Fantastic buying experience here. My girlfriend was shopping for a new car. We were outside looking at different models, Manny came out and greeted us. She was able to sit in a few different models. After deciding on the ILX, Manny pulled the car up and let us take the car on a test drive alone. Manny was very patient and explained everything about the car and the features to my girlfriend before we left on the test drive.After driving the car she decided she wanted to purchase this one. Manny explained all the finances and options to her.They got the approval later that day. They needed to fix a small dent in the door, and had to send it out to the body shop. Manny let her know yesterday that it was ready ahead of schedule. We went to the dealership yesterday afternoon.Steve in finance was awesome, explained everything in detail and got her out fast. Manny was very patient and again explained everything on the car to her .While she was finishing up I was looking at some vehicles, and asked Manny if I could take an MDX for a test drive. He promptly took all my info and pulled the car up as he was finishing with my girlfriends transaction.We took the car out and I loved it. So I decided to purchase this vehicle also. Steve and Brandon and Manny were awesome to pull this together so fast, that I took the vehicle home yesterday also.Steve and Manny stayed 1 hour after they were closed to finish my transaction.What an amazing experience we both had purchasing vehicles at this dealership.Everyone is so welcoming, and friendly and patient. We had a bad experience at another dealership, an are so glad we came here.We both can’t thank you enough Manny, Steve, Brandon, and the detailers who got our vehicles ready very fast and a great job.Go see Manny and Steve they are great and very knowledgeable. Terrific testing and buying experience. Manny and team, were great throughout the entire process. Manny offered to either accompany me or allow me to test drive the vehicle by myself. I chose to have him accompany me on the test drive, he was patient in answering my questions and allowing me to review and test all of the features of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I did not feel any pressure into making a decision and I am now enjoying my new RDX SH-Tech.

We test drove it on a Monday, called with a few questions throughout the week, and drove it home the following Wednesday. Never did we feel pressured to get the car. John, the Business Manager, was also wonderful to work with and handled all of our paperwork and leasing details with Honda Finance. Thank you Manny and John! We love our car!

Went on January 8th just to check out a 2019 Acura TLX Advanced Package I seen online. Sales rep John Torre was great! I have never walked in to a dealership and not feel overwhelmed between having other customers and everything else going on at the same and with this location, it was the exact opposite. It was easy from the beginning to the end without any hassle or force to buy. I walked out later on that day with the car. John B in finance was great with answering all of the questions I had and making that part of the car buying process great! By far the best car buying experience!

I was driving to work and was two blocks away from merging into highway in my 2017 Acura MDX, all over sudden my dashboard lights started to flicker and my car went dead, tried jump start few times but it just wont start so, I called Acura by Executive,North Haven service dept and had my car towed to the dealership.Next day I stopped by the dealership and Tyler Leopizzo from the service dept explained to me what could be the issues with my car and he took care of my car replaced alternator, battery and valve gaskets and my car drove like brand new the next day and He mentioned that everything is covered under factory warranty didnt cost me a penny and he even had my car washed and vacuumed .Thank you so much Acura by Executive,North haven specially to Tyler Leopizzo service specialist by going above and beyond and I am so happy, Appreciated!! I came here to for oil change two days ago. A staff member in front asked me if I had an appointment. I told him if I had no appointment. He said that it would take two hours. I said no problem. When the oil was changed done, I went to get the car back and he told This is the last time free oil change .I ask why? Because when I bought a car here, the salesperson told me that it was a free lifetime oil change for my car.Now they don’t do free oil change for me.He told me that because I didn’t do the service option they recommended, they would not give me any more free oil change .I’m very sad. I have recommended a few friends to buy a car here. I don’t know if they face the same situation. Doing business is honest, and business is getting better and better. The big car dealers dont even have the most basic integrity.

I found this dealer on CarGurus and went in to check out a 2016 TLX. Needless to say i drove home with it the same day. My sales representative, Manny, made it very easy to make a decision and had an answer to almost all my questions and let me truly feel out the car. Do NOT buy your car from here! Go to another Acura if you want to have great service and great prices. This dealership just does the opposite. A few months back we had a problem with the radiator in our 2008 MDX and had it repaired at this dealership. Within an hour of getting the car back, it broke again and wouldnt even drive. The radiator they replaced broke again (within one hour). No confirmation as it was just a bad coincidence or the service department messed up. So to compensate for this, the previous service manager promised a $500 service credit. However, once I called back to redeem this credit, a new service manager was now in place. I told him my story and he said that he and others know absolutely nothing about this. I told them to contact the previous service manager to resolve this issue and they keep refusing. I also tried to contact the general manager and the general manager of service multiple times, but still no response. Once again, do NOT buy a car from here! Bad service and bad communication.

