Pretty quick with paperwork and service. Didnt try and do any bait and switches. Didnt try and steer us to a more expensive car. Suv we bought had to be shipped to dealership took a week to get there and in the mean time they put us in a loaner car no charge. 10/10
RD Sandy is the best salesman Ive ever dealt with. He listened and delivered what I was looking for and needed unlike others who try to sell what they want to sell and never listen. Now look we dont have the best credit 🥴 but baby they found us a car. A beautiful Nissan Rogue Sport! That was after trying to get approved with our credit scores and they coming back with almost a 900 for payment. We was like heck new! Normally the service is good, but today it wasn’t. I was told that a oil change, tire rotation, coolant flush and hybrid battery flush was going to take 1hr to 1hr 15 minutes instead it took almost 3 hours. And not once did the service man come let me know what was going on.
Hong and the finance team were amazing. This was my first vehicle purchase and they took great care of me. I initially had issues, but they did everything to correct them. Thank you so much for the fantastic service!

Sold a truck to this dealership and was assured I would have a ride home as soon as all the paperwork was complete. Once they owned the truck however, they practically kicked me out of the truck giving me a box to put all my belongings in and forcing me to call around looking for a ride.

I haven’t been back to McClarty Toyota for well over a year and a half due to the fact that the last time I went for an oil change, I came home with very little oil in the crankcase. When I called to let them know about it, I received no call back from the service manager. I put in several calls but never got a response.I decided to give them another try today. They have new management in their service department and he is very nice. When I got my paperwork back from the oil change, looking it over I noticed they said my tires had 9/32 tread all around. Well, I knew that was wrong because I had the tread measured awhile ago and decided I should buy some new tires very soon. When I called them on it, they sent a different guy out to measure my tread and saw the backs were 3/32, 4/32 respectively and fronts were 6/32 and 7/32.So, this makes me wonder if the rest of what they “checked” was correct. There also was no name of the mechanic on the invoice either. Now I’m not so sure if I want to go back again.
This rating is a preliminary rating and I will defer a full, updated rating until after the entire transaction has been completed and my trade-in has been paid off.To date (8-28-21), I am still awaiting pay-off of my trade-in vehicle, especially since I have already had to pay an additional car note since leaving the car with McLarty Toyota on 8-10-21.I specifically asked financing how long would it take for them to get paperwork, documents, trade-in payment, etc to my bank, since my bank stated they would fund the new loan within 24-48 hours of receipt of paperwork from the dealership. Financing specifically told me that my bank would receive paperwork within 2 days.Fast forward…my bank did not receive paperwork until 8-25-21…15 days later, as opposed to the 2 days financing told me: thus, I was required to pay an additional car note, since the trade in remains the responsibility of the owner…NOT the dealership. Therefore, until your trade in is PAID OFF IN FULL…YOU ARE STILL REQUIRED TO MAKE MONTHLY PAYMENTS TO PREVENT YOUR CREDIT FROM BEING NEGATIVELY IMPACTED!!!The reason for the preliminary 3 star rating, rather than the 5 star rating that my initial sales experience warranted, is because of…1. The inconsistency in what financing told me…and what they actually did, which caused me to have to pay an additional car note.2. Prior to my bank receiving the appropriate paperwork…I had a total of 3 salespersons dealing with my transaction…2 during the sales process…and another salesperson joined days after I had signed all the paperwork. In all of the 4 plus decades of dealing with dealerships, I have never had 3 people selling me 1 car. For me…this caused concern regarding whether terms or agreements were being changed. So, I called my bank and asked them not to fund the loan until the bank and I confirmed the “numbers”…down to the penny, of what I had agreed to pay.3. I have the strong belief that “your word is your bond,” and if I can’t trust a dealership to do what they say…then I am even more concerned about their desire or ability to complete the entire transaction without it causing me additional stress…or costing me additional money.So, I will update this rating once my trade in has been paid off, and after I have received all the necessary paperwork…which I currently do not have… in order to register my vehicle prior to my temporary tags expiring.My 2 initial salesmen (Tony & T) get 5 stars.
Service tech (David) was knowledgeable and friendly. He took extra time to answer my questions about options for work needing to be done. All of the maintenance done was completed as described by him. No surprises.A couple of things that my wife and I REALLY appreciated about McLarty were the car wash and free tire rotation if we purchased their tires. Both of these are no more. I could justify paying a little more for tires when tire rotation was complimentary. Next time I’ll shop around for a better price on tires.
Mike the service writer was very helpful and easy to work with. He informed me that my tires showed some wear and my front end may be out of ligament. Told him to have it aligned. It was out and they fixed it. All was wonderful.
I dropped the truck off at 8:00 Saturday morning and picked it up at 9:15 and drove it 2.5 miles to the house and parked it and I checked the oil Sunday morning and it was barely registered on the dipstick. I called Monday and Informed them and they acted like it was no big deal for it to be almost 2 quarts low. Was told to bring it back in and they would add oil and look at my fuel pump that had had a recall. They said they would call me when it was done but they never did. I ended up going up there to check on it myself just to see it was done by no one bothered to give me a call. They checked the tread depths on all 4 tires and said they were 7/32 knowing that one tire was fairly new and how could they all measure the same when one tire was more than a year newer so that tells me they did not even look. I was very disappointed in their overall service.

