Staff working there September 18th at 5:55pm are no help at all.... I came in to buy 2 phones CASH! and they only had 1. I asked where i could buy everything at the same time and 2 different people said they dont know. The rest of the people are sitting at a round table. This store just let 3000 walk out because i want 2 note ultras
I walked into this tmobile and nobody even acknowledged me. They are so rude in here!!! I said “So nobody is going to ask me if i need help?” The guy just looked at me. And Still said nothing. Even if you guys are busy atleast let me know you will be right with me. All i needed to do was change my screen protector. So rude!! NOW I SEE WHY YALL GOT 3.8 stars and i hope i made it go lower. This is why I love my tmobile store on university by the walmart. THEY WOULD NEVER!
My visit was very pleasurable. Raquel at the mc nabb store in Tamarac was very helpful and very sweet . Very good sale representative.
Came to set up a prepaid account, fast and quick process, however there was a weird lady inside on a microphone harrasing the customer. One woman even left because of the lady.
This store and the employees need better training in customer service! Over a week or so we had a encounter with the store manager Raquel and district manager Derrick. The policy need to be clearly written on the receipts or explain at the time of purchase. It’s not the customers job to figure out policy or assume how things work! We as customers do not have access to “the employee handbook” as what she was reciting when we spoke. I didn’t like her tone and her employee that was there in the background speaking. I found it very rude and disrespectful! As expressed I will be writing to the corporate office to express the situation and how it was dealt with, with both the manager and district manager. Not happy with the overall store and phone conversations and the outcome!

I had some phone related questions and issue and Jessie assist me very professionally and provide fantastic service. I would recommend this store.Onces again thank you Jessie .

I must say that the employees at this location are incredibly kind and thorough. I do have to complete Raquel for helping me on an impossible task. I came in one evening panicking because my phone had locked itself because I forgot my swipe code. She tried diligently to get it to work but it would not. She asked me if she can reset the phone good night. I asked what that was about and she explained it to me thoroughly and had to reset it. It sounds like it was just a moment but surely was not a moment it was a long process and she did not complain just help me through it with the most incredible patience. I eventually did get my phone back in order because of all her help. Thank you so much Raquel! Pretty much what I also want to thank JUAN for answering lots of questions that I always have. I just purchased a phone at the T-Mobile on McNab in Tamarac and. my experience. Excellent service from Melissa. She recommended the LG K 51. The phone was free with a $42.99 installation and setup charge. Also $40 a month if you enroll in auto-pay. Thats without taxes. She is so knowledgeable patient and kind. Melissa spent several hours with me and helped me set up all of my applications . I am elderly and dont have the tech skills or the focus to set up new phones. I highly recommend her if you go to this T-Mobile! Thank you again Melissa for all of your help you deserve and raise and opromotion to manager! Keep up the good work and God bless. Celia Kay
I stopped by this store to change out my lifetime warranty screen protector. After assisting me, I asked if it was possible to not have her change it out. She said she had to do it it was policy. After explaining that I was told by other T-Mobile retailers that it was a courtesy not a policy I would prefer to put it on myself. She got rude pulled the screen protector out the box and told me that next time as policy she has to put it on my phone. Asked her for the box for the screen protector she told me I could not have it. Told her she didn’t have to be rude about it. Called T-Mobile customer care right after and told me it is not a policy, it’s an optional service that we as customers can decline. Made sure I reported her and this store.

Sick!!!!!!As a follow up from my last visit; Its obvious these cats got issues.Step in to buy a phone case, waiting!!!! And they still be skipping customers for people they know!!! Sick!!! Just sick!!! Can take them out the getto bit you cant take the getto outta them!!!

Dante was very knowledgeable and super polite! He helped me get out of the red, which is leaving my provider I was with currently and cut my bill in half! HIGHLY RECOMMEND DANTE!
This T-mobile is horrible, I wouldn’t give it any stars if that was possible. Customer service skills are at a 0 on a scale on 1-10. Waited 20 minutes before someone even approached me to ask if I had a question, I said yes and asked my question, had to wait another 10+ minutes for they to tell me they’ll be right with me. The 2 guys working were so careless and unhelpful. I’ve been with T-Mobile for years and have never received such horrible service. I’d never come back to this place again.

This Tmobile store sucks. Failed to check if a phone was able to be activated until after they were paid cash for the activation. Then when they discovered the phone was blacklisted and couldnt be activated they refused to refund the cash money they were just paid. Pathetic customer service.
