Been waiting for a part for 2 weeks now, they been giving me the run-around. They suck at customer service skills. Especially the little girl that Answers the phone. If your looking for good customer service I suggest you dont spend time & money with these clowns.

Dropped a tool off 1 month ago, and was told it would be ready in a few weeks. At the time, I witnessed a man behind the counter giving a customer some really harsh responses to legitimate questions, which I thought was rude, but blew it off.After a whole month No call, no email, nothing. I called, was on hold and asked 3 times what my name was. Finally was told there were A/B/C versions of my tool and I had D version. They had to call and verify from the manufacturer. Turns out the tool wasnt ever a priority to them, the same way they acted when I dropped it off and the same way they treated the nice man in line before me. I said I am on my way to get it and they acted like they couldnt care less. If you want to feel like a valued customer, dont shop here.

When I say this was the unprofessional experience I have had. So I dropped my mower off on the 8/13/20 to simply have the recoil and pull string replaced. Was told it would be ready the next day. So the weekend goes by and hear back from them Tuesday after business hours to tell me there was another issue. I already knew about the other issue but wasn’t the issue I needed fixed. So he tells me they ordered the part and it will be ready 8/21/20. Now at this point I’m under the impression that they have fixed my original issue because it was only going to take 2 days. So Friday, 8/21/20 comes and my mower is going to ready according to the rep. Friday comes, Saturday, nothing from them. At this point I need my mower for my yard and the other things I do. Monday I called and the rep notifies it’s done but wants to make sure nothing else is required. Man do you I call back to 2 hours later and it’s not fixed. Well why would you tell me it’s fixed when all my parts are laying on top. She tells me that they were 2 weeks behind. Nobody told me that why I dropped it off!!!!!! Why would I leave it with you if YOU ARE 2 WEEKS BEHIND!!!!! Wants me to wait !!!! NOOOOO!!!!!!! They don’t give accurate information, bad communication, and will give you the run around. Ohhh, you may have to call a few times to get someone on the phone. Very unpleasant experience and I will never go back or refer to anyone to this business

Not only did they Forget to put an Air Filter on the Cub Cadet I bought, they acted as if it was my fault for not Checking it after only Two Months of usage. Also the Warranty that’s Three Year “Start” Guarantee is Totally Irrelevant. I’d do my Business Elsewhere Folks!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR TOOLS HERE! We dropped off several tools at once for repair. Several months went by with no update. Each phone call to their shop was met with a promise that the service tech would call back with an update. I finally received a return call after quite a few to their shop. The tech stated he needed to order parts for the planer, the cost to repair my saw was more than the value, one saw required a new cord, and no update on my nail guns. I picked up my saws. Several more months went by with no additional updates. I was finally told my planer was not repairable. No update on the nail guns. Several more months went by. After a Facebook post, Partners invited us to pick up our tools. The was a 6+ month process.Picked up my tools and theyre in worse shape than when they were dropped off. Thanks Partners!

Took our Lawn Boy mower here to get running again. They had it about a week. Did lots of repairs to it and it was well under $100! Now it starts with one easy pull! Open till 6:00p.m. week days. The girls up front are super friendly, as are the guys who work there.Will not hesitate to use them again! Easy to get to on Rixey Road, off I-67/167 in North Little Rock.

This company is easy to work with .I needed parts for my lawn mower and they knew the exact parts I needed and got them fast. They have friendly and helpful staff! I will continue to shop with them whenever I need parts or new equipment. Trust me when I say the internet and big retailers are useless in the area of lawn equipment . Shop local and get the correct parts or equipment from a company that knows the Business of outdoor equipment.

Partners is the place to get your equipment done right the first time. The people are great to deal with and i will not take my equipment anywhere else. They are pretty fast at getting it done as soon as the part gets there.

Wanted to wait until I cooled down a bit before I wrote this review. Took my mower in on Aug 29. They said they would check it out and give me a call. Waited for a week before calling them. Was told they would look at it in a couple of days and call. Waited another week. Still no call. Called back a few days later. Was told the same thing. Called yesterday and chewed on them. They said I could pick it up today and the cost would be 70 + including gas treatment. Told them the gas had been treated. They deducted $7. Tank was full when I took it in, but they still charged for gas. Bottom line, they NEVER called me. I will not be using them again.

I dropped off a weed eater to be worked on and was told I would be given a call back when they figure out what was wrong with it. After two months of calling them and not receiving a call back, I decided to not wait any longer. Every time I called, the person answering the phone had to go check on it but couldnt tell me what it needed. Was told that the repair person didnt come in until late afternoon and they would call me back. Never did call me back even after I pointed out that I never get a call back. Why wait two months? I left for overseas work and didnt need it right away, just got tired of not knowing so I had it picked up for me.

It doesnt matter what model mower you have, they can find the part that you need. Customer service was great, and the mechanics are always top notch. As a contractor, theyre the only shop I use for my tools and equipment.
