only paid a tiny amount of the $1800 repair fee bc of some fine print where they pay by weight or something… and that was after my husband had to call several people over several days.My biggest advice is check reviews and make sure you pick a company that will actually follow through on what they do! Oh and they tried to charge us a huge fee for packing materials and mattress bags!!! 😂 Lucky they did refund us that portion of the bill which is why they got 2 stars instead of 1.

Just finished my second move with All My Sons. They did another great job. Professional and great attitude. I was lucky to have Curtis Wilson as my team leader again. He is terrific—in charge, on top of everything, and willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend this company.

Worse experience ever. The driver came high.We asked them to take all of the large furniture, they they took what they wanted. We left a friend in the apartment to be with them so that they could keep putting the stuff on the truck while we did our signing. When we came back they had trashed our bedroom. We asked them to stay at the apartment and keep taking the big stuff with our friend there. They drove to our new place and started putting the stuff in without us even being there. When my husband called them to tell them that we just passed them on the road and that we were heading back to the old apartment to finish loading the high driver said that he was already at the new pace and they were unloading the truck because the doors were open.Very unprofessional and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!UPDATE:We have finally unpacked the last of the boxes and decided to play a video game. Well how about theyve stolen all of the freaking games except 3. If you dont want your place trashed, stuff stolen, or you want them to actually do their job then dont use All My Sons.

Our experience with All My Sons Moving & Storage was exceptional. The company was in constant communication prior to the moving date to confirm details which put our minds at ease. James Harvey and his crew arrived right on time and immediately began to wrap and carefully load our household goods. The unloading process was also done rapidly and with great care. We appreciated how polite and courteous the crew was, and how they treated our possessions as if they were their own. We will definitely ask for James and crew to move us again in December. We’ve moved eight times across several states and have never had a better experience with any moving company.

Erick Washington is absolutely the best! Him and his assistant were very professional. They asked where I wanted things put. They did a great job loading and unloading. I couldnt have asked for a better crew. They were amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I used All My Sons Moving and Storage for my local move between apartments. The entire experience with them was excellent and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to move their apartment or home! Anthony Jones and his two colleagues from All My Sons Moving were friendly, professional, and, courteous, and very careful with furniture and delicate pieces throughout the entire moving process. They fit me in at a moment’s notice and even helped me pack up all the items in my apartment that morning. Additionally, All My Sons offers very fair prices from what I have experienced before and sends a team of three professionals. All my items arrived in perfect condition in a very efficient amount of time.

Fast & friendly service!!Did not get a 30 minute call ahead. Although the movers told my daughter they did try to call me, I did not have any missed calls. Box spring was not placed in mattress bag (would have done that, had I had the 30 minute call ahead & not be 20 minutes away myself. But the bag was there & the mattress was placed in the bag by the movers. I thought they would put the legs on the couch & attach the headboard to the bed frame, but they did not. One small side table was scuffed pretty badly. All that being said, the guys that came were professional, courteous, and quick. I appreciate them working so hard in the hot, humid, and rainy day. Total cost was about 1/2 the price, moving within the same town, as it was for my movers to move me across country.

Very courteous and on time, but two of my TVs were broken. One I was able to fix the other is damaged beyond repair. Very disappointing.

Great communication leading up to the move. Crew showed up on time, was extremely professional and personable. Zero damaged items after the move. It was a little bit of an awkward situation as my mother was being moved to an assisted living facility. But the crew was so professional and polite. I could not have asked better from them.

They were on time and got our belongings unloaded from our move fast and carefully. They were not big talkers, but also didn’t waste time.

Using all my sons was an all around terrible experience. I was being temporarily relocated to another country so I contracted all my sons to move my items to a storage unit. I made my reservation and thought everything was set until 4 days before my move they asked to do a survey for packing materials. They should up and informed me it could be over two times the original quote, but not to worry it shouldn’t be more than the original quote. They told me I had to sign this new contract or I would lose my reservation. I couldn’t find another company with availability 4 days before my move so I was stuck. They showed up worked hard for about 30 minutes then started sitting around and taking breaks. After multiple trips to the gas station and an hour long chick-fil-a stop they left with the job incomplete, multiple broken items, items packed incorrectly or not packed at all, and they charged me for all of the materials they didn’t use. I spent an additional 9 hours with several friends moving items from every room in the house that they decided not to bother with. When I noted all of the issues and items that didn’t meet the contract the moving supervisor started yelling and cursing at me until several of the others pulled him back to the truck.Save yourself a lot of time, money, and aggravation by selecting a different company.

