We have shopped at Hibbit Sports for years now. This location in particular is one we have never visited but we will definitely be back! We were greeted as we walked in by the staff and even security! A younger black associate walked up to us and asked us if we needed help finding anything. She was very patient with my 9 year old son helping him find the perfect cleats and shin pads. She was absolutely phenomenal! Once we got to the check out, which didn’t take long, I had forgotten my coupon code. The other associate was helping us tame our 2 year old and playing ball with him, which was awesome(gave me time to focus on just my 9 year old) she basically babysat for me for free so I could shop! She saw my dilemma and said give her the 20% off! How amazing is that? I had the coupon but we live in Little Rock and she insisted that we get our discount and I didn’t need to bring her back our coupon code. In the 20 plus years we have been spending money on sports this was absolutely the best experience! We will be going out of our way to go to this location in particular for all sports stuff, shoes, and loads of clothing just because they were so amazing!

Great customer service

Not a lot to choose from all black no cute bold colors for women. Everything is out dated. Prices are too high for not very many options to choose from. The staff are great. I can get better prices even clearance items at other stores that sales nike activewear. Should probably close down just not a good selection of brands.

Horrible customer service from the assistant manager. I purchased a product with cash and the item didn’t fit so I attempted to return the item within a span of an hour. She rudely said no looked at me and said she couldn’t return the item ! I asked why because I had just purchased the item and I had a receipt within an hour of obtaining the product!Extremely rude saying that her store didn’t have the $35.00 dollars that I had just given!Close the store !!’She stated the store doesn’t make enough money to return cash back and I see why because Customer Service is Horrible!!!0 for Service

Customer service was non existent. I walked in, walked the entire shoe wall and not one associate said a word. One even sat behind the cash wrap the entire time. So I left and took my business to the Outlets of Little Rock.

They have sport equipment for basketball, football, and other sports.

Very good spot to shop for shoes.
