I let my son go to the mall he and 2 of his friends went into this store and there was a man there gambling with 3 cards. He made 100 bucks and took a gold chain from them because they lost. Yes they should know better but they are 15 year old boys. Why is this allowed to take place inside this store????

Im WRITING CORPORATE NEXT. SOMEONE WOULD LOVE HAVE THEIR JOB IF THEY DONT WANT THEM. I THINK IF THEY STAYED OFF TIC TOK THEY CAN ANSWER THE PHONE FOR PEOPLE WHO IS ACTUALL Y MAKING SURE THEY HAVE PAYCHECKS TO FEED THEIR FAMILY. WAKE GUYS!!!

Ive always believed in supporting black businesses, but ALL the employees in both locations in Little Rock have the worst attitudes and are not friendly!! Youll even stand and wait to get help simply because theyre talking about personal things in their lives!! If you want to experience the worst customer service go to them.

Horrible service! I know someone that walked in paid $200 for a pair of shoes cash! 10 minutes later tried to return them, unused obviously and they would not refund his money! Its against store policy! Really? Well doing business with a place that will not do refunds is against my policy! Buyers beware!!!! I would not buy one thing from this frekn store!

I couldve went to finish line or somewhere like that but I wanted something different. I was looking to purchase at least 3 pairs of shoes. We walk in, and no one greets us. They are talking among themselves. After about 20 minutes of browsing, I asked for a size. The guy goes to the back and comes back and say nah we aint got those, and proceeded to continue to talk to the other guy. He didnt offer another shoe or ask if we liked something else.... Needless to say, we didnt purchase anything.... Where is the customer service?
