I like Best Buy, and I usually go there first when shopping for their types of items.I did find a nice TV console that was about 30 inches high that would go well with many decors. (Pic) I didnt buy it because I am shopping for the Best price.I dont think the name (Best Buy) is accurate when it comes to price. Perhaps the TVs are of higher quality for gamers, but its difficult for me to purchase a TV for $1,300+. I purchased a different, yet same size TV for under $400 somewhere else.
Best Buy in North Little Rock has a wide variety of electronics and the staff has been very friendly and helpful if we had any questions while shopping. We didnt purchase anything this time because we were comparison shopping for laptops but definitely got all my questions answered and now know which to buy. Thanks Best Buy for helping us pick our next computer and we will be back next week.
I am appalled with the customer service/support I have been receiving from Best Buy. I live an hour away from a local store. So, I can’t pick up the phone and call the local before driving that far distance. My wife drove there with a refurbished laptop I purchased for her birthday. She got there and was told the laptop had not warranty. When I purchased the laptop, I was told that the warranty was two years and better on refurbished than on a brand new one. I called the local store and of course was routed to the outsourced call center. The call center gave me so much grief about an appointment, but couldn’t schedule it for today and my wife was already on her there. They wanted me to make another trip, which means more gas. They said they couldn’t connect me to the local store nor could they call the local. They couldn’t even tell me about the warranty information on this laptop. This is highly frustrating! Where is the real customer service? It’s not right that I purchased an item and told one thing and it’s not honored.
Horrendous experience. Rude employees, horrible customer service. Sent my call to an outside sales team who told me to call the store back to make the purchase. When we called the store there after, they told us I could not make the order over the phone. Had me playing phone tag for over an hour. They also refused to acknowledge a deal the store had on an item I was trying to buy. On top of that, my family member who was in the store, whom I was making the purchase for, was disrespected by the employees for no reason. Do not give this store your business because clearly they don’t want our money. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.
I lost my phone in the midst of a truly horrible day. Matt at the phone kiosk was very patient considering how much I put him though (Verizon locked me out of the account, waited on the phone for 50 min last, they said it was unlock, they lied lol.) He was very patient and kind. Thanks Matt and also so sorry 😅
New way they do business is tell you to order what you want feom the website. Looking for a car stero for my son. Person was not helpful in helping us decide what we needed. Was told they can not instal because they do not have a tech currently and I needed to go to the LR store.
This is one Big Box retailer who has figured out how to provide a pleasant customer experience in all aspects. Unlike other retailers, they always have plenty of associates on duty, who make an effort to ask every customer if they need help with anything. The shelves are meticulously organized and maintained. They have display models for just about every item in the store, many of them are interactive. This is a fun place to shop with great products and great people!
The store is spacious. Best Buy has a lot of neat electronics and gadgets. My brother and his wife bought a $2,700.00 refrigerator there. They came and installed it at their house. The guys who installed it were very nice and friendly. Plus, I bought a microphone from there. Our family always goes to Best Buy to buy our major appliances and some electronics there.

I eat here every Tuesday night without fail. And I will keep doing it until the get rid of their 70 cent boneless wings. Great place to get the basic wing the fries are spectacular.
Customer service is excellent! Couldnt catch the employees name, but he was very helpful and went out his way to help me find a Nintendo Switch for my son. Cashiers are quick and courteous. Nothing bad to say about Best Buy NLR! Keep it up guys.
Asked to see new iPad. They said they had them. None on display and they wouldnt open a box so I could see what it looked like. No sale.

Do not buy from this atore there warranty is a waste of money after buying a tv it only added a year to the warranty they sold me also, they want me 2 pay to have same tv recycled, what sense do that make?? This is why our landfills are so overwhelmed this company only see profits.
HORRIBLE customer service. We visited yesterday and when my husband asked for information on a cell phone they helped everyone else but him. We kept driving and bought the cell phone at another Best Buy In Missouri. If you need something from BB, skip this one.
Terrible customer service. This store is poorly run, customer service is awful, the employees are rude, the underpaid staff are miss management and it shows. This is the absolute worst run Best Buy Ive ever been in. Do not even attempt this store. There are better options, I myself will drive to the littlerock location because they are at the very least nice to customers. Dont waste your time here.

I was looking for a sound system for my TV. A young lady(I didnt get her name) was very helpful and gave me some recommendations. I went with her suggestion and it sounds amazing in my house.

I question the knowledge of some of the staff they hire here, but this place is very friendly and people are always willing to help. The people that work the phone areas get a special shout out. They have some amazballs customer service.
I went for Beats Studio 3 headphones but had to wait a bit for someone to help me, otherwise 5 stars. Matt, sales person, saw me looking for someone told me he would be right with me and he was and he helped me and checked me out and had a Geek program and set up for me. Good experience thanks to Matt. I will ask for him in the future!
The sales associate I dealt with went over and beyond what I expected. She made sure when I left the store that all my questions were answered. I felt confident and had no doubts I made the right decision about my purchases.

