My mother and I had an appointment to look at some bathroom tile for a remodel. When arrived the receptionist let us know that Doc? Would be with us momentarily. After browsing around for around 5 minutes he finally approached us and said “I don’t know y’all where coming” to which my mother responded “Oh, we had an appointment scheduled at 9:30 today.” I had to step away for a few minutes, but he did show her a few options. He then let her know that he was not going to be able to finish helping her because he “had a call”. We waited for about 10 minutes exploring options and decided to leave since everyone else in the building was either busy with other guest or seemed disinterested in helping. We had high hopes going into the establishment and left extremely disappointed. Note to the business, you should pride yourself in providing an exceptional customer experience and you guys definitely dropped the ball.

We had an incredible experience with ProSource in Little Rock. With very little notice, they fit me in for an immediate appointment, handled my transaction with a ProSource in another city, followed up with me, and did it all with a cooperative, friendly and professional attitude. I scheduled an appointment on April 1st to meet with Doc so my husband and I could look at items for a bathroom remodel. After being in the store almost 30 mins and Doc not assisting us, I approached the reception area and asked if Doc was notified we had been waiting for him. He was called and greeted us while apologizing because he had not been told we were there waiting for him. He then asked Amy if she could assist us with looking at items for our bathroom remodel. Please note Doc did advise me that this was not his area of expertise and would have someone assist him. We met with Amy that day and then once a week for the next two weeks working out the details of what we wanted for our bathroom remodel. She advised us that everything we were picking out was on sale this month. The third week we met with her we was expecting a quote on all the items we had picked out and was going to see the design come together. The estimate was not available when we arrived at the appointment. She stated she was inputting the information. We didn’t make this a big deal because we had another option we wanted to receive a quote for as well. After she showed us the design, we wanted to make changes and provided her with information on the other option for the space. As the meeting came to an end, she indicated she would provide us with the estimates the following day. A week passed and no estimate was received or any kind of follow up to let us know it wasn’t ready or when to expect it. I finally sent her an email following up on her sending us the estimates and pictures to provide to the contractor. The next business day she responded that she will work on the estimate and send it that morning. To date, we have not received the estimate or any additional communication from Amy. My husband has called and even stopped by to try to speak with her. It seems that customer satisfaction is not a priority. There is no reason we should have had to start trying to huntAmy down for estimates after meeting up with her three weeks in a row. We took out the time meeting with her and creating a design for our remodel to just be left hanging. If she did not want our business, she could have just told us that at the first meeting and we could have taken our business elsewhere instead of waiting five weeks and having to go and start over. Her actions has delayed our remodel. The treatment received is very disappointing after purchasing flooring from them on more than one occasion. I do not recommend this place.UPDATE: Amy called at 3:57 apologizing stating she would send the estimate before they closed at 5. It is currently after 5 and still no estimate.UPDATE TO THE UPDATE: I came back to update my review. I changed the rating but didnt get an opportunity to complete my update due to dealing with something personal. I would like to say that my husband was contacted immediately by management. They requested to meet with us. We met with Devon and Bill. During this meeting they asked us to provide details on what transpired. They assured us that what we experienced is not how they handle business and that they take pride in providing excellent customer service. They asked is to give them the opportunity to make it right by giving them another chance. They paired us with Daniel to complete the process. Daniel got with us and completed our order and has communicated with us through put the entire process. We are now satisfied customers.

