I am not the one to write a bad review but felt the need to so other people would not have to experience what I did. I remodeled my house in 2018 and I chose to work with Kitchen & Bath Ideas for new cabinet fronts. First of all, they mis-measured my cabinet fronts so I had to wait an extra 6 to 8 weeks for them to arrive. Instead of re-ordering from the same manufacturer, they had an Arkansas cabinet designer build and paint the cabinet fronts. The quality by far did not compare to the cabinets I had ordered. There was a paint mismatch on a couple of the cabinet fronts that they had to re-do. They had to come down 2-3 times for installation. After 2 years the paint is completely chipping on every edge so the quality is very poor. The owner was very unprofessional in our communication during the remodel and also very impolite. I am an easy going person and he was very difficult to work with and did not have my best interest at heart. Customer service is not their top quality. I highly do not recommend this business! They charged me a high quality price for a low quality cabinet front. See photos attached.After posting this review, I have changed my review to 4 stars because Tyler contacted me, was very concerned about my issues with his company and wanted to make things right. He stated he and his brother were now overseeing the company. He sent one of his staff (who was also pleasant) to repair all of the paint chipping on my cabinets and told me to contact him anytime I had an issue. He was pleasant, polite, and very customer service oriented. Tyler was truly concerned I was dissatisfied and made things right!

Martha Dust. What can I say, except that she was excellent. Very professional, helpful, and has a good imagination. She designed our kitchen layout in a nice 3D model, maximized our space (we lost cabinets due to chopping a hole in a wall, and somehow ended up with more storage space), and was very pleasant to work with. Martha was full of good ideas, and it is very obvious she has been doing this for a long time. She knows her stuff and wont point you in the wrong direction. I would highly recommend her and this company, and we will definitely be calling her for our bathroom remodel in the future.

Martha Dust was our designer. Martha spent a great amount of time trying to fit modern cabinets in a 114 year old, no plumb, not level, nothing straight at all kitchen. Martha also helped with the countertops. She has a great eye for design, she suggested several items that we never would have thought of.Of course all the designers are all sales people with profit in mind. We didn’t have a large budget and Martha did all she could to help us get a great kitchen at a reasonable price. Martha’s company contracted with Danny at Homerun remodeling out of north Little Rock Ar. To install the cabinets, I will post a review of his work under a separate review.We are still not complete with the aligning and adjusting of doors and drawers, today will be their third try.We are very pleased with Martha’s talents as a designer, she is an awesome salesperson and did a great job as general contractor to get the cabinet installed. Always pleasant and professional. We had moments that were less than satisfactory with the install and Martha took my calls and dealt with my frustrations and anger very well. I will write her a letter to apologize.Needless to say we are pleased with the kitchen design, quality of cabinets and overall dealings with Martha, we highly recommend Martha Dust and Kitchen and bath ideas to help you design and build your new or remodeled kitchen.Just as a suggestion, I would ask for a different installer than Danny at Homerun remodeling . That part of the experience was less than desired. We struggled with the installer but that in no way should are away from the great job Martha did for us. We used ADD electric for the electrical work, wonderful Guys, thank you Martha and Tyler.

We are very pleased with our new kitchen. Charlotte did a great job with the design and helping us choose the right materials for our project. She also stayed in contact with us throughout the remodel.The contractor and workers completed the job on schedule with great attention to detail. They were very easy to work with and answered all our questions. Thanks for giving us a beautiful kitchen.

Charlotte is a very professional and knowledgeable design consultant. She worked very hard with us to get just the result we desired in our bath remodel. She went the extra mile to locate product that matched existing features. She also followed up to be sure we were happy with the finished product. We look forward to remodeling an additional bath!

I worked with Charlotte on our kitchen remodel and things couldnt have been smoother. She spent time with me looking at the pictures I had saved and helping me narrow down all my ideas, and I had a ton of ideas! I am so please with the outcome and Im in love with my new kitchen. She met with my wife and advised on picking out the Tile and nailing down the particulars on the tear out and rebuild. The workers were very polite and on time each day. My wife and I give our highest marks to Kitchen and Bath Ideas of North Little Rock (KBI) for their expert planning and management of our recent kitchen remodel. Our project replaced cabinets and pulls, countertops, major appliances, sink, faucet, and lighting. KBI staff, Mr. Tyler Turchi and Ms. Martha Dust, were instrumental in the remodel design decisions, product selection, and scheduling. From conception to cooking again, the remodel took about 6 months, three months of which was our homework delays deciding which cabinets, appliances and countertops would work best. KBI gave us advice on how to phase the project so we were only inconvenienced without a kitchen for a month. Since our house is about 60 miles each way from North Little Rock, we chose to manage some of the subcontracts for the project ourselves and save money on the project. The remodel had contractors for deconstruction, drywall, painting, electrical, cabinetry, and plumbing; KBI’s cabinetry contractors were attentive to detail and made sure their work was the highest quality. KBI was very supportive of this approach and freely conferred with our contractors when necessary, and provided on-site inspections twice to evaluate progress. At the completion, KBI quickly addressed our “punch list” items and made sure that we were happy with every aspect of the project. Based on our experience, we highly recommend KBI for their technical expertise, design support, and project management. We should note that the collocation of KBI with Metro Appliances provides a hands-on evaluation of a wide variety of upscale appliances at very competitive prices.
