Seriously I couldnt believe they couldnt do a deal. I have jeep 2017. Wanted to lower my car payment. I was willing to trade with a 2019 Sentry. They couldnt do it for a lower car payment. Now somewhere else offered 21,000. Wow

Meghan Boudreau (service advisor) took care of everything! She was able to get a new harness, ensured it was covered by the warranty and she provided me a rental car in the meantime. She communicated with me consistently and I knew exactly what was going on the entire process. She involved the right people and I feel completely satisfied and taken care of as a customer. She made the whole experience a positive one. I cant thank her enough.
I was asked to put a down payment and purchase insurance for the vehicle I wanted before I was approved by the bank. I waited for an hour to speak with the financial manager and there was only one couple seeking service before me. It was 30 minutes before closing that they informed me that I in fact was not approved for the car and needed to return later on in the week. Communication with the sales agents was horrendous as I called them several times for them to return my security deposit. They never even informed me that the deposit was being processed to return to me, I called them and then they let me know. Overall, customer service was lackluster at best.
Beloved and Justin were both very knowledgeable and patient throughout my entire experience buying a car. Would definitely recommend seeing Justin for any help you need buying a car.
I went in for oil change and tire rotation. Done in a timely fashion. I need to go back for diagnostic evaluation because of some noise when I turn wheel right or left. No loaner cars which is disappointing since I have to leave the car all day. Also $142.00 for the diagnostic which I think I shouldn’t be charged for If I’m getting the repair done.

I just moved to CT and needed to have my first service (on my new leased in FL Rogue 2021) and after a lot of research, all reviews directed me to Executive Nissan. I got references of three advisors and one of them was Alberto… I am really lucky having him to help me in my process in a new town for a new vehicle. Although I was not able to use the service plan assigned to my leased car and already paying for it, he found out the way to help me and advise me in a proper way… I really loved having my car serviced with you guys. My wife and I leased a vehicle and bought a vehicle here within the past few weeks. However, weve used them for the last decade and have never been disappointed. Even including a totaled car that they replaced quick and with ease several years ago. I cant say enough good about Executive Nissan. They have always been fair, direct, and easy to deal with. A complete no pressure buying atmosphere with the consumer in mind. I always dreaded car shopping but this place is a breeze. I wish I would read the reviews before leaving my Nissan to do recall on this dealership. Instead of just doing a recall, I got a phone call that while they were fixing the recall parts, a different part of my car was broken and I have to pay for it or I wont get my car back!!! Unbelievable and unprofessional. Please stay away. Do not do any business with this dealership.

I heard a noise coming from what I thought may have been my undercarriage but after a test drive I was ensured they would take a look at my car, find and fix the problem. The car service was a plus considering I did not have to inconvience family for an early ride to work.
Went in for oil change 7:30am appointment. I did not leave till 9:25. When I went to leave my car seat was put far back and the automatic button would not move forward to adjust seat. Had to have assistance with it. Then I was told I would have to pay to get it looked at if I brought it back in. Absolute craziness. 2 hrs for oil change and then I would have to pay to get a part fixed that an employee messed up?!

I apologize in advance for the long post. But, nope I will NEVER buy another Nissan product in my life. We have purchased 4 new Nissan’s in the past 3 years. We take our vehicles to a Nissan dealership for everything that needs done, except the oil change and that’s because we put a higher grade oil in than the dealership uses in our vehicles, so our car goes to another shop for oil changes.We had issues with our pathfinder BEFORE the warranty ran out. The car would die out, the check engine light is on, when you push on the gas, it doesn’t want to go. We took it to the dealership for an engine light. The dealership said the engine light was from an engine misfire. Almost weekly/biweekly we have taken our vehicle back for the same thing and they were never able to find an issue. Monday we took it back again and they told us the same thing. Because we had the vehicle in the shop so many times they looked closer into it I guess. Now, with no warranty coverage they say it’s something with our timing and it will be a little over $6,000 in repairs. Even better though, it is something that should have been covered under our warranty. That shows me Nissan does not stand behind their products, therefor we will no longer stand behind Nissan. The bad part is, in 2 years when my husbands car would be paid off, we were planning on purchasing a 5th new vehicle from them (because my husband really wanted a truck). I understand that the warranty is no longer valid, BUT we have taken our vehicle in NUMEROUS times for the same issue (initially prior to the warranty running out). Not only has the warranty office not helped us. They have disconnected my call when I called and enquired about the warranty. The representative would not transfer my call to anyone other than himself. I would prefer to make all our future purchases from companies that back their products.
I appreciate the fact that I was offered to pay a little extra for a free oil change the next time. I don’t like that this location doesn’t except Nissan One to One rewards which is why I don’t always go to this location but this location is nicer a d quicker than Milford’s so each has pros and cons.