Tony and his team were fantastic to work with. They showed up on time, were courteous and very professional. They were able to unload a 27ft trailer in just a few hours, which was much faster than we had anticipated. I definitely recommend using All My Sons for your moving needs, especially Tony and his team.

Coley Eggers did a great job leading the crew during the packing, loading, transportation, and then unloading. He explained the process in detail along the way as well and made us feel comfortable. Big Mike did a great job too preparing the large furniture for shipping and then re-assembling the beds and dining room table at our new location. He was also very personable. I really wanted a positive experience but all we got was disappointment and lack of ownership.Was quoted one price and went over by $1,000. they charged the balance of the moves twice to my credit card and still waiting for a credit.I’d think given they do this for living they have a better way to gauge cost. Most of all they damaged our furniture (over 6 pieces), marred our wall and ran a couch into the wall which resulted in the crack. The movers did this in front of me and said they have someone who can fix. I emailed my contact immediately with pictures and they said we had to submit a claim to have our house repaired. I wasn’t even asking for reimbursement for the furniture and was really disappointed with their lack of help or ownership.We are moving again in 8 months and will not be yawing them again nor recommending their service.

Very unprofessional! Three guys came and said they are going to go to the truck to get some equipment, then took too long so my husband went downstairs and said they left. We call the manager and he said his guys said the house was in disarray and there were cats running. We don’t own any cats. They just didn’t want to work they were 3 skinny, young guys. I paid a deposit that was told by the manager should be in my Account soon (still waiting), this happened July 12th. Worst company please do not use them! They bailed on us but we were able to get Executive moving company and they were awesome especially for short notice.

Requested a quote, “disconnected”. Called back (why am I chasing them, don’t THEY want MY money?). After waiting > 9 min to speak with someone I gave up. I’ve used this company before in Ohio. Prices were outrageous but I’m in a time crunch … guess I’ll pay an exuberant fee elsewhere.

When I called to schedule, I was told that the price would be half of the amount that I was charged the day of. I specifically asked about extra charges & they told me there wasn’t any. He didn’t discuss any paperwork with me until after they were already done. I feel like this should be discussed before services are rendered so that clients are not surprised by the price. Aside from that, they labeled none of my boxes and practically just threw a bunch of stuff in them. I probably will never get services from them again.

I used All My Sons Moving for a local move. The scheduling dispatcher communicated clearly and promptly. They arrived on time and moved everything safely without any drama or breakage. There were no surprise costs when it came time to pay.I followed the driver, and he drove very safely.Malik and Greg make a great team. STAY AWAY..its a shame. What’s amusing is the owner only responds to 5 star reviews.My original call to set up service was great, and then it turned into a lousy experience. My simple request was a receipt for my credit card deposit and confirmation of the quote. It took 4 calls, being put on hold for 10 minutes, then 20 minutes and they needed a manager to send it. Each time I was told to hold and each time I got no receipt.So I went to there local competitor and got a new quote and receipt for to move my small business in minutes.When I called to cancel, Clarence basically said to “F” off and the manager will get to it when he/she can. That they were too busy and would not speak to me. That any number he gave me, it will just go back to a customer service rep who couldn’t help anyway.All I needed was a credit card receipt for my deposit and they made it impossible to deal with them or get someone help.It’s a shame. I am relocating 14 offices to bigger spaces and I do not trust All My Sons.

ATROCIOUS. DO NOT USE THEM. Showed up 4 hours late and high out of their minds. Slow, inefficient, and ineffective. Broke and lost over $1000 worth of furniture and personal property. Broke boxes, spilled personal property all over dirt and street and never went back to pick it up. Threw my belongings in the dirt. Damaged my neighbors property. Took a 15 minute phone break in the truck between each trip from my apartment to the truck. Told me they would follow me to my new place and when they didnt show up after 30 mins (the new place was only 3 minutes way) my roommate found them eating dinner at the Chinese restaurant next door even though I was being charged by the hour. Overcharged me 4 hours and didnt leave until 10pm. Customer service has ignored all of my calls and emails. They offered me a mere $150 settlement for the $1000 damages and $500 overcharge and havent answered any of my emails since. Insulting, unprofessional, disrespectful, unresponsive, rip-off, reckless, rude, uncommunicative, and horrible in every way. Not a single thing went right.

