This is actually a T-Mobile store (I cant update the location for some reason). Although the store was relatively busy, I was helped quite quickly. However, I did notice that people who were waiting before me left after a while. I feel like thats normal with cell phone stores, but a little more attentiveness from the store associates would go a long way. Regardless, I was able to get what I needed done within 10 minutes of being helped.

Im highly upset with Cricket wireless. I purchased the iPhone 11 on July 10,2020 using Progressive Leasing and went to the store to retrieve the phone. The representative made it seem like it was a requirement to buy phone accessories to buy a phone. I felt too uncomfortable to say anything at the time. When I called progressive Leasing to confirm the retailers statement the next day, it was false. Progressive Leasing only requires customers to purchase a product worth at least $150. I returned to this cricket retailer and now unable to get a return on two accessories that I dont need to bring my payment over $100 than the phone. Not okay, Cricket. Highly disappointing & have the receipt to confirm.

Cricket is that company you want to turn to when you are low on cash. They have a variety of plans that are decent to chose from. They have also increased their service area of locations. They have many more telephone options to chose from now and great customer service at a low cost. I turned to them when I hit rock bottom. They were very understanding and they worked with me through my hard financial times. The phones they offer are good quality phones that are comparable to Apple, Verizon or AT&T. The service is just as good for probably half the price. I am from El Paso, TX living in San Antonio, TX. I travel back and forth by car. I always get good reception with service by Cricket in the middle of nowhere and that is what I mean by saying that they are increasing the service of area of locations. They are buying more antennas. Cricket is the way to go economically.

I wonder if it is Cricket Wireless policy to play profane music in front of their store? I was walking outside their store with my daughter and we heard several curse words playing from a speaker attached to the store. It was too loud not to hear. Not appreciated.

The young man that helped me today was very knowledgeable and courteous. He is what a customer service is all about. Keep up the good work and he is the best.