I was Appalled at the fact that I decided to trust executive nissan with giving me great service. Sadly I am disappointed at the service and the unprofessionalism that I have acquired. I will never go back here again. It took four days for me to receive a vehicle. Tell this day I still have yet to receive the vehicle even after the fact I put insurance on it and also gave my down payment. If you want service that is slow and very unprofessional at communication than welcome to Nissan executive we’re on professionalism is most likely the birthplace.Blaze was my Car salesman and she did a horrible job. I also had someone named Francis who did a half job. Then I also have John who made excuses for the horrible service that blaze continue to give me for four days. I am just appalled.

They made my experience very easy especially with the COVID-19 going on they made every step of the way easy and everything was very sanitized and I felt comfortable as I could ever be! My salesman, Jaimie was very friendly and wasnt pushie at all unlike other dealerships. He was also very pleasant and walked my through the car. The finance department was also not pushie at all! Ive had a Nissan since 2016 and I love my car. I consider myself a loyal customer of the Nissan brand, but my most recent experience with Nissan as a corporation was extremely unpleasant. I just got off the phone after four hours of back and forth between three local dealerships and corporate trying to find someone who could tell me where my reimbursement checks were being mailed to.Ive been trying to get information out of my new dealership for about two months now. After going back and forth with the financial advisor on cancellations he suddenly stopped responding. Come to find out, the financial advisor that was helping me no longer works there. No one picked up my request after his departure and didnt know anything about it. So I spent two weeks before the thanksgiving holiday trying to see if someone at the dealership could help. The customer loyalty manager got involved and told me she would call me back with any new information. This was before the holiday, and when I called back today she couldnt remember the details of my inquiry so I had to go over the whole thing for about the fifth time.I reached out to my former dealership (which had been recently bought out) to discuss these cancellations and confirm that if the reimbursements were sent to them that they had my new address on file. The former dealership said they couldnt help me because when they were bought out they gave all their records to the dealership two towns over. So I contact the third dealership to determine if they will be the ones to receive the reimbursement and confirm that they had my updated contact information. This dealership was also recently bought out and unable to help me.After going back and forth with the dealerships I called corporate. First of all, I hate automated systems and thats what you get when you call corporate. So I listen to all of the options, select the cancellations and warranties. I get transferred to someone with a poor connection. I could hear her saying hello over and over, but she couldnt hear me. So after a minutes she hangs up. I try calling back and go through the automated system again. I get connected with someone that I can understand and can also hear me; he was able to confirm that my cancellations were received, but could not tell me when and the status of the reimbursement or where the checks might be mailed to so he attempts to transfer me to someone else. The line doesnt transfer to another department and instead I end up back at the corporate automated system again..I go through the same automated list and make my selections. I am then patched through to another customer loyalty person who I cannot understand because she has a difficult to understand accent and the phone line quality is garbage (very quiet at max volume). About this time I am getting a call from my local dealership where the new vehicle was purchased from. I hang up with corporate and answer the incoming call. Its the loyalty manager from the new dealership and she called to tell me that she confirmed that my cancellation requests were received and to provide me with the policy numbers I already had. I am really glad it took two months to get that much information out of my dealership. I really miss the people who ran the my former dealership before they got bought out.I tried calling corporate again. I get another customer loyalty specialist on the line who inevitably fails to transfer me to the right department and go through the automated system for a fourth time. Finally, I get someone who knows how to transfer a line. After about four hours I finally got to speak to someone who could confirm the dates in which the cancellations were received, the dates the checks were mailed, the address they would be mailed to, and status of the one cancellation request still pending. It should not have taken four hours to find out that my reimbursement checks that should have arrived are still being toted around by USPS god-knows-where. I am still waiting, Nissan.

