I entered the store to get a new line they both seemed unhappy dealing with me at first and then I was told I have to wait 72hours to open a new line with no explanation. i called up another metro pcs that was local in the area and explained the situation and I was told I don’t have to wait at all so I went to that location and they was happy doing business with me without and discrimination. Big waste of time and not worth the negative experience based on my ethnicity.

Ive been noticed this new store was opened not too long ago. So i gave it a try since its close to my house. It was pleasant surprise, store is very clean, organized and best of all they know what they were doing also saves some changes compares to my past metro i should say. Thanks for opening a store here two thumbs up!
