Took vehicle to have repairs done, over charged me for repairs that wasnt done...left the lot, got 5 minutes away and vehicle did not start, got a jump, took it back there and was charged again for repairs that wasnt never fixed from beginning. Will never take vehicle back again. They was not thorough with their diagnosis and could never tell me what they repaired the first time....not trustworthy to be honest.

The worse autostore I have ever messed with. They have had my car there for months and keep promising to bring it back or figure out what is wrong with it and keep feeding me excuse after excuse on why my car isnt there but keep promising they will bring it back. Avoid this place as much as you can as they do not even try to work with the person whose car needs fixing at all and just leave you in limbo.

Dont know how well they work is because they have had my car almost 2 months and im still waiting

Ive had great experiences with mr will. (Owner) Wheel bearings, allignment, battery service. A Friendly and honest shop with reasonable prices. Great place for auto repair.

Problem with car starting in Oct. Same month had car towed ($50) to shop to be worked on...was overheating and fan belt scraping against motor... (after initial analysis, told it was waterpump $242+). Got waterpump and thermostat online...cheaper than quoted price and shipped, then was told it was the harmonic balancer instead.($360)...After figuring out what that was, got one at Autozone (cheaper than what was quoted and delivered). Car was supposedly finished and ready to be picked up on Jan. 17, 2020 to the tune of $1000/$800 cash. I was told that the parts I ordered didnt fit the car nor were they needed. The problem was they crankshaft pulley and thats what I was being charged for plus labor. After getting car back, found pieces belonging on the engine (protective coverings of items that had been worked on) had not been put back after being taken off. Also, car was rattling and wouldnt stay started, once got home. Called shop to let mechanic know about problems, was charged another $120 for tow back to shop to complete whatever needed to be done to stop rattling and for car to stay started. Just received car back in March 4, 2020, ( YES, THIS IS HOW LONG IT TOOK TO COMPLETE WORK...FROM OCT to MAR!!!) And, I still do not know where those pieces that belong on car nor do I know if waterpump, thermostat, nor motor mounts, nor flywheel (just some random part, mechanic had me order) was actually used on my car or what...

These are great group of guys. I called and they said no need for appointment come in and will get you in and out in under an hour. They did great work putting on a new muffler on my truck I would recommend these guys to anyone! Skip the other guys and go here!

Will is the Best. This Shop has great prices and they are honest. I recommend them for anyone. They do repairs in a professional timely manner.

Integrity is very little. He does not contact you with situations of your vehicle. He is unprofessional and his shop is incapable of custom and major repairs. He did engine work for me. Ny cars engine is missing parts off of it and did not fix the light smoke that comes out my exhaust. He told me I needed heads and my car never ran hot. I got oil running out the left side of my engine cause he never installed my oil dipstick tube housing back in my motor. William Timmel, the owner gave me the run around for over 2 and a half years about my motor. My motor now shoots oil through the exhaust sinced he took it apart twice. I will never go there again. Not even for a oil change

Got my entire front end, u joints, and radiator replaced. Along with transmission service. All done in one afternoon at a great price. Best place in town for auto repair.

Extremely unprofessional . The manager said we can get it done today .Then when I rushed there around 5 before closing it was nobody there but the mechanics and my car wasnt even fixed yet or ready . I didnt even get a call or voice mail saying they need extra time, come tomorrow . I didnt even get a call back saying what was wrong with my car after they checked it and had to find out myself if they was finish checking it. I pray at least they do a decent job because I really want to drive that car off the lot and go somewhere else and not waste my 400 dollars there .

This is the best mechanic shop in town! Will is honest and affordable. We will be taking all of our vehicles here from now on.

Our 1998 toyota 4runner threw a rod into the engine block while we were out of town. The tow guy highly recommended this shop. We paid $1,800 plus the cost of our motor from JIS. Once they had the engine we kept getting the run around about when the repairs would be finished. It was supposedly only going to take three days but it quickly turned into weeks. When we were promised a date we booked a train and a hotel for one night. When my husband arrived (on a Tuesday) his car was not finished. They kept pushing back the day it was going to be ready. By Friday they claimed everything was ready and all repairs had been made and sent him on his way. He made it home and two days later the car stopped running again. Now were paying another shop to fix their mistakes. Called several times and none of the calls were ever returned. They may be good for mufflers but avoid this shop at all costs for any auto repairs. Also, they use a 4 wheeler to push the cars that dont run into the bay. It left a good size dent in the rear hatch.

Ask for Pete. He knows his stuff and is very easy to work with. Trustworthy and hardworking. Great manager. Great place. God bless them.

We were told to bring our vehicle Thursday morning for repairs, no call all day. We returned at 4:30 and nothing had been done. They said another day was needed and promised it would be fixed Friday, no call. We were over there at 2:30 and shop was closed up tight. We only have one car!!! Now we dont have any way to contact them and no vehicle. This is just wrong!!!

This place is the best in town, fast, and the price is way more reasonable than the other locations. Thank you for doing professional work. Will for sure keep coming back here.

Paid 450 for a brake job and wheel cylinder replacement. Still didnt feel right so I had someone else check it out and they said the brake lines werent bled like the guy at this shop said they had. Beware.

My 02 Camaro overheated due to losing water. My neighbor at the time worked there and told me to have it towed in. They looked it over and decided it was leaking through a plastic water channel (which is common with this model Camaro). In the process, they broke the oil pressure switch off, stripped out the stud that holds my windshield wiper blade on, busted my windshield out, lost every single plastic rivet that holds the cowl shrouding on, and managed to get grease and grime boot smears in the driver side floor board. The only thing they actually replaced was the windshield and the water channel. They didnt mention the other stuff. I had to discover that myself later. It had also developed a serious knock (not their fault). I finally have gotten around to repairing it (top end rebuild done by myself, mostly) and discovered that Im still losing water. So, the channel may have been leaking (though I remain unconvinced), but it wasnt the only problem.