Scheduling this move was beyond pleasant, Matthew and the team keep you informed during the process. Big Mike, Mark, and Dom did a great job moving a piece I didn’t think would fit. Or could be lifted. They went three flights down and three up with no complaints, great team.*edit: some of these negative reviews don’t seem to be directly related to All My Sons Moving. The team was cautious and gentle, used blankets and tape, and made sure they measured space. Some people are hard to please, I wouldn’t let that dissuade an opinion of how things are done with this moving company.

Had a great experience with All My Sons moving. We were just going a few miles down the road, but these guys made our lives so easy! Curtis and his crew showed up on time and were basically a whirlwind of activity. The house was packed in no time and they were courteous about questions about where things go and what was to be taken. They unloaded everything at the new place and were done! Worth every penny!

Very happy with the service provided! They were on time (actually a little early) and did a great job wrapping the furniture and moved it with care. They were so efficient and knocked out the job fast! Also, both movers were super nice and friendly! I cannot remember both of their names as I am writing this about a month late because I kept forgetting to do it but Justin was one of them. Wanted to make sure to write a stellar review for these guys as they deserve it!

The two men who came did an absolute stellar job in moving my mom into her retirement community. Dominique and his co-worker (whose name I dont know) were fast, efficient, careful and polite. Coley Eggers and his crew did a fantastic job. We had over 3000 sq ft including a craft room and packed garage, and they worked steadily and quickly to get the job done in 2 days. Coley called before he arrived, showed up in the designated window and did a walkthrough of our home so he could split up his crew in the best way. The guys worked together great and communicated well—whether they were packing a room, loading the truck or moving things into our new home—they flexed and worked together so well in every combination, you’d never know it was the first job for one crew member or that the same crew didn’t work together every time. I’ve never seen a crew work together and get along that professionally and well. Everyone had an amazing work ethic and they were so careful with our things, and polite to boot! I would hire them again in a heartbeat and especially recommend the group of guys we had. Coley Sr, Coley Jr (CJ), Tyler, Ty, Jay, and Curtis—you guys are fantastic and we appreciate you so much!

We also had more than the 26’ truck would hold so he actually came back and moved what we had left as well for a small labor fee. I HIGHLY recommend James and his team for your move. Domonique Smith and his crew moved my sister and I out of our apartment to our new home. They were very professional and polite and punctual. They were complete gentlemen and helped carry our items and furniture safely from our old location (which involved 2 flights of stairs) to our new location. They didnt waste any time and handle our possessions with care. We deeply appreciate All My Sons Moving & Storage and know we couldnt have made this move without them! I had asked for three people to come help me pack, wow! It was the dream team. These three were so professional, careful and fast. Justin Moultrie was a great lead person, I could tell he seriously cared about my things. I have some very expensive antiques snd ceramics. Gabe and Monique were great as well, both were really careful with my things. I Look forward to working with them on the actual move!