We were lucky to get the young man who worked with us-Dustin. This gentleman was the best!!! He could answer all our questions and provided info about the vehicle that we didnt even think to ask.
I bought a used car here. I know its sold as is but I was told it was inspected, oil changed, etc. Less than 24 hours after buying my vehicle, the change oil light came on. I was disappointed but changed the oil and filters. Less than one week after that the brakes started squealing. I took the vehicle to get looked at and the brakes were worn all the way down. Bottom line, take the car to get inspected elsewhere before buying....Also I didnt get my paperwork until 2 days AFTER my temp expired.....

Shame on you.It took 3 hours for routine tire rotation, oil change and coolant flush.You don’t run the cars through the car wash any more. That was always a pleasant end to my wait.Good service is what keeps customers coming back. You’re really slipping.

Everything was done perfectly with the exception of being told my oil change was good for 10,000 miles even though I said the manual states 5,000. Whoever supposedly did the vehicle inspection documented the proper operation of the wiper and washer. Sorry to say but the washer pump doesnt work. Leads me to believe other items were blazed off as well.

I was trying to buy a car and they where tellin me banks said I need a co-sign whole time they never ran me through banks basically brushing me off like I can’t get the car no “this wat the numbers could look like” so I could even use a credit union or sum

I was in the market for a 2021 Highlander XSE. I had never bought from McLarty before but I could not find this vehicle in Arkansas or surrounding states. I called and they put me in touch with a salesman named Richard Warner. I told him the exact one I wanted and everything I needed as far as the car, payment, GAP and warranties and he ABSOLUTELY delivered! And the car got there 3 days earlier than planned! I had never met him in person, We had only spoken on the phone and over text until the very day I picked the car up but when I got there my car was sitting out front and less than 1 hour later I drove away. I’ve purchased ALOT of vehicles in my life and this was BY FAR the easiest and best car buying experience ever! I cannot say enough about Richard…he’s all about business and provides the best customer service! I could tell from our first phone conversation that he truly cares about his customers and I knew at that point he was going to find my car! I would recommend him to anyone!!

Originally I was going to look around and had not planned on buying anything at the time, but we arrived at Toyota and was greeted by Angelo and Andrew(TJ), and they were super friendly and right away was trying to see what exactly I wanted, what fit my budget, etc. We looked around and found a 2014 Tacoma that was in good price, condition, mileage, and it seemed pretty ideal for me. They did their best to be honest and friendly, and offer me the best deal. However my only complaints were that they said my credit would be checked once but I actually received 5 different inquiries, so that was the only thing I wasn’t okay with, and finance almost pushing my payment up just because of a warranty. They were able to fit in a warranty that didn’t up it much more, so they will work with you. Overall service was great, we got in and out and now I have a vehicle that I am able to afford and take anywhere I need to. These guys are great, and so is the rest of the staff. Everyone here is friendly and gives wonderful service! I am not the type of person that would go to a dealership unless absolutely necessary so for me to say that it’s wonderful service really means a lot. Please check these two out at Toyota for your purchase!