I later met other staff and they provided a well documented offer sheet with financing options and associated costs. I returned the following day and purchased the car within 1 hour. The price of the vehicle was right and they were very accommodating as this was during COVID. The best part was working with Erica Casey. Great experience dealing the the service department. They were friendly and very well versed. The representative explained all the services that were indicated. Offered coupons from the website for the services I needed. In the past I’ve always gone to “quick lube” type businesses because I was under the impression that the dealership would charge me more for the same services. After my experience at Acura I realize not only was the price comparable (cheaper even) but the knowledge and skill set was much higher.

I recently purchased a one year old Acura MDX. I worked with Erica who was professional, knowledgeableand pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, next day after I bought the car problems with steering appeared.I was terrified and lost. I called Erica and she was very helpful. She contacted the service department, organized car towingand delivery of a loaner car. A manager of service department and a mechanic who worked on the car called me andexplain me in a simple way what happened. They found a problem and fixed it (luckily, it was a simple problem).

I purchased a used vehicle from Acura by Executive, a 2017 Acura RDX w/ Tech Pkg. First off, I want to say this was one of the most pleasant and easiest auto purchases I have ever experienced. Kristen was a delight to work with via phone / text and in person when we came to pick up the vehicle from Maine. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and was patient in answering all of my questions, as this was my first experience of buying a car over the phone sight unseen, and leaving a deposit for later pickup. Truth be told, I was quite nervous about how the experience would go, but Kristen assured me all would go well and that the car would be there waiting for me when I came to pick it up – and it was!Yes, I traveled from Maine to Acura by Executive to purchase my Acura – the first one I have owned. I tried in vain to buy locally or closer to home than CT, but everyone was pricing their vehicles much higher than Executive and no one wanted to negotiate even after the car had been sitting on their lots for weeks without being sold. So I expanded my perimeter and came upon this dealership and was glad that I did. It was 7 hours round trip to come pick up the car and every hour on while on the road I would say to my wife, “Well we just saved another $250 over buying local!” The car was everything Kristen said it was on top of the price, so it was definitely worth the drive.

Service Advisor Ashley Ladore was very helpful on resolving AC problem on my wifes 2004 Acura MDX. AC hose between compressor and condenser was leaking and she expedited ordering the hose the same day,had the system evacuated and recharged. The car was ready later the same day. Excellent service!.

This was not the first time when I was buying the car from dealer. We were interested in 30K car. All we negotiated was to fix the curb scratched wheel (I would do it better). No water, no coffee, no nothing was offered during two visits there. Accounting guy was very mad that we did not want to buy any additional warranty. He said good luck when we declined it. We didnt see the manager (usually they are coming to say thank you after sealing the deal). After signing the papers we walked out to the car that had only half of the tank of the fuel. I was purchasing 4 cars in different dealerships before and this experience was the worst so far. If not the fact that they had the car we wanted, we would walk out of there. Waaaaaay below the standards that other dealerships are setting.

Took in MDX for Small vibration. Doing 30-40, 70-80 mph. They said Propellor shaft, cost 1400$. Spoke to personal mechanic after, I was taken for 1400. If shaft whole car would be violently shaking. Also was told by Michael that if there is a shake after fix, “just deal with it” There is!! Crooks! Never trust dealerships.

Nice and large selection of Acura cars. Sales staff is very good and is very dedicated to making your buying experience as joyful and painless as possible. While I did not end up going with an Acura I would still recommend Executive Acura to anyone looking for one. I found a car on line and was interested in purchasing it. I spoke with the online representative and she answered many of my questions. She then put me in contact with a salesman. I spoke with him for awhile and decided we wanted to come down and purchase the vehicle. I explained that we were about 5 hours away and that we were going to buy the vehicle. We drove the 5 hours one way. About half way into the trip I received a call from the salesman he wanted to let me know that both of the outside mirrors were cracked. I told him that none of the pictures of the car showed that and he agreed. We decided to keep going. We arrived at the dealership and test drive the vehicle, it drove very well and we negotiated a few hundred dollars off the price as we would not be coming back for any warranty work because we lived so far away. We were then told that we could not use our business check for the purchase as they would have to wait until it cleared the bank ( nobody mentioned this) they said we would have expected a certified check. How could we have a certified check if we didnt know how much we were going to pay? They didnt seem to care. How about if I transfer the money directly into your account. No we dont do that. My suggestion be extremely careful when buying here. Watch out for the hidden charges and they will also tell you that they are a one price dealership. Needless to say we drove the 5 hours home disappointed that we didnt get the vehicle. Will never do business her or at any of their dealerships.

