We broke down in Lonoke Arkansas on a Sunday on our way back home to Texas. We called every mechanic we could find and Israel is the only one who called us back. He came 40 miles to us, diagnosed our problem, and started looking for parts right away. He had us back on the road Monday by noon. We could not be more impressed with the customer service and mechanical services that we received. Israel has a work ethic that is rarely seen these days and we would not hesitate to use him again.

I was driving from Ohio to Texarkana, and my car started making some loud sounds around the Little Rock area. It was the fourth of July, so most people were closed. After calling about ten places without any answer I came across this place. Israel, the owner, answered and he told me he was about an hour away, but that hed be able to stop by after he put his kids to bed.He showed up, and did a diagnostic on the car in the Walmart parking lot at 10:30pm. Luckily it was a benign exhaust problem causing the sound, and he told me it was okay to keep driving. He didnt charge me a thing either! Super helpful guy, and I got to Texarkana safely!