I made an appointment for an oil change at 10:30am. As I am writing this it is 12:43pm and my car is not done. This is unacceptable and happens all the time here when you have a free oil change. Do not take your car here unless you have to, they do not respect appointments, you or your time. There is no world where an oil change takes over 2 hours. Just terrible.

Really cant enough about their service department, especially as an out of state client. Our car broke down outside of West Haven and Executive Nissan was the closest dealership to our location so we were towed into their service department. This was a major issue with a CVT transmission and one we are still trying to rectify. Alberto and staff have been extremely helpful and as I write this, we are still in the mist of spearheading a solution. It should be noted here Executive Nissan was not the problem, but they are helping us towards a solution with an out of state service center. After this they probably will never see me again, but they are treating us as if I live next door and come in as a regular client. That says a lot about their work ethic so, 5 stars for their service department, especially Alberto!

Alberto Binet went above and beyond to ensure my car was fixed in a timely manner and handle the other repair company’s poor customer service in releasing my extended warranty coverage. I will be recommending him to my friends and family. It was worth paying a deductible for better customer service despite the option of going to my warranties approved repair company.
Bad customer service. Car drop off was not met by service technician and had to write my issues on envelope. My concern around visor wasn’t addressed. I don’t think they did any due diligence around water leak. I suggested that it may be the window but they offered no validation, just take it to the glass place. Service manager threatened to keep car unless we “paid cash only”!

Purchase a nissan kicks a year ago in this dealership. Just a few months after purchase, the front passenger door won’t be able to open. (It got repair from their dealership). Yesterday, I parked the car right outside my house for a few hours in a sunny morning. (There was no rock hits, no trees surrounded etc. ) The glass was broken due to the high temperatures (the temperature was around 87-89F degrees). Low quality. Called their service department was told the warranty does not covers the glass. It is a manufacturing defects. Will never purchase car here again. Do not recommend!
I was unable to respond to Franks reply to an earlier review so I will address it here. Frank if you were truly concerned about the level of service provided you would have called - you know how to reach me. Furthermore you are not interested in listening demonstrated as follows:1. Wednesday Nov 11th you refused to speak to my husband in person at the dealership to address his questions regarding the extended warranty. He waited for the better part of an hour before I returned to pick him up without resolution.2. When I spoke with you on the phone today, you continually interrupted and over talked me - demanding we pay in cash so we could not dispute the charge. If you as the service manager are confident that you fulfilled your service level agreement - a disputed charge would not be of concern especially since we never presented that as an option. Not only is your insinuation offensive but it speaks to your character and stereotypes.3. Lastly when I asked for the District Managers contact, email or phone, you refused to provide it.Your response to the previous review was performative and empty. I will publicly repeat my sentiments on this forum. After purchasing Six Nissans - we will be moving on. The quality of the vehicles have deteriorated over the years and the dealership is only as good as the folks providing the service. Again, if you are interested in addressing the concerns you know how to reach us. In the meantime, I will continue to pursue other recourse.

Most of my experiences have been great here, however my attendant was not available when I first arrived and the woman who got me started said my assigned advisor would be over to talk with me soon. This gentleman never came over. When I requested additional information about my car and the status someone went to find my advisor (took 5-7 mins) and he looked over from the garage area into the waiting area at me but never came over to talk with me. The first time we exchanged words was once my car was done. I was never able to explain the concerns I had with my car prior to my car being looked at and I hope to never be assigned to this advisor again or I will not return. I have been bringing my Nissans here for years. Most of the advisors are very friendly and welcoming but this one seemed to be to busy for his customer.
The whole experience was seamless, Executive Nissan was able to transfer my plates and insurance. I did not have to do anything. Everything was done by them. This is my forth lease and my fifth will be in October when my lease ends on my Maxima. They were able to get me the car that I need the next day.Thank you team Executive Nissan.

