Today after seeking the place where I originally bought my new tires, they were jam packed and couldnt see me for an 2 hours they stated. I looked up another tire place and found Tire Express. Staff was friendly. Service was quick! I came in without calling first and I was out of there in a total of 10 minutes. They found the nail in my tire and patched it up for me. I would highly recommend them for any tire services you need in the future.

They are the best. As a woman I know theyre not going to rip me off. Always pleasant and honest.

The owners should do a better job of letting everyone know they believe in Christ over Covid before they agree to work on your vehicle and take your money. I mean, its hanging on the wall in their office but not everyone sees that so hopefully more people see this warning. Obviously, not believing in Covid means these people are exempt from using PPE, distancing and cleaning. Nobody there wears a mask, theres no cleaning, cleaning products or sanitizer to be found. Imagine what theyre doing in your car. Amazing this business is allowed to operate like this.

Needed to get work done on my brakes in the car. They took the car on Tuesday and had it done the next day. They also fixed another problem I had with the car. They were quick.

This place is THE WORST. The owners are sweet and polite until you pay. After that, they expect you to disappear. Theyre rude, pushy and just unpleasant people. I left my car and ran some errands while they did what they had to do with it. I returned at the time the car was supposed to be ready and was told they hadnt gotten to it yet. I had to blow another three hours there because of their incompetence. I wont be back.

I know nothing about tires. They took advantage of that and sold me cheap tires that werent even speed rated for my Nissan. Extremely unsafe. Stay away from this cracker jack operation.

I came here for the first time and I’m really happy I did. Those guys are really awesome, I came to get a new tire for my car and those guys went above and beyond to make sure I was good. One of my tires had a leak they fix it up for me instead of having me changed it (saved me a little money) they changed my front tire that really needed to be changed and they even balanced my tires without me even asking them to do soooo. I will definitely come back to this place.

We drove 12 hours from Ohio of a hockey tournament with nonproblems. The 6 miles trip from the hotel to the rink and I pick up a drill bit! Needed. Tire Express got us in immediately, plugged the tire and topped the other 3 off with air. Excellent service--highly recommend!

They tried to sell me tires by a brand Ive never heard of before so I decided to do some research. The brand doesnt even have a website. It has no reviews and no reputation at all. This is how they are able to offer such inexpensive prices. Do your research, folks.

The office at this place is very, very small. I was uncomfortable speaking to someone so closely but what was I supposed to do? Apparently I was speaking to the owner, an older gentleman. A few seconds into our conversation, he claimed he couldnt hear me and asked that I remove my mask. When I refused, he became visibly upset and asked how we were supposed to do business if he didnt know what I was saying. I asked that we speak outside so we could distance and I could remove my mask. He refused. I left and Ill never go back. I seriously cannot believe what happened at this place.

Have been here before and they have always done an alright job, nothing great but not terrible but I leave unsatisfied. However, my most recent visit I went in to get wheels put onto my tires and for them to get balanced. I went home and noticed that one of my tires wasnt in the correct spot so I jacked my car up and moved it, I didnt see a weight on the inside of my wheel so I checked the other ones and there wasnt a weight on those either, meaning that they didnt balance any of my wheels/tires. Who puts new wheels on tires and doesnt balance them??? I brought my car to Town Fair Tire to get an alignment done and the guy called me in and asked me who put on the wheels because they scratched them pretty bad and that none of the tires are balanced. I had paid over $200 at Tire Express and now have scratched wheels, I went to Town Fair and paid $115 for an alignment, a balance and fantastic work. I will not be going back to the unprofessional work thats done at Tire Express.

Ill start by saying that so far, there are no noticeable problems with my car or the tires I received. My review is based on poor customer service and lack of regard for CDC social distancing and public health measures.I entered Tire Express with a mask and the gentleman running the desk took one look at me and deeply sighed with exasperation. Regardless of the reason (Ill later assume it to be the mask on my face, but he also could have just been having a rough morning), it did feel really odd to be greeted (or not greeted, I should say) in this way. It took an uncomfortable amount of time for him to finally ask what I needed.Over the desk, theres a print-out sign that reads: Covid: Christ over viruses and all other infectious diseases. Now, I respect that as a business owner its totally your prerogative to express whatever your religious views are, but Im extremely troubled by the lack of regard for public health and safety. Not a single employee was masked, no social distancing markings or protocol in place, and absolutely no hand sanitizer or disinfectant products in sight.While waiting for my car to be serviced, I listened as a couple other customers came through the door, all male. Im not sure if it was because I was masked, female, or both, but I noticed very stark differences in the way I was treated vs. the interactions I heard with other customers. Others were warmly greeted: hello my friend how can we help you today etc. Stark contrast from the way I was treated, with the reasoning being, I can only assume, the way I looked (young, female, wearing mask). Perhaps Im interpreting the situation all wrong, but regardless, I should be receiving stellar customer service no matter what. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but it doesnt excuse poor service and rude attitude.When they finished the work on my car, the same man came to the waiting room and said to me, quote, You can leave whenever you want. In my experience at other establishments, I generally hear something along the lines of Miss, youre all set, I can help you check out at the desk now! Just a very strange way for them to decide to treat a customer about to drop over $500 in their establishment.I continued to remain composed and be as kind as I could muster through the whole experience, careful not to give any reason to be treated worse than I already had been.Truly, if I hadnt so desperately needed the new tires I bought that day, I would have walked out the door, before even handing my keys over. My husband spoke with a woman on the phone the day before to make the appointment for us and she was so kind and got us in much more quickly than originally expected. They had the tires I needed and were willing to squeeze us in, so I bit the bullet and paid for the tires and service. If I hadnt needed the tires in that moment, I wouldnt have stayed.Unfortunately, because of this sour exchange, I wont be returning. I encourage all others to take your business elsewhere, where you can be treated fairly regardless of who you are or what you look like, and where they take public health threats seriously. There was nothing special about the work done on my car - there are plenty of places that could do just as good of a job, but with superior customer service and safety precautions.