I have called everyday this week to pick up my mothers car and paperwork. Keep getting transferred to people who dont answer ive left messages no call but from anyone. In the past was supposed the receive paperwork for my car never did came in to find out it was never mailed and they had someone elses papers filed with mine showing I traded in a car which I hadnt.
Our salesman was terrific. Bought a 55000 van. No special discounts but the salesmanship was exceptional. Drove there from Tulsa Ok. On the way back the new vehicle gave us a tire warning and we had his cell number. He answered it after hours and gave us info. All is well. Best dealership I ever went to. The Tulsa one is pretty bad in my opinion. I would drive 4 hours again if we get another Toyota. Thanks again

I have not been happy with my experience with Toyota the last few days. My check engine light was on, it was idling low, running rough and wouldn’t start for 10 minutes each time I filled it(which was embarrassing since people behind me were waiting.) I received a recall letter in March about a low pressure fuel pump. They said they would send another letter once a solution was found but another letter was never sent. I called on Aug 6th and the lady booked me for Aug 13th to get the fuel pump replaced with no apology that another letter wasn’t sent. Anyway, I thought the fuel pump would solve all my problems. After the fuel pump was replaced, the check engine light was still on so I was told it needed a tune up which would be $1000 w/tax. After the tune up was done, I was told the check engine light was still on so they would have to do more research. They still have my car. I have to call every time to check on it. No one keeps me updated. I’m very nervous about the cost. Jesse says he can’t charge me for the tune up because he advised the tune up and it didn’t solve the problem. I hope that’s true because I am afraid this mystery problem will cost me $1000’s. For now, I will nervously await the diagnosis. Not fun at all to be stranded without a car and wonder when it will be done and how much it will cost to get it back.
Good service they got me in an out in okay time But I love it because they where able to get to me unlike Steve landers in witch I had an appointment for an they still told me it could take longer then two hours! Just for an oil change. I do wish they offered better coupons on there services.

Today I had a 2:00 appointment at the service center to have an oil change and tire rotation.I arrived at 1:50pm.The agent got my info and I sat down.It is now 3:30 pm.I have asked about my vehicle twice and have not received an answer as to where it is or when it will be ready.The guys do not seem to be concerned.I am going in for the third time now.Concern for customers should be a top priority, even if it is for a oil change or rotation.My time is important.I pulled out of the department at 3:32Richard Grimmett!!!!!!!

I’ve been using Lander’s Toyota for the last year since I moved here. Tried to get an appointment for 70k mile service, oil change, and tire rotation. Lander’s first available was three weeks away. McCarty had an appointment the next day. Services were done and a Safety recall completed in less time than they told me. It’s a bit further drive for me but I’ll be using them from now on.

My wife worked for a Toyota dealership and informed me that there was supposed to be a complimentary wash, and vacuum of the car. Non of this was done. Not happy with this Toyota dealership....

Absolutely the worst dealership I ever dealt with from the sales department to the service department. Update 7/12/2021 Kept our 2010 Cadillac SRX in service for two weeks and didnt fix any problems going with the vehicle. Didnt even change bulbs in park lights. Sales department department refused to fix any problems going on with the vehicle. ZERO STARS!!! Just bought this LEMON 6/9/2021! I will say this there is one good person who works there in management and that is Internet Manager Randall Robinson he did his best to help us out with this situation. Thanks Randall

My wife and I purchased a 2015 Tahoe LTZ from McLarty Toyota a few years ago. When test driving it, it seemed to ride a little rough and I asked the salesman about it and he said, “With low profile tires, the ride seems a little rougher.”My wife went to get new tires today and the tech (not at McLarty) told her that her struts were out and that is why the ride has been so rough and the reason only the front tires have worn down and the back ones haven’t. The tech said these struts go out at about 65000 miles and the vehicle had 80000+ miles on it.We were told that a “multi point inspection” is done on all used vehicles…so why wasn’t this caught and corrected? Now we are having to pay close to $2000 for struts and service.Poor service and it seems a little shady.Edit: 8/3/2021I have yet to receive a call from management regarding my complaint. When a business states they will do something…shouldn’t they hold up their word and do it? Please make sure you get a full report on the dealer’s inspection.

I am very happy with the purchase of my truck. Customer service was excellent. However I do feel as soon as I signed the papers that our salesman was uninterested in us and we couldnt even find him anywhere. I was very disappointed. We had more questions and he was gone. Did not see us to the end of the purchase. He did however manage before he disappeared give us a thank you gift of 2 paper bags. Are you serious? We bought an almost $40k truck and we got 2 empty paper bags... a hat and some other little things would have been nice. 2 empty paper bags....