Horrible customer service!! Scheduled Geek Squad twice to repair or replace home theater system and they never showed up or called! Would not recommend Best Buy to anyone!!!!

Every single time I go to this best buy, I wait and wait and wait for help and no one ever shows up. There have been times I have waited over an hour in this store for assistance. If I happen to catch someone they either work in another department or cant help me with my request. Its ridiculous. Order from amazon if you can because this place sucks.

Went here to get a controller and couldnt find it.. they checked and had one left. They had to hunt for it but found it and saved the day. And gave me the price for the one advertised so I saved $10 dollars. Love saving money!

Depends on what you are looking for. Poor selection for phone case, but if you want phone service they have plenty of people to try to sell it to you, but dont waste there time with the little things.

Horrible. Wasted my time waiting on the phone for an incredibly long amount of time over the course of 3 days trying to get ahold of someone, but nobody answered the phone! How do you expect to help customers if nobody answers the phone at your establishment? Get it together, Best Buy.Edit: After taking the time to drive in to town in an effort to find what I was looking for without ever having spoken to someone, I mentioned to the person checking me out at Best Buy that nobody answers the phone when I call and am put on hold. This worker kindly told me that corporate has redirected all phone calls to a different call center for the state of Arkansas, and thus it is virtually impossible to reach a store in Arkansas by phone unless you have a card with a direct number or an extension. I am leaving my review at one star, however, due to the fact that Best Buy does not let that fact be explicitly obvious over the phone.
All I needed was a usba to usbc cord and the clerk showed me to an empty rack. There is just no way they can compete with amazon

Walked around for almost an hour trying to find someone to help me find a microphone. This store has gone downhill in recent years. A few years ago, people were happy to help. Now, it seems employees are happy to avoid customers
One thing I will say about them is they do beat the prices of home Depot and Lowes for any kind of electronic needs you might have. I had great employee experiences today they helped me a bunch.

Sadly, what kills it for me in this very store is the lack of customer service there. They had employees walking around in a somewhat empty store, the only cashier that was stuck with a customer pulled me to the side and had me wait while what appeared to be the manager of sorts help a couple before me. Two other pairs of customers were as I stood there, watching said manager help other people while I watched him and other employees just walking around. Then the same cashier saw the buildup happening again, and went to me to finish me out. What couldve been a 2 to 5 minute transaction turned into almost 20 minutes, in an almost empty store. Go to another Best Buy if you can.

Not even a month ago I purchased a Nintendo swith, now its defective wont even turn on. I took the switch and products back to store in original packaging along with accessories that I received with bundle and receipts for a return or even a store credit. I was advised that because its defective I have to go through Geek squad, tech support ( which Ive been contacting trying to get to tech support for 3 hours). Finally set up an appt to have them see if they can fix it, and was called an advised that they will have to cancel. Within the short period of time having the switch there has been nothing but trouble, therfor I just want to exchange for complete different game console. The Mgr of Best buy stated that even if I get the refurbished switch from tech they still wont be able to return/exchange because its refurbished. If Id known I would have this much trouble with the console/ tech/ best buy Mgr I wouldve never have purchased it. I would not recommend purchasing a device from any location because needless to say you may be stuck with a device and spending all your time trying to get somewhat of a resloution. I am a very upset customer and thought that Bestbuy would do better than this!! I hope someone will reach out with a better resolution.

Went into browse, selection right now is limited understandably and staff is reduced. Honestly I love just browsing at best buy. Specifically looked at computers and selection was limited in some brands severely. Odd because they were there just a few weeks ago, but insignia and Dell particularly were lacking. Fine though, think if looking for big purchases ordering online or delivering it to the store is easier and wider selection.

We had a great experience purchasing unlocked phones online. Then had an easy curbside pick up. They have done a great job in 2020 with following guidance of health officials.

I told the lady I was going to look around for the laptop I wanted and then Ill come back for assistance. She said okay, just let us know. Okay, cool I found the top 3 I had in mind. Went back to the lady for for help, she was busy, no problem so I waited, didnt want to wait anymore so I went back to the laptops, one guy came up just to tell me to go all the way back to the front of the store to get assistance, um okay, so I did. I went back to her and she told another guy to assist me, okay cool no big deal. When we got to it I told him my 1st option, he says its not in stock, long story short, none of my options were in stock. They had laptops on display but they were out of stock. If I wanted to wait for it to be back in stock, I would have just ordered online to start with. The whole point of retail shopping is getting what you came for right then and there! Dont even waste your time. Find what you want at home and just wait for it to be delivered.