If you read any review today read this one! Save yourselves the hassle! NEGATIVE STARS. They are the most expensive in CHS and the most terrible moving company. Everyone was professional until they get your money!We are sincerely disappointed and distraught at the lack of service and professionalism we received during our move with All My Sons Moving and Storage as well as a lack of empathy and sympathy for what their team has caused afterwards. We were enticed to go with your quote although it was the highest, we received due to the, added protection our home would receive. Dennis Martin, your sales representative, assured us that we would have the most trained staff and make sure our home would be protected from top to bottom to avoid any damage.During the move, the employees were on the phone, bantered, bickered and fought with one another in front of us and completely disregarded my request for floor protection. They were negligent in how items were handled and disregarded any indication of where boxes should go (they were labeled). The home was left in complete chaos and boxes that were labeled kitchen, living room and the like were left in our garage for us to move. Furniture was left wrapped and disassembled. after much frustration, a long day of moving and after your employees had completely destroyed our BRAND-NEW home, we started taking inventory of the items that were to be moved. It occurred to us very quickly that our complete garage of items was not moved and left behind. We were not notified of any of the items that were left behind or the reasons why. These items were items that we paid to have moved and were listed on the inventory form in the original quote. Please be aware that at the time we took this inventory, that we closed on this home and had no access to retrieving these items and your movers were aware of this. We sustained almost $3000 worth of damage to the actual house.We communicated with Dennis Martin the sales representative and the Charleston Operations Manager, Trey Grate during the move. Trey and Dennis were aware of the on-goings and were unsympathetic nor quick to remedy the situation. Had they tried to remedy the situation, less damage to the home could have been caused. At the end, Trey requested that we pay for an additional 50 minutes of time, which we promptly declined. Had your employees worked efficiently instead of bickering and lollygagged around, the additional 50 minutes would not have been necessary. Once we declined, we spoke to Trey via phone and he understood and wanted to receive photos as soon as possible. We invited him to the home to review the damages as well. We sent the photos and emailed him details the following day, but never head back from Trey or Dennis ever again.In a last attempt to collect all of the items that were left behind, we had to inconvenience the new owners as well as our realtor at 8:30pm to grant us access to our old home. Once access was granted, we needed to drive an hour away to take a complete inventory of everything that was left behind. Ultimately, based on the quantity of items and time it would take to move such items (listed on claim form) we would need to hire help as well as rent a U-Haul. At 9:30pm, we had to relocate all of the items temporarily to a neighbors garage where the items are currently being stored, then drive an hour back to our new home.Update: After 2 months, we are only receiving $635 back for the damaged household goods and no reimbursement for the items that we paid to have moved that were left behind. We asked for this to be reviewed. As for the damage to the actual home, we were transferred to a claims manager at Liberty Mutual and still waiting for those results.

Coley and Crew helped make our transition to a new home very smooth. They worked very hard…even in pouring down rain.

Malik, Gabe & Henry were awesome and extremely helpful with our move under difficult circumstances. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering a move!

The positives: The three men(Tony, Andre, & Raqwan were polite, accommodating and knowledgeable of moving furniture.) The negative: The company was very misleading in billing. I was told three times by three different people(two from the company’s call center) and the other from the company itself that I was going to be charged $169x2 & a 12% fuel surcharge. I specifically asked if there were any more charges from Jermaine who worked at the company and was told again the $169x2 and the 12% fuel surcharge. The day of move, I’m given a bill for 1.5% of $169 for labor. No one mentioned labor. If I was told about a 3rd charge, I would have shopped around to see an average cost. However, I wasn’t given the choice to compare prices. I WAS told two charges-$169x2 & 12% fuel surcharge. I’m too disappointed of being misled 3 times and yes, I was sent the charges prior to them coming to pick up but even the bill is misleading. I asked two people who have used moving companies before and they stated the bill is unclear. I’m saying to potential users: Beware! I won’t use them again!!

The team showed up on time, but lacked overall professionalism throughout the entire move. While packing the house they were arguing and bickering the entire time. I was asked several times if there was anything else I wanted them to move, while there were still several boxes and items remaining in the house! I ended up having to make a trip back after the move to collect miscellaneous items that were left behind. When we reached the destination the team put the furniture in the wrong rooms, and during the process broke one of the dressers. Im assuming they dragged the broken dresser to the correct bedroom due to the scratches they left behind along the brand new hard wood floors.While on my return back to the house to pick up the miscellaneous items I found one of the bedroom doors left off the hinges, and a packet of screws that were from the master bed frame... really making me wonder whats holding my bed together?Anyway, save yourself the aggravation and MONEY!! Go with a different mover.

Damaged multiple items many of them newly purchased, did not cover mattresses and got dirt and sweat all over them, charged me for more time than they were here. I would never use again. BUYERBEWARE

All my Sons was extremely helpful today, Timmy Hayes Moving company didnt show at the scheduled time and left me waiting for 1+45 after planned show time until All My Sons came to save the day! They were super quick, efficient, and a great time. This was my second time working with James and he and his crew were very professional, listened to my needs, and worked up quite the sweat getting everything settled into my storage unit. I could not be more please with the job they did. I arranged a move for my daughter and son-in-law from out of state. From the person (Caleb) booking the move to the 3 movers ( especially Malik Aziz), they all went out of their way to help me arrange everything to working so hard during the move.
