Ive given two stars because usually when there has been a problem they at least try to fix it, but that doesn’t happen anymore. I’ve used this store for several years and I’m sad to say I’m done purchasing any products from them, as they do not stand by their product. I purchased a sample mascara set that they offer for $28 It allows you to try five of their top mascaras. After use of the mascara, you are able to get a free full size of whichever mascara is your favorite. What they don’t tell you is they don’t offer the mascaras any longer or just don’t have them in stock and refuse to ship them to the store and will not even attempt to help you get what they owe you. I even tried to ask for an in store credit since they couldn’t follow through with their voucher and they refused. I’ve attached the voucher to see what they offered. Very disappointed in them for sure!

Got a Sephora perfume sampler and have gone to North Little Rock, Searcy and Little Rock to get the Marc Jacobs fragrance I wanted. None seem to have it & none seem to be able to order it. I was told to keep an eye out for when they do. I apparently spent $75 for perfume samples and no help in getting anything.

Ahhhhh, Sephora I have spent soooo much time (and money) inside this part of JCP at McCain Malls store. For a small branch of the cosmetics store, this store really has got a lot of make-up, perfumes for women and cologne for men, face creams and specialty products-- facials, brushes, kits, trial sizes. Simply awesome sets with various brands built around a theme, such as Nude Lips, Sun Care Protection, etc.The staff are always friendly and will help you pick out the color that is best for you. They dont make any commission off sales, so dont think that theyre pushing you to an expensive brand because they will make money-- they wont! Whenever you take the survey on your receipt, they get approval from us taking the surveys to let them know how they did.Its a really nice little Sephora! I hope you will take the time to drop by and pick out something new this week!

Wonderful customer service, a variety of different cosmetic products and its located in the JCP s store a win win.

Will not visit this location again. Family took a trip to LR to the zoo and to do some shopping. I had intended on making several purchases at Sephora that day. There were 4 people on duty in the store at around 2 on a Sunday. There were not very many shoppers at the time. 1 person was doing a makeover and working hard. One person briefly helped someone look at an item, 2 others were standing around. The one who had been helping the other shopper finished and went to where the other 2 were at. After about 15 minutes of watching those 3 do nothing, while I was wandering around trying to find the product I was looking for I walked out without making a purchase. I guess they didnt want the sale. I went to my home store and spent a few hundred and actually received the service I should have at the first store.

Great place for buying all kinds of fragrances, body spray and beauty supplies.

For as busy as they get, they can use more staff. But everything else is wonderful. Everything is easy to find, the workers there are very sweet and helpful, and it is always a pleasant experience coming in here.

Yolanda did my daughter’s eye makeup today, and she was amazing! She was kind, relevant, professional and made my daughter feel beautiful! I hope Sephora in NLR, AR realizes what an asset she is to their company!

I personally had a great experience here. Im from California and the employees at the sephora I usually shop at are rude so it was awesome that the two girls that were working the day I went were super nice and helpful. I wish I could remember both of their names. Defiently will be back tor the customer service and the products sold thereSide note: Im loving Norvina By Anastasia

Good gifts for the wife

Being here was a horrible experience. They had barely anything in stocked and there were two other customers in the store,simply shopping around and there were two workers there and I waited for 30 minutes to get help and to get my makeup done and they were just in the store not assisting anyone. I recommend not going here.

Not a fan of this place. Check out takes forever, there is rarely more than 2 people in the store, always out of stock for many things, and the store itself is really small.
