Was just checking out the options when I spoke with Curtis about what their facility offered. Great customer service and very knowledgeable about both what they offered as well as corporate values. Its nice to feel like someone really cares about how and where you use storage.

Whats really greet about this place is that you can reserve online and without even needing to deal with anyone, drive straight up to your locker and unload. Easy, peasy. When you do have to deal with someone they are friendly and helpful and the office and bathroom is clean! recommend for those with a car, for sure!

$130 a month to store my belongings in a roach motel. Not happy at all!! I’ll have to leave everything outside before bringing to my new house, buy bug spray and hope my place doesn’t become infested! Talk about inconvenient and expensive!

I have been searching around for a storage space for a while now, since I have so much extra stuff from high school and college that is backing up the rooms in my house. All the other storage companies I have got into contact with, either they didnt offer what I was looking for or their service was not impeccable. I was hoping with Extra Space Storage that I would hopefully find what I was looking for. The manager I spoke with on the phone, Curtis, was just the most friendliest and delightful person! He gave the most awesome service and really respected my needs to find me great service that I can decide on! This location is in my top 3 to come back to!

N as I was leaving some man just walked into the supposed to be secure area thru the still open Security Gate! Id never rent a Unit there again! Older facility and unfortunately not enough moving carts available in each storage area.

I contacted n spoke with Margo a week prior moving into my unit. Da moment she answered da phone n we started conversating, I knew this my choice, in other words I need to search no more. While in office doing the documentation, I felt so welcomed, da office is super clean n da air condition was just right. She (Margo) walked to da unit to look on sizing, where I took a bigger unit just to be sure my things would fit since I was moving da day after. I didn’t check the unit I upgraded to until literally da time of moving in. When I tell y’all reading this IT CAN NVR BE ANY CLEANER. IT WAS SUPER CLEAN, HAD A PERFECT TEMPERATURE FOR MY STUFF, ALONG WITH ELEVATOR ACCESS. The gate closes at 10pm and that was a plus for me also. Keep da good job going Margo☺️

Me and my mom came in to get a storage and Tracey was the one that helped us. We looked at 3 storages before we decided. And I know we gave her a hard time lol but she was very professional the whole time and was patient with us. She gave us the BEST price. The rooms are spacious. She explained everything to make sure we understood. Overall it was the best experience because we went to 2 other storages before this. I would recommend this storage to anyone!

Would definitely recommend. Staff has been super helpful. The manager showed us the units before we made a decision. We decided to go with a elevator access unit, it is totally worth it. The elevator was small but it got the job done with the dolly cart that they provide, it saves numerous trips up and down the stairs. The original unit was too small so we decided to bump up to a bigger one which is when we met Margot, she was really friendly and welcoming. She allowed us to move to a nearby unit with no hesitation. All said and done I am satisfied.

My experience at Extra Space Storage has been breathtaking. I have been renting from Extra Space for almost a year. The entire area is well kept and the units are always cleaned/maintained. I would never rent a space from any other storage. I rented from Public Storage which was a nightmare. Someone told me about Extra Space and everything they told me was true. I am worry free now knowing that my personal items are safe and protected. Margot at the front desk is a jewel and so professional in all ways. I have no complaints.