Just got my second car from executive. This time it was from Acura in north haven. Was helped and greeted by Joanne. Very meticulous with the way the process worked. I already knew what I wanted so that made things easier. Had my choice between a steal on a 2017 (because of the huge factory rebates) or the 2018. I was given numbers to compare. After looking up comparable cars and what they sold for, I knew there was no need or room to negotiate the deal I was given. I waited 2 days for the car as they wanted to locate the color of our choice. Because I have 2 small kids and I work it would have been impossible for my wife to pick up car with kids. Joanne delivered the car to guilford for us and spent an hour of time going over every detail of the car to ensure we enjoy every benefit of the car (to be honest it was like she was dropping off her first born). First rate experience, I will be getting all my cars from executive

I always take my 2013 Acura TL to get serviced here and I won’t take it anywhere else. They take good care of your vehicle and the service department treats customers with respect and they actually listen to your issues with your car. I’m a very hyper person so when I talk sometimes my words get scrambled. The service manager took his time on the phone with me and listened to everything I had to say. This type of respect for a customer goes a long way. I would recommend my friends and family to this dealership for service! *Update* I just purchased a 2021 TLX and the entire dealership as a whole made the experience amazing. Acura by Executive is my go to place for car maintenance and just recently became the dealership where I purchased a used 2011 Acura TL. The service was top notch, smooth and painless. My original intention was to go in for an oil change on my 05 Acura TL. When I realized that the service center was closed for the day I decided to peruse the used car lot and I was greeted by William Carmon who told me about a used TL that had recently came in. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle, but the deal that they gave me was too good to pass up. Four days later, I drove off the lot in my new car. I will definitely be going back for maintenance and when I am ready to purchase a new vehicle Acura by Executive will be my first stop!

Horrible experience. Emails everyday reminding me how they have allocated time for my sales appt so please keep it. Everyday a emailI get there at 10 am, and car I was interested in is not there. Line was it was sold that morning ......yea right. Wasted time.Plus they talk to you like they are doing YOU (the customer) a favor.Oh please. Do yourself a favor, find another Acura dealer

I went there to test drive a certified pre-owned RDX. After test driving it, I found a minor issue with shifts in transmission but I was overall happy with the car. I put in a deposit which they requested, to hold the car.There was a TSB that Acura had for the specific model and VIN number of the car I was looking for. I sent this over to the dealership asking if they could do the service for me before I purchase the car. After a couple days and a conversation with the sales specialist, I learnt that the car I put the deposit on was SOLD to someone else which made me question their professionalism.That wasnt even my problem. My actual problem started since I started requesting a refund for the deposit which they told was refundable. I sent out my card details on 10th of January for which the sales specialist told me that he had processed the refund and that it would take about 7-10 business days. Its 28th of January now and I still havent received my deposit back. I tried calling the sales specialist multiple times, left voicemails but have had no responses from them since.These were the same guys who called me multiple times on a day asking me to come purchase the car after I put a deposit in. I even wrote to the sales manager if he could help with this but I have had no luck.

Very pleased with the level of service I received from William Carmon, while purchasing my RDX in March.I had shopped around and was trying to get out of my lease early, they were willing to not just work with me, but also be in the ballpark of what I wanted to spend. Love the car! Very happy overall. I will be back to see William in about 3 years!

Horrible customer service. When we arrived there were 3 customers in the dealership total (Saturday at 4:30pm) and they were short handed. we already knew specific vehicles we were there to look at and the best the receptionist could tell us to do was to go out and look at the cars while we waited over 30 minutes for salesperson. No manager came to help us or check in on us. Finally a salesperson came to help us and it took us over an hour and a half after that to go on two test drives and get our car appraised. Then by the time we had all the information we needed to try to make a decision, the sales manager and sales person were in such a rush to go home for the night because it was 6, that they were not interested in even remotely discussing any type of negotiation or opportunity, gave us a price and said thats what it is and thats all it is. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone and I will certainly never return.

Terrell Wright was my salesman and he went far and beyond to explain everything in detail. He actually seemed happy that I got my car.On the downside manager spoke to him inappropriately in front of me.That should be done in private.It was upsettingrest of staff was also amazing

Polite and service seems good enough. Have been twice for an oil change that took 1.5-2 hours and they didnt look into something I asked them to. I didnt want to wait any longer so left with my AC charging port not working.

Awesome experience purchasing my new vehicle from Acura By Executive in North Haven! After meeting with the sales staff there, they quickly located the perfect vehicle for me based on what I had told them. William Carmon, in particular, really listened to my needs and bent over backwards to fulfill the promises and timelines that were made to me. After failed attempts to find the personalized experience I was looking for at other area dealerships, it was refreshing to be treated as a valued future member of the Acura family! Anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle owes it to themselves to go talk to William and see how helpful and courteous he is. I am looking forward to seeing if the service department can match the level of satisfaction I felt from the sales department.
