Very poor customer service never called to tell me my phone needed a new part had to call them then they told me an hour to come back and then when I tried to pick my phone up they said wait another 20 minutes it’s not done it got put back and then they bump all their prices up smh Will never come back here again

I was looking through OfferUp to purchase a used phone. Not only did they have the lowest prices but they also offered a 15 day warranty with an optional extended warranty. All sorts of cool gadgets like pop sockets, lanyards, etc. The staff was very polite and helpful. My new go-to phone spot!!