Way over priced to have service done. This is why I try to do everything I can my self. Also they just wanna get rid of u and on to the next because over priced service is what makes all the money for a dealer not selling cars. And thats a fact.

I had to use their high speed charger to charge my Nissan Leaf, and they were very nice to me. They moved a gas car that was blocking the charger right away so I could charge. When its time to upgrade my Leaf, Im definitely coming here.
I have had my car seviced here before.i was very impressed and pleased with the service then.i didnt really know what to expect this time considering we are in the middle of a pandemic and they are running on a limited staff.but quite honestly jonathan and rest of the staff was nothing less than fast and professional.once again i would give the experience a perfect 10.
One of the many reasons why I will never by parts or get serviced at a dealership again. A total rip-off. I needed a handle for the back seat release latch. They charged me $40 for a little plastic handle. Looks like it could have been sold elsewhere for under $5. Then had the nerve to say it would cost over $250 to get the part put in because they would have to peel back the leather to get to the latch. They made it seem like it was a big job to do. There is a zipper on the side of the seat. Thats all it took to get to the latch. My friend did it for me in under 5 minutes and it only cost me $20. Never again Nissan..... Never again.

After my signing the lease agreement nothing but chaos pursued. Turned out they had incorrect Vin number on my lease papers. I was given a temporary registration for my car (I am from NY) and it was good for a month. The month is up and I have yet to get my registration. Total lack of communication. Tried calling the dealership a number of times only to leave message after message simply asking for an update. Calls never returned!! Another issue was, when I signed the lease I told the finance guy I did not want anything extra!!! After reading over my papers I noticed that he stuck in $800.00 worth of coverage I did not want.Every time I had issues with these people I had to go directly to the dealership to get resolutions,All I can say is BEWARE!!!!! Great salespeople who can sell you anything but just know you will not be able to ever reach them again if you need them!!!!!!!
I was not to thrilled with the level of service I received when bringing my car in last week. I had called a week in advance and setup an appointment for two things. A metal bracket had been removed from my car after it rusted away (To make sure I didnt need a new one), and my tire pressure sensor was seemingly not working correctly.I was asked to bring the car in between 8 and 8:30AM, so I was there at 8:15. After a quick chat about my two issues, and being told the metal bracket was fine and did not need to be replaced, all that was left was the tire pressure sensor problem.I called the service department at 3:20 PM to get an update after I had not heard from them all day, when I was told they had checked the tire for leaks and found none. Being frustrated I asked when the car would be ready, and I was told that the representative would check for me. I had a few more calls with the department where I was asked if it was OK to leave the car overnight, to which I replied I didnt want that. At this point they had my car for almost 8 hours, and seemingly nothing had been done.When I asked why I had to bring the car in so early if they seemingly had not worked on it all day until I had called for an update, I was told they were overbooked, and a lot of the techs had the day off. I was also told some of the techs were working on up to three cars at once. I was then told my car needed to be reprogrammed to tell the sensor to stop reporting the incorrect numbers, but when they went to reprogram the car, they said it was fine and didnt need it anymore. Finally I was told they added some air to the tire, and the sensor that was was reporting 12PSI low magically reset itself.Finally around 5:00 PM my car was complete and I was told I could come pick it up. When I picked it up, we found one of the techs had left their phone on my dashboard. Luckily I noticed it before I had driven away.So I as the customer who booked this appointment in advance, was punished in a way because the service department had to much work and not enough techs, received little to no communication, and honestly didnt feel like my needs were met.Very disappointed.I will say they did not charge me for the work that was done on my car, which is about the only good to come from this visit.
Service people were friendly, responsive and kept me up to date regarding status of my service. I waited in their waiting room and the rep stopped by t keep me informed.
It was very easy and pleasant expierence buying a car at Executive Nissan. Pricing and overall level of service is very good, no hidden fees and unexpected changes in price of car when you go to pick it up. Highly recomendeed.
