First time picking up an order from Walmart. I will use this service again. The associate was very prompt, professional and polite. My grocery items were less expensive than the big grocery store I usually shop from. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. Keep up the great serviceIt is greatly appreciated!

People are friendly and very respectful .. They ask if you need help to find anything and all.. Just loved the place and the prices are nice . got what i needed plus more lol

So tell me why at this Walmart they do not sell tobacco. Theres clearly no sign that indicates that they dont sell it they make you stand in line and hopes that you would get any tobacco. just for you to find out that they dont sell it. Supposedly 3 weeks ago one of the employees took off with the key and ever since then they havent been able to replace it. The end result they fired the employee never got a new key now they dont sell tobacco here

A lot of the shelves were empty but the store was much cleaner overall than it has been in the past

I used to enjoy visiting this walmart, now I think its services are really going down and needs more workers that do their job!

I order curbside pick up and 2 days later the website showed my order delayed for 2 and a half days. The store never answered their phone even the online I need HELP chat representatives could make any kind of progress or contact with the store. Finally I gave up and canceled my order. Someone from the corporate headquarters needs to investigate this stores lack of customer service or show any concern for a online curbside pick up thats delayed for 2hrs much less 2 and a half days, no store awareness here.

Let me just say that I have never been so impressed with the kindness with Ms Anglea and Mr Brian they both seen me struggling with a big mirror and these two stepped in to help me and Mr Brian carried it to my car for me. These two are awesome.

Bathrooms were full yet to get my refund was fast.

Almost no real people to check you out here anymore. You stand in one of 2, yes that is correct, 2 lines to check yourself out. How cheap has this place become that they no longer employ service people to assist customers with the checkout process. Do not go here to shop

The check out help was awful and the woman she half helped us. I only wanted to put part of my checkout on my credit card and I pushed split payment she hit it too but it put the whole order on my card and this is not what I wanted and I asked what do we need to do to get my money back and do what I asked her she told my daughter and II dont know what to tell you as and if you go to Customer Service it probably going to 5 to 10 working day to put your money back on your card.She did not care and she proved running her mouth instead of helping Customers it was terrible.And my bills at home suffered because I had a budgetI will never shop on McCain store ever againI will order catalog and have it delivered.

This is a great place to shop for just about everything, the only thing that I hate is that they are always out of stock on some of the things that we buy.

Horrible location. Rude employees, dirty, poorly stocked - 2pm and pallets of merchandise still block most aisles and paths waiting to be stocked. Self checkout design is a poor - 2 lines feeding into a single pool of checkout kiosks, apparently there is an imaginary divider splitting the pool in half - one side for each line. Walking from one line, after waiting for 8 to 10 minutes, to an open machine will result in the employee stating “the line’s over here’ when you advise that you had appropriately waited in line and were moving towards a now open kiosk, they advise you to go back and wait in the other line for another unknown duration. Typical Walmart piss poor customer facing execution.

Going in to pick was at North Little Rock the lady at the pick up was very rude. She was saying pick outside like I new were to go. The lady that was in line gave me the directions. Bc I didnt know they have changed there pick up location. Some people do not need to be in customer service. You dont like your job do like I use to do back in the day. Fine another job that you really like.

I love this Walmart. I refuse to shop at any other Walmart. This location is so much better. The store is always clean, the staff is extremely friendly, and you always have what I need.

Open for business, maskatory, social distancing, washing of hands, everything you need at one stop, food, furniture, school supplies, electronics, movies, hardware, dog food. Handicapped accessible, call ahead and order, pickup or get it deliver, contactless shopping experience.

Great superstore and clean. Customer service could be improved. I was ordering deli meat and I felt as though I was inconveniencing the employee by ordering.

Everything went well until it was time to check out. Staffed check out was extremely slow so we went to the self checkout. We had an alcohol beverage so the register alerted staff to come verify my age. No one came so I went and got someone. When she came she selected NOT OVER 40 YEARS OLD even though Im nearly 60, full grey beard and have a few wrinkles, 🤷🏾‍♂️. Then demanded my ID and when I gave it to her she could not find my DOB even though it is printed and embedded on it in at least 6 places. When she said she could not find it I told her my DOB, then she demanded that I show it to her. When I reached to show her she began to get aggressive with me about it. What a mess.

