Very helpful attendants once you approach them. They were nice people and did great work, but could have been more cordial

I was referred to this dealer when I showed up at the uhaul dealer on Remount I was originally scheduled with and they had LEFT for the day mid-workday!!! The Remount uhaul’s neighboring business told me about this one, and sure enough, they were open till 7PM, helped me last-minute, hooked everything up, made sure I kept my original price, and were gracious and friendly. Thank you!!

Service was meh. The attendant wasn’t unfriendly but wasn’t really helpful either. She didn’t disclose that the dolly we were charged for was not in the truck and didn’t offer to refund it, we asked her to and she did. The truck worked as intended. We did the online, app check in, it went ok but still had to talk to the attendant to get the keys and to unlock the box truck. I’m confused as to why it was locked when the dolly wasn’t even in the back.

It started out horrible, I had a reservation but they didnt honor it. Sent me to another location, they didnt have it. Third location finally pulled it together. It sucked in the rain three hours wasted. Thank goodness for the staff at 584 King Street Charleston Sc.

Service was fast, in and out with no issues, had the truck I needed. Only problem was the strong cigarette smell inside of the vehicle.

Great workers. I do advise not going there after 5pm and expecting the best customer service because I could tell they were very busy moving stuff around, and therefore might not be able to provide instant customer service.

I use u-haul a good bit and this location is among the best Ive visited. In and out quickly with no hassles.

People who work here have always treated me with respect and courtesy,.guess thats why I keep using them when I need to rent a trailer or a truck.

We needed to move across town and my personal truck had problems. I quickly stopped at this U-haul location and Latonya helped us choose the van we needed. She was very helpful and the paperwork was done very quickly, getting us back to the move with only a short delay.The truck was absolutely beautiful!I would recommend this business and definitely see them next time I need to move anything!

Had an outstanding experience! I reserved a tow dolly to tow my car from here to FL. I got home, loaded my car, and the back of my car was dragging. I called asking if it was possible to bring it back to upgrade to the car hauler and they had no problem helping me out exchanging it with 2 minutes until closing. Super friendly staff and had no attitude at all about helping me out. Like I mentioned super friendly and helpful staff!!

They will steal your unti, confirmed with the manager, that we will clear our unit out Friday & pay, while renting a truck 2 days before the auction the manager took it upon his self to sell, our unit. We have never had a problem till now, I am a good customer, I hardly give bad reviews but all of our family photos, wills and grandparents items, gone. We are trying to recover them we just want our personal belongings. Furniture can always be replaced. Only God knows. I hope they have a heart and reach out to us.

Just a U haul... nothing special....As always over priced

I had a Ubox shipped recently when I moved from out of state.They charged my card in error twice. They were 4 days late with the delivery and said they would refund $50 a day for the late days. Since then I have not been refunded and I have literally called the office and left a message for the manager Justin every single day for over a week. No response at all. Terrible experience. I will never use them again.

This place was awful. They were supposed to to open at 7 and no one arrived (after multiple phone calls to the manager) until 8:15. We reserved our pick up online and the key should have been in the lockbox, it wasnt. No explanation was even given on why except i dont know. Once we got the truck it had an awful cigarette smoke smell that was so strong we had to air it out, before we could even leave. I would not recommend this uhaul location to anyone.EVER.

Dropped my vehicle off at 11am for a hitch to be installed. Suppose to take two hours. Picked it up 8 hours later and wasn’t even touched.

The person I dealt with at extra space storage -1755 Trish, was extreamly knowledgeable, courteous and show the upmost professionalism. At the same time a bit of humorous during conversation which made me fill vauleable and have ownership. I had ended up getting a second storage unit and without her knowledge an expertise I would’ve got a storage unit half the size larger then I needed. Big cost saving! Not have been running a storage unit from them since January. 1st thing is as soon as I moved in the gentleman that help me said that it was leaking and he would talk to the boss said medium both went up and talk to the boss problem was supposed to be fixed. Well they still have not fixed the problem and it is now June 27th oso to be able to get in the store Junot they need to put a new lock system or whatever its called. Because I can hardly ever open it. So last month I call to make my payment in then I was told that it will jumped up $12 II did not receive no notification of the rate increase but I paid my bill and I told them to make sure they fixed my issues with my unit yet they have not I just left there so if they want to keep on charging people they need to make their equipment easy to use. And I will be trying to contact the corporate office this is total BS !

The staff was super friendly and helpful.. They even loaded the tank I bought in my car for me without me even asking.. Great customer service.

Not much happened

Stopped in to ask a few questions and was helped right away and then when returning equipment they were very nice and got me out of there quickly

Called to schedule to have the trailer wiring installed, got an appt for 1800. When I was 4 minutes away, the tech called to say that he was leaving and that he couldnt do my wiring but could do it the next day. Went in to have a 1 hr job done, turned out to be 2 hrs and then when finished I see that he installed the wiring to the 1 piece that gets removed so that the hitch can be installed. When I asked him about this, he handed me 2 screws and said I could relocate it?!?! Apparently there is only 1 tech at this location and according to uhaul customer service this is the busiest week of the year. Something doesnt add up here. Either way, working with uhaul has been a nightmare!! I will never use them again.

This is a good place to rent a truck or trailer as well as have a hitch installed on your car.

I returned my ubox because the door no longer closed. They did not tell me the boxes dont do well on slanted driveways. They continue to charge me after I returned my equipment. I had the corporate office remove my card because they keep trying to charge me