Before arriving I was spent. The week prior I had to put air in my tire 1 to 2 times a day. I was certain I would need to purchase at least one tire. The gentleman at the counter reminded me of what customer service should be. My issue was only a screw in my tire. My wait time was respectful and the fee reasonable. Im a satisfied customer who wanted to tell someone, anyone about the kindness and professionalism of this business.Thank you Tire Express 😊

If tires are their specialty, why did I have to go elsewhere to have the new tires they installed balanced? I left the shop and hopped onto the highway to find the car start to vibrate and shake violently. I took it back for them to tell me it was fine and they could find nothing wrong. I had to take the car somewhere else for them to tell me the new tires that were put on were not balanced properly. I wont ever waste my time with this place again.

Great experience. Found a screw in one of my tires, causing a slow leak over the weekend. Brought it here first thing Monday morning, and they removed the screw and plugged the tire immediately. In and out in about 10 minutes. Couldnt have asked for a better quick fix.

Have bought tires here several times. The last time was less than a year ago. Since then, my tires have been slowly leaking air. Actually one has leaked much faster than the others. No holes in the tire, just a faulty seal job. I returned to have them fix it and the charged me to fix their bad install. I am a loyal customer if you do your job and stand behind it. They did not and have lost a customer.

One of My tires kept losing air & I knew it was time for new tires. I put it off for a while & finally decided to look for places online. Found they were close by where I work so I Went in on my lunch break & they got me a quote quickly for 4 tires & alignment & told me one of my tires had a nail. I liked the price so I scheduled an appt for the very next morning. They even gave me a ride to work! What service! Went back on my lunch to pick up & now it drives so smooth. I was a little worried because there was now a new loud rattle coming from exhaust. Something must have came loose during the tire alignment. So i brought it back the next day on my lunch & they said it was a loose heat shield. They took it in and fixed it for no charge in just 20 minutes. Great people. great service. Great cozy waiting room! I will be going back for my future oil changes & other car repairs !

I made an appointment for 2 tires, installation, and an alignment here because the price was $30 lower than Town Fair ($370 vs $400). When I pulled up, there were 4-5 employees standing inside in a hallway no wider than 6 feet, none of them wearing a mask. Over the register is a sign that reads CHRIST OVER COVID AND ALL INFECTIOUS DISEASES. I chose to take my business elsewhere.

I can’t recommend them enough. I went in there dreading the long wait and BS pricing that garages can give and was pleasantly surprised with the price and extent in which the team went to get me out and to work as soon as possible. Town fair tire has nothing on these guys.

Had an appointment for routine seasonal tire swap and oil change. The oil filter they put in my car was the wrong one and I had an oil leak right away. I would recommend never having oil changed here.

Friendly greeting, nice waiting room, offered me coffee, free wifi, and patched my tire within half an hour of walk-in, didnt try to sell a woman by herself stuff she didnt need. $15. Boom. Found my new go-to tire place. I highly recommend this business!

I made a Gmail just to write this review. This place is completely incapable of completing a job. Its the second time I have gone to this shop for tires and then had to go somewhere else to have the job finished. I had four new tires put on with an alignment and the second I left, I could feel the car shaking and vibrating as I drove down Rt. 5. I brought it back and they claimed to have balanced the tires and wanted me to pay to have it looked at again. I took it to Town Fair Tire down the street where I was told the new tires were NOT balanced correctly. They finished the job and the car now rides smooth. I will never return to this place again.

They take advantage of women! Went there off of recommendations from my father, who has had tires replaced several times, and sends people there all of the time. My boyfriend had alignment that was still messed up, my brother as well. The last straw was when i went to have a tire repaired, was told by town fair it would be fine to plug, but town fair does not plug, they only patch and a patch would not work well due to the area the whole was in. At tire express young man came out and said that it could be repaired either with plug or patch and that plug would be best. Long story short, they purposely made the whole larger so that the plug would leak. I dont know why they did not clip the plug at that point and patch it. When I was told that they could not repair it, I was being rushed to order a tire that I had only asked how much it would be. The man tried to rush me by saying it had to be ordered within the next 5 minutes or it wouldnt get there from the warehouse for a few days. Horrible experience. I took my tire home, and my father filled it, and it is not even leaking.

I have to get 4 new tires for my 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500 pick up truck, so I pick the Hercules tires tires out because they have a 2 year warranty on them, if you get a flat tires. Anyway on to the review of this place. I call them to see how much these tires are from Cooper at 4:00pm and I gave them my truck tire sizes and they said okay I got it I’ll call you back in a little while but they never called me back for the price of the tires later so I waited to it got to 4:30pm, a half hour gone by then I called them my self because they closed at 5:00pm and I didn’t want to run out of time but little to what I know the guy decided to leave for day while putting me on hold so I decided to take my business elsewhere to Tire express in Branford with great customer service because I called them with not enough time before they closed at 5:00pm and they still got my tires ready for me on Saturday 9:00 in the morning 🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠

I have been fixing my car here since September of 2018. I always do my service there. Also, they have fixed my alternator and spark plugs. Truly awesome people, I highly recommend them if you have any issues with you car.

I came in to get a tire checked because I had a flat and they were very busy. Dale fit me in and I was out of there within the hour. He’s honest and they do excellent work. I’ll always get my tires there.

Ive purchased tires and had work done at this shop many times. In the recent past, they must have swapped staff because my last two visits have resulted in return visits to have them complete work they have started. The car had to be towed the first time and both times, Ive had to miss work to bring the car back. I no longer recommend.