UPDATE: Devon - the Manager - reached out to me and LISTENED, acknowledged, apologized and offered a remedy to the issue the employee created. I appreciate the effort that the Manager took to find me and to offer an apology. GODD customer service goes a long way to retaining and gaining clients. I’m changing my rating because my experience with Bill- the original gentleman that helped me and Devon the Manager was stellar..... one bad apple shouldn’t ruin the bunch.Recently visited the store to chose the materials for a 1st floor remodel of our home. Our contractor sent me to Alan at ProSource. When I stopped by on my lunch hour I was told Alan was at lunch. I was encouraged to look around and BILL another salesperson offered EXCEPTIONAL service! BILL was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and very attentive for a sales guy who ultimately would not benefit from this hour plus interaction. When Alan returned, Bill introduced us and THIS is where the EXCELLENT customer service ends. I briefly discussed with Alan the project, showed him the materials that had been chosen thus far and what was left to be done. We SCHEDULED an appointment for the following day, and I left. When I returned at my APPOINTED time Alan was with another customer so I politely sat down and waited. TWENTY - 20 minutes later Alan comes over with his client to tell me it may be a while, and would I like to come back later. I explained that I left work, a 20 minute one way drive, for this appointment and coming back today was NOT an option. Alan then stated that “well it may be a while because she - the other client- was remodeling a whole church” he also suggested I might ask someone else to help me. Let me REMIND, I had a scheduled appointment! We discussed prior to the SCHEDULED appointment the need to move forward quickly with choosing materials so that they could be ordered. Alan was supposed to check availability of the items that Bill- the other salesperson- and I picked the day before. I discussed with Alan my limited amount of time due to the demands of my job and that THURSDAY afternoons where the BEST time for me to meet. He checked his calendar, said it was wide open and SCHEDULED me. We even discussed that due to the scope of the job we would need to set aside a couple of hours for the appointment. To show up for my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT only to be brushed off and dismissed is UNACCEPTABLE. I rearranged my work calendar and scheduled my afternoon off from work, drove 20 minutes to meet with someone who didn’t even have the decency to acknowledge his mistake, apologize and take a moment to introduce me to another sales person and explain to that person the details of the job. While I would like to work with Bill I am so put off by the blatant disregard for my time I would rather take my business to another establishment.

They have a big variety of things in the store and also that can be ordered online. Be careful what you order from them online however, because there is a 25% restocking fee in most cases as well as a $50 freight charge on returns. Im happy with what I purchased and the customer service was really good also.

If you havent been by ProSource lately, you need to go by a vist.... They have a brand new Showroom, Its absolutely stunning. The customer service is awesome. When you walk in the door youre greeted right away. The sales staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Even the Warehouse manager, Leonard, is super friendly and helpful. Im always coming in with handfuls or boxes of samples. Leonard is always ready and willing to assist, Ive even seen him walk around and offer bottled water to customers.....always a good experience!

ProSource has an awesome showroom and their prices are competitive with others in our market. Bill Ross always does an amazing job directing us to beautiful products that keep us within budget. He is able to consider the broader picture (paint colors, countertops, overall style) and make selections that result in a cohesive design throughout. Highly recommended!

April 16th, 2019 Edit: We finally received our tiles yesterday. I maintain my rating at 3 stars and that is being generous. We will still hesitate before doing business with this organization again.April 3rd, 2019 Edit: The business has reached out to us regarding this complaint and it has been adequately handled. I have improved my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. The original comment is below for context.March 29th, 2019: This is a poorly run business. Their customer service is poor and shadey. We ordered material and were promised delivery in 10 days. When we called to inquire about the purchase we were told it wouldnt come in for another 2 weeks making the order time nearly a month. Instead of trying to politely handle the situation, the customer rep mocked us by asking Why we started a project without material? Our reasons for starting our project were based on the timeline provided. Additionally, who are you to question our decision process, we dont need to explain that to you.Its ridiculous that we were first lied to about the timing of the order and then patronized when we had concerns about it. We will never do business here again.

Our first and LAST time we will go to this vendor. We were sent by our contractor to look at and purchase our tile and we were verbally attacked upon arrival by the front staff for not having an appointment. We drove an hour to get there and took off work early. Of course this put me on the defensive but hello learn some customer service. I would never recommend ProSource of Little Rock to anyone. When we asked for guidance we received none and not once did anyone ask if we needed any help. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time. If I could give zero stars I would.
