DCR was unprofessional I called and he said he’s there.I got there and he’s not there n waited for like 15mins😡💨💨.Next,he called back n said he’s going to be there showed up w my Props N nowhere to be found.😡💨💨💨I had to go across town for repairs n wat better service!!!!!👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Frank is a one man shop and this is his side gig so as one can imagine he does get busy... especially in-season. That being said he had me bring in my lower unit for a skeg repair the day after I called and turned it around for me in about 24 hours. He finished it on a Sunday, a day hes supposed to be off. Frank is very knowledgeable about boats in general and even offered to take a quick look at my boat for an overheating issue I am having. Overall a great experience and Ill definitely be going back to him for future work.

Sold me a new propeller that was completely the wrong diameter of the existing propeller the other propeller the propellers diameter did not match and the pitch was pitched wrong one was pitch at 17 and the other one at 20 he cost me thousands and thousands of dollars and a lost summer of boating

Fixed my prop right, took a little long but he is a one man operation.

At check in was given 1-1.5week time frame. After 3 weeks my prop was still unrepaired.