This is one of my favorite WM Supercenters in the Sherwood/North Little Rock area because they still carry/sell fabric cut by the yard, or in pre-cut yardages.They also have a lot of sewing notions, sewing machines, and plenty of the basic accessories for them.On the other hand though, they dont have a large selection of yarn or knitting/Crocheting notions at all.Its a worthy trade for me, considering most of the newer Supercenters have stopped carrying fabric altogether; and its always been cheaper to get fabric/notions at the Walmarts that do still carry them in stock.***I will also add for those that are not familiar with this area***:This is NOT the best location to visit at night, especially alone! During the day it isnt as bad; but this area is notoriously well-known for being one of the most unsafe and dangerous places after dark.

Its like any Walmart it depends on what time of day you go whether its crowded or not, I seem to like this Walmart, they have the Vegetarian Bratwurst I love and other Vegetarian options I enjoy, and yes the Patti Labelle Sweet potato pie mmmm mmmm 😋

It snowed Sunday and Monday. It is now Tuesday at 5:30pm and this is the parking lot. No concern for customer safety. I saw a pregnant lady pushing well trying to push a cart to her car. What if someone falls? They couldve at least salted the lot.

I visited in October 2021, store was very clean and stock was well-organized.

Large store. Large variety of items. Even sells lamb.

My gift card not activated or ready to use, everyone super nice, giving instructions.

Went to pick up my prepaid grocery order that was scheduled to pick up from9 -10 pm. I tried to ck in thru Walmarts text but it was inoperable, so I could let them know 15mins in advance that I was on my way. When I arrived it was 9:55 but the curbside pick up area was dark & appeared to be closed. I called the number on the signs in the pick up area & didnt get an Answer. So I then called 4 different depts inside the store & still no one answered my call. So to sum it up I made a wasted trip because the curbside dept decided to leave EARLY even though I had called cust svc at 8pm to attend to a substitution situation. So they knew I was coming to pick up my food before 10p.m.

First time using this Walmart for a pick up order I spent over 400$ here and they had every single item my order was scheduled to be picked up between 7-8 and I got here early and my order was in my car NEATLY by 7:05 !! I had to try another Walmart because the one on bowman has been absolutely ridiculous with pick up orders ! I live right around the corner from bowman Walmart and I will never order there again ! Driving all the way to McCain was well worth it and this will now be my new pick up location !! GREAT STAFF !!!

Nice selections and options. Number one problem was the shortage of cashiers. This is not acceptable. I do not know how to check out my items, nor do I intend to learn.Isles were not cluttered like most Walmarts.

Wow! So I was a horrible person- I said good morning to someone working here (one of the people filling online orders). You would think I called her a bad name or something. It’s a nice- amply stocked place- but the attitudes!

Full disclosure, Ive never really been a big fan of Walmart and while writing this review I want to be as accurate as possible without having that biased attitude. This particular location was clean and well organized. That was really surprised because Ive always passed by this location and I use the one in Jacksonville more often. Ill probably have a little bit less hesitation about walking in this location.

Help Wanted signs are REAL! The few lines that were open, including self-help, were easily 10 to 15 people.

Not enough cashiers, waiting in crazy long lines for a long time just to check yourself out. Employees are lazy and very rude. I had 2 different birthday cakes made in their bakery and they both were wrong when I picked them up so I do not use them anymore. All in all the whole store is a mess including the employees and I do what I can to not go there.

I enjoy this Walmart but I wish people checked us out instead of having to do it ourselves. Its difficult for disabled people and some elderly people also.

I would usually give five stars but the cleaning gentleman was rude to several women in the restroom. Been going there several years and never had a problem with anything or anyone until today.

Its a walmart. Mostly self checkout which is fine. Nothing special stands out but still a good place to go to.

For the first time I really am almost over the hype but every time I say that, wally world hits ya with the old one two and you are back roaming those isles looking for your faves. This location is cool but sometimes they wont have certain items so you had better shop with your app! Oh yeah! Scan everything and you may find some hidden gems!

They are in a convenient location. I expect them to have maybe half the inventory theyre suppose to. Always packed. All registers are self checkout now.

Today it was a little busy all the lines were pretty full but it didnt take me but 10 minutes to get through the line and I was done so everythings fine there

Ridiculous! Customer service is thing of the past. So sad to see machines running stores instead of people. How many people without jobs since its all self check??? People spending hundreds of dollars a week to feed their families, and having to bag it ourselves in a TINY area. Ridiculous decision.

Josh was great my wife is disabled and needed a power handicap cart none were available. He went and found one that was working and bought it to her.

The had everything I needed. Lines were long but otherwise fine

Saturday evening. Full store. Only one check out line open. Expanded self checkout really only option. We did not know and did our quarterly WM shopping. Very long lines to check out. No space to place bagged stuff. Use 2 carts while shopping then you will have one to use when self checkout. Our last visit to WM. Will find other local stores for the quarterly shopping.

