My Mazda 3 2015 had handle break issues. I stopped by the shop made an appointment and in the same day it got fixed!Great service! I like how he communicated in a very professional but relaxed way. It was easy to understand and he seems to be a very honest and trustworthy person.Considering doing other fixes here in the future!

After multiple trips to another shop and thousands of dollars of parts and labor i was still having front end suspension issues and lost confidence in the other shop. We brought my truck here he was friendly and professional he did not make false promises said he would look it over and we would go from there. He had an alignment done before starting the work so he could diagnose the issue the right way and found multiple issues parts not tightened properly brand new ball joints without grease the truck was very unsafe. He tightened and greased everything took multiple trips to the alignment rack to dial it in the right way and at a very affordable cost. He was fast detailed orientated affordable and took pride in his work not to many people around like this anymore i would highly recommend him for any of your automotive needs.

I had called 3 other places to get my front brakes done and they were crazy expensive! .. I came across Joe business and boy was I glad ! I gave him a call he was very eager to educate me on the service I was looking for. I even asked questions about other services that I would need in the future and Joe was happy to educate me on those as well and when I would need to get them done. Joe was able to get me In The same day ! He told me he would need about 40 minutes to complete the service and he got it done in about 30 minutes! He test drived my car to make sure everything was okay and he explained everything he saw and did with my car brakes and educated me. I was extremely please with the amount of care Joe gave me. . I went in because my brakes were squealing pretty loud after another mechanic replaced my rotors. Turns out it was a simple hardware problem that took 10min to fix. Very honest and didn’t try to oversell or overcharge me. Totally recommend!!

Amazing experience. I brought my vehicle into Brake Time Auto Repair, through the referral of a parts store manager. The parts store had checked the code for my check engine light and advised of the sensor that my car needed. When I spoke to Joe at Brake Time Auto Repair, he advised me that the code could be from various issues and it would be best to have him properly diagnose the issue accurately. This way he could guarantee the fix. So glad I took his advice. Joe is extremely honest, trustworthy and a true master mechanic. He diagnosed the issue, which wasn’t the sensor at all, got rid of the check engine light, and saved me $$$ that I was already prepared to pay for the sensor. Joe was EXTREMELY informative, he ran a diagnosis on my 2003 Acura and told me exactly what the problem was straight up with no chaser. I decided to give Brake Time Auto repair a chance when getting the brakes on my 2007 Subaru Outback done. I thought I only needed front brakes, but Joe alerted me to my back brakes needing work and showed me the damage to prove it. I got incredible service at a very fair price. He even drove my car back to my home for me so that I wouldnt have to Uber. He was very communicative, and prompt. Brakes are working really well now and I will be going back to him for other repairs, since he doesnt only do brakes. Highly recommend this honest repair shop!

I was recommended to go see Joe at Brake Time Auto Repair by my local parts store for my check engine light that came on. He diagnosed the stuttering engine as a misfire right away due to bad spark plug. I thought I was going to need a new engine! Changed the spark plugs, everything good as new. Great experience! I heard about Joe through my brother and decided to give him a chance since I havent been happy with the dealership I usually use and let me just say Joe will be my new mechanic for all my future services. When I say the service is amazing I mean the technician had the car back in no time totally fixed and the best part was it was at a excellent price. Everybody come here and youll see how good it is. Being I was looking for places to go on Sunday with everybody closed and this being the last place I checked the worker said yes with no hesitation and my car is running better than ever.

Sorry in no way am I able to shorten this review up... I went to a mechanic December 27 (not Joe at Brake Time) and spend 709 bucks on front brakes and rotors, oil change, a belt and labor... February 7th was a Friday and I called them around noon and said my brakes all of a sudden started grinding really badly and may I just pop in for a second to see if its a rock or something simple cause I drive for a living.. however she told me she could fit me in on Tuesday.. Not lets get you in just incase the parts are faulty and you could be in danger but ummm does Tuesday work.. OMG!!So every Sunday I eat breakfast with the folks and I tell them this awful story and we looked online right then and there and called brake time.. It was Sunday before noon time and God love him he answered.. Told him whats going on and he said come today, and that I did.For 20 bucks he threw my car on the rack, took the front tires off and showed me on my car whats going on, and showed me what Ill need in the future via where why and cost.. I was so impressed.. and if he did the work hed take the 20 off the cost.. OMG!!709 is a lot of money so I grinded around town a bit till I could afford to do it yet again.. Now I called him on Sunday again, got in on Monday at 130pm... Wait for it... His hours of operation are m-f 4 to 9He literally came in early for my car..Hes honest and fair and will go over and above for his customers.. And.. And!! After all was said and done he walked me to my car and opened the door. A perfect gentleman. So ladies and gents of course if you need an honest mechanic or even a second opinion, call Joe at Brake Time you wont regret it

Personable, fast and fair priced!It’s every persons worse nightmare when they have car problems! Our catalytic converter was stolen from our 02 Honda a couple weeks ago. We took it to the shop to have it replaced. The check engine light came on after replacing the converter so we then took it to an electrical shop to have it diagnosed. We were quoted $1300+ and were told we needed a new PCM that would need to be special ordered. After already paying $500+ to get the converter replaced, that was a very hard pill to swallow. My husband and I didn’t know if we wanted to put more money into the car since it’s already pretty old as it is only a commuter car to and from work, and knowing it wouldn’t pass smog in December due to the check engine light, we became pressed for time on whether to fix the problem or get another new car. We were then recommended to Joe (Brake Time Auto Repair) by a family member for a 2nd opinion. Joe responded very quickly and listened to the problem we were facing. We dropped the car off and within a couple hours, we received a phone call saying that the problem was fixed. He took the time to really look into the problem and realized that the 02 sensor on the vehicle was the wrong one, which was a much simpler fixed compared to what we were told from the other shop. All in all, he saved us over $1000. We are SO relieved! Highly recommend Brake Time Auto Repair if you ever have any car issues!!

Fanastic customer serivce. I droped the car off at 7:00pm friday night and by 8:30am had full diagnos with a few other could be this diagnos. He kept me in the loop the whole time, explained to me in great detail even though my head spun trying to figure it all out.
