Had a friend drop off my Bad Boy for repair in exchange for use while I relocated. Upon estimating the repairs he choose to back out but failed to tell me. Upon my inquiry into the repaired needed he stated he was not interested in our arrangement and my mower was at the dealers. I contact James at River Valley and arranged for pick up as it would not be feasible to repair at this time as the mower would sit for over a year before it would be placed back in service. James worked with me to establish a fair price for the estimate and any services done to reach a price for repair. His attitude and professionalism were outstanding and I advised him I would return when the services were needed and could be taken advantage of. His Tech was also fantastic at explaining the issues with my mower. Although I am lot for names his identity would be known to James. Hats off to them both and it is pleasant to have professionals how care employed with your dealership. Thanks again.
I’ve been a customer at the Sherwood location for at least 8 years. I’ve purchased two tractors, a side-by-side, a zero-turn mower, and multiple implements. I take my equipment there for servicing that I can’t do myself. I can’t imagine shopping for my farm needs anywhere else. Stephen, Paula, Rick, and the whole rest of the crew are always so quick to be helpful and it is very much appreciated!!
Not sure about these comments on the Service Dept. I purchased a Hustler here at the beginning of the summer and had nothing but a pleasant experience. Later the fuel tank started leaking so I had to bring it back, they ordered the tank, let me know when it came in, I carried the mower up there, they replaced it in a couple days and called me to tell me it was ready. I even borrowed their trailer to get the mower to them. Nothing but good things here, from me at least. Good crew, always welcome to help. I will use Gabe for any other equipment that I need they carry.
The service department personnel did an excellent job. They also got the work done in a timely manner!

I dropped off my Hustler to get serviced for the summer. Was told they would call to let me know any other parts needed. I called 4 days later. They said I’ll call back in 20 minutes never called. I called the next day. I got a round about estimate and was told pick up is in 3 days. Day 4 still no communication so I called they are still waiting on parts. I think I will just make the drive to Another service center. I reviewed the reviews on here also. Seems sales team has it together but parts and service are severely lacking.
I dealt with the bryant location on purchasing a scag zero turn mower. I experienced nothing but great service from the time I placed my first call to get a price until the deal was signed and I drove off the lot. My salesman Jimmy Grasse was very knowledgeable about the product and I never felt any sales pressure from him. He always communicated with me on a timely schedule and everything was ready when I went to pick it up. I could not have asked for a better experience!
They dont know what they are doing in the parts department at all and they do not know how to return a phone call
I went in today to replace an Echo leaf blower. I sat at the counter while people walked about. One gentleman who was helping another customer said that someone would be with me shortly. After several minutes I finally had to just get up and walk out. Maybe my experience is unique.

Friendly and somewhat knowledgeable but also disengaged in selling anything. The finance officer shouldnt be playing host for the salesmen while they sit on the computer. After pulling information out of the salesman, I left unsure why I should buy one brand over another since he really didnt highlight the pros vs. cons of each. Ultimately felt like they would sell me a tractor if I knew what I wanted and if not that was ok to, someone else will come along. Ill purchase elsewhere when I find a dealer that is more engaged in helping the customer find the right product.
Communication service is lacking. We were told that we would get a call we ready, there was no call. I called a week later after our lawn mower was dropped off and was told that its in the finish bend. I had a question the next day left a message on service department voice mail to call me back and never received a call back.They do not call back as they say they do.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They also carry some of the best equipment brands in the industry. I had a very great experience while I was here.

I havent bought any new equipment there but I deal with the parts department on a regular basis, always have good service and willing to help.
I came here to get some things for my dad, didn’t really know what I needed or what I was looking for but the employees were very patient with me and helped me get what I needed. Overall very nice welcoming people who will do their best to get what you need.

Took our tractor there and advised them to call me BEFORE fixing the problem. (Wanted to know cost before hand). The service department called me and said that the work was completed and ready to be picked up almost 4 weeks later....I couldnt believe the break down in communication between the guys at the counter and the shop workers. They fixed things that I didnt want fixed and fixed things without my permission when asking them clearly not too. When talking to them, it was like talking to a 16 year old kid who doesnt care or take notes.... Also when I was there, one other older man was complaining that they changed him for something that they didnt even fix.Please save yourself time, money and frustration and take your equipment somewhere else.