This walmart is absolutely not #1 walmart. Customer service is a joke. A few managers are very nice but other than that they talk on their phones and ignore customers and no one does their job!!

The mens restroom was a total mess. Only had one inperson checkout & all of the self checkouts had long lines waiting. This was definitely the worse Wal-Mart store Ive ever seen and dont plan on going back for a very long time. I expected a big city Wal-Mart to be better taken care of.

Still no checkers, have to use the self checkout. The wait is longer to checkout due to having to wait for folks to figure out the self checkout process not to mention folks are slow as molasses. Fix your checkout process Walmart!!!

When I got ready to leave to check out, they were rude. It toke them more than 30 min to find someone to help. I will say the lady that finally came was way more nice than the last person.

One of the cleanest Walmarts Ive been in. Its nice walking into this Walmart and it being updated. Restrooms were clean. Ive been in others that needed attention BAD.

We enjoyed it although were shopping for a few household items that we were out of.

The attendant at the self checkout was super sweet and helpful!

Had alot of fun. Was shopping for 3hrs. Being from Ontario it was nice to shop freely and not have to wear a face diaper!

Was very busy, and had few checkers at the register. A lot of my usual purchases were out of stock.

People would put down Walmart in Pine Bluff (which I thought was a good one), but THIS Walmart is terrible! Shocked to see dirty floors everywhere (can see pics I uploaded) and aisles totally disorganized. Guessing after a staff member seeing me taking pictures called for maintenance, and eventually an old woman emerged to start mopping floors. Seems like many of the employees could care less. Ill shop elsewhere next time.

The staff is typically helpful on the floor when needed to find a product. Seems pretty clean majority of the time.

I do not work for them and will not be serving as a free employee unless they decide to compensate my work with a 15% discount on my total purchase.The reduction of checkout staff is profitable for this industry. But how much more of a profit margin is needed at the expense of the customer!The store was clean. Grumpy man at the entrance.

Unlike other locations, when more registers were needed the staff opened more checkstands. While self checkout exists, I as well as many others stilll prefer to make purchases at a store the old fashioned way.

I do the grocery pickup A LOT! Never have I had an experience like this one...first, I had to wait 35 minutes to get my groceries. People pulled up after me and got their groceries before me. Secondly, the girl that put my groceries in my car THREW them in my trunk! When I was leaving, the lady that pulled in after me flagged me down to give me my sausages because the lady loading my groceries could care less! Im attaching a picture of what my groceries looked like after she THREW them in my car...

I purchased food from the deli. Big mistake!! The wings that I got were terrible 6 dollars for 6 wing pieces. They were thickly breaded and over cooked. The worse! Lesson learned.

Me and my dad were at the self-checkout scanning our items and the kept popping up the message “Associate is on the way” then the lady came over here and mg dad was trying to scan his alcohol and the lady said she needed my Id. That is the first time somebody has asked for my id when i’m not the one purchasing it nor was my dad buying it for me. I’m 18 and I’ve never drank a day in my life. I’m sorry she may be old, whatever but she was rude and she’s lucky we didn’t call for the manager.

This place drives me crazy. They have almost no check stands anymore. Its almost all self checkout. Outside of that its Wal-Mart and they have everything a Walmart would have. I just dont want to shop at a place where I have to bag and scan a cart full of items. Its not fun. Give me a discount to my order and maybe. I would rather go somewhere that offers a level of customer service still. Does it really matter though Walmart will get their money one way or another

What negative comment can a person make about WalMart? None!! Its a one stop shop. They have it all, the prices are hard to beat, and once you leave you wont need to go anywhere else. Unless you own the bank, I suggest WalMart.

Corporate employees were there not one of them said hello asked me if I needed any help. Didnt even act as if customers were in the store. They walked around talking and taking pictures. When your a parent, manager or hire up it is your responsibility to show by example. Now I know why no walmart team member says hello or asks if I need help. They all ignore me. That is the only reason why I do self check out. If walmart employees were more friendly the store would do even better. People would wait in line to be checked out. So the next time you are a cashier gets fired because a machine took your job youll know why.

Walmart needs less Walmart more Kroger. Lines are always long and no one will help you.

Ive been going here for years and Im always able to find what I need. Its always clean and associates are always friendly. You cant expect more than that.

The worst Walmart ever, thug like inside a real Walmart. The family man wouldnt bring there family here. Kind of felt bulllied.
