I cant really tell the quality of this shop. i have stopped by seeking a simple tire repair 3 different times and each time theyve said they didnt have time to help me despite the shop appearing not to have anything else being worked on at the time.Id strongly suggest calling to see if they will set an appointment if you plan to have them do any work on your vehicle.

Ali always has the best prices and is fast on everything! When I need anything to do with tires and rims he my guy to go.

Guy was nice but they gave me a bald used tire. Being a woman, men always try to get over. I asked them to put more air in my tire and they wouldnt. They couldnt even help me put the spare back in.

Staff is friendly and caring. They always take good care of me either its new tires or used ones. Good part is they have a car mechanic too with alignment equipment. Quite happy with their service.

There fast and efficient. My tires were slashed and I was gifted new tires. Had ben to several places and they wanted a fortune to mount the new tires. Came in with my tires they put them on my rims for me. They even offered to have me come back with the tires on and they would make sure they were aligned and rotated.

Hi everyone. They have affordable tires for mostly all vehicles. For example, I paid $280 for Indonesia tires for four on my Camry; in comparison that cost in Walmart for their brand ( I don’t remember which one, they said those made by Goodyear for Walmart in the US) $360. It is not Michelin for sure, but I believe it is better than that Walmart brand anyway (have experience).

Just like other reviews say, customer service from workers - not the best. Though i learned to either avoid some of them or ignore their attitude, but owner is super nice and helpful. Bought new and used tires from him at least 3 times. Always great prices, answers my questions.

Bought 2 use tires for a good deal then they had to brake the lug nut i did not have the key they broke it off for free 3

First I would like to say, Ali is welcoming and all around nice guy. Needed 4 tires and alignment for my 2016 Toyota Corolla and Ali gave me a price I didnt think twice about. Fast service, great prices, what else do you need!? Whatever tire and wheel shop youre thinking of sucks balls compared to BT American Tire & Wheels. Trust me, I checked.

Have brought a domestic and a foreign car here for repairs and they did a great job on both. Got rims and tires here as well. Super easy to work with and great customer service.

Very honest mechanic, I assumed I needed new tires, battery, brake pads, and shocks and instead of just saying I needed all of that and charging me which they could have done they didnt. I just had my rear brake pads replaced, tire rotation, a flat tire repair, and a wheel alignment for about 200 bucks. Support honest mechanics who dont over charge and are honest about what you need changed or fixed.

Wanted me to spend over $200 for a service I didn’t need, AND only had the most expensive option available.I just wanted to have something fixed so my drive home to Redding would be safer. Thanks for nothing, I will never return here. Dishonest and spreads misinformation willingly.

I highly dont recommend this shop. Very bad customer service. Came there to get my wheels balanced, when I approached a employee there to ask if he can balance my wheels he said nope Im to busy to do that go find another worker somewhere around the shop here! I dont see why its the customers job to go looking around for his workers to get a job done for me that I will be paying for. Just overall the attitude i got from him was very disappointing.

Never go this place to do alignment!! The person who doing alignment fully unprofessional. I lost a lot time for coming back there to get fixed alignment. After third time they told me that I have problem with car and I need visit mechanic first. Another shop did alignment in less that 20 minutes. Finally my car can go straight like before. I do not recommend to do business with this people!!!! Just wasting time!!!

I purchased a set of 4 dunlop tires from this store it seemed like a good deal at the time until a few months later when my fellow Co worker noticed the weird wearing on one of my tires. when I took it back to the store to get a replacement for a clear warranty defect the manager stated its from my shocks. .I mentioned the shocks were changed before I even had purchased the new tires. none of the other tires show the same wear. the area that is too shallow is the water groove channels on the tire. they are a 1/4 inch lower than the center and outer channels. yet theres no clear wear on the inner outer toe of the tire to show wearing from my shocks. the point is they were making excuses to not replace a clear defect in a product they sell. and loose a customer / customers. dont sell the product if you wont stand by it. I will be contacting the better business bureau

Took my jeep in a while ago just to get some used tires. Pretty standard stuff, come to find out my rear drivers side tire that I purchased from them was a plugged tire. I bring it back. Not to ask for a free tire but to purchase another, I know mistakes happen which is fine. They tell me they cannot get my rims off because the lug nuts are stripped. He told me theres usually a guy that burns them off but he was not in for the rest of the day so come back. I tried to come back and all he did was refer me to a mechanic and said he had no idea how much it would cost me. I ended up taking it to americas tire and they said every lug nut had been over torqued at least twice as much as they should be. Im still working with trying to get it all figured out. Still blows my mind that they stripped them and didnt even offer to fix it free of charge.

Good place if you have a leak or flat tire. Cost $95 for new tire which included labor and only waited 25 minutes on a Saturday.

These are the worst people ever. They are extremely rude and act like they dont know what theyre doing. Like you being there is putting them out. I walked away and went down the street to Express Tires, where business is cheaper, faster and far more welcome.

Horrible service! Had my tires changed here, and the next day I felt my car vibrating on the freeway because of bad balancing. So I went back to them so they can fix the problem, when I got there, they said they didnt remember me that I had my tires changed 2 days ago and refused to fix the mistake !

They turned down business because they are lazy! I went there early, first/only customer there and they tell me they cant do an alignment on my car because its a jeep liberty... I kinda laughed like it was a joke but guy was totally serious. Will never return here again, terrible customer service. Thanks for nothing.

Great Place, got my oil change here last month.

Rude to customers. I went to ask a question to a guy for my alignment and wanted to know if my strut is affecting it. Other man told me to go inside, and shoo shoo me. I said why is there 2 men standing and watching? He gave me the face and told me to go away. I feel unwelcome and trust issues for them fixing my car.

It was my first time coming here. I had a nail in my tire and they told me I had to buy a tire because of where the nail was so I said okay. When I got home I checked my tire and it was the same old tire I had and they just patched it.
