The owner here helped me switch the service from boost mobile. BEST DECISION I’VE EVER MADE! I’m not sure why he has low ratings since he was nothing but professional and friendly. Free device and tablet, only thing I paid was the service and taxes. Definitely recommend!!

This store is awesome. Mo is amazing with customers. His employees are knowledgeable and courteous. Ive never had a problem with this particular store. Im a customer of this store for 3 years.If youre looking for a great cell phone store for the family with professional agents, this is the place.

Owner want to charge $150 for promotional free phone because they are selling it as a package with a case and screen protection glass and when asked if I can just get phone he said no only comes with package otherwise store doesnt make a profit. Im Very Unsatisfied.

Go somewhere else, this store tried to charge me 286 $ for a 199 $ phone, tried saying the phone comes with a case & screen protector but they just added it to the price without asking if i want it or not, i told him i didnt want a case or screen protector as i buy after market cases. I went to a different store and it was 234 $ out the door . this store will rip you off dont buy here 👎👎😠

Poor customer service. They always tell you a good price to get you to add new phones but when the actual bill comes out its never what they say and on top of their lies they tell you they cant do a service then I go to the main metro store by Winco and they say they can. People at this metro store dont know what they are doing and their so rude.

This is the worst metro authorized dealer i have ever been to. I went there today to but 2 new phones and the guy moe told me he wouldnt sell me the phones unless i bought screen protectors and cases also. I now the everyone needs to make money and accessories have the most profit, but the prices for the accessories are way overpriced. I left and bought the phones from the store in antelope and had a much better experience.

Good service is so hard to find especially for us poor folk. The gentle man who runs the shop is the best. He knows how to do business where everyone walks away happy.

I love that the owner Mo is always happy to help you and is so knowledgeable about phones..... without just trying to upsell you every time!

I am thankful that this store is so close to where I live! When coming here, I like to work with the owner directly since he is personable and gets business handled!
