The service is always slow and they say they wash vehicles but they dont.I love driving my lexus but I bring it elsewhere for service. Ive been with them for 15 years and they just do not get better.i bring my car there only for warranty stuff but I have it serviced elsewhere.

What a crazy experience smh they took my car apart ( panels (driver side and passenger) etc, they did not want to finish the work on my car because of a monetary issue they had with my insurance which I found out later after the insurance tried to tow my car to another shop twice to no avail because their receptionists didnt divulge that information to me. Now my car is still at the new shop because Im missing parts that Lexus removed and didnt have to remove. All I needed was a windshield replaced and my hood fixed. Its been a month almost 😳

It’s taken them almost 3 weeks to do a 3 day job and still don’t have my car. Worst part is when you call to find out status no one is available and manager is always on conference call.

I bought my car at Lexus of North Miami in December 2018. In April, I was in a minor fender bender. I chose Lexus of North Miami because the exceptional service they provide. And they did not disappoint. Damarys and Leah were my points of contact and they were both very sweet and patient and answered all of my questions. Leah kept me updated with the status of my car. It took 7 days to complete repairs and they gave me my car back polished and spotless. Hands down the BEST experience I have ever had with collision repair. Thank you LEXUS!!!

I wouldn’t use them again. Be aware of your stuff being taken. They were not careful when dismantling and putting together my car, found new scratches and scrapes. Takes them more then a month to replace a simple air tire cap. Still waiting.

Horrible service as far as the collision center. It took them 5 weeks to fix a one week job. The consultant kept lying about why my car isn’t ready. She told me Friday that my car is being washed and should be ready by Monday. Monday comes & all of a sudden my car is waiting for more parts.. I come to pick my car up the following Friday and it’s not fixed correctly. The left isn’t matching the right. Parts are hanging and are not properly sealed.. basically I waited 5 weeks for a halfway done job. If I could give it a negative 10 I would. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR here for body work

Stay away from their collision center, they work at turtle speed. They would take 3 weeks for a 3 days repair anywhere else..

My daughter unfortunately crashed her car THREE (3) times!! Each time we took the car to Lexus of North Miami. The repairs are always well done and the customer service is amazing. My daughter sadly totaled the car not too long ago but hopefully when she gets her next car we wont need their services again. If we do *Lord forbid* at least we know where we can take it.

I was unfortunately hit and had to get my bumper replaced. I decided to take my car to Lexus and I am so glad I did! My collision reps name was Zoe and she was great! She took good care of me and my car. I got my car back very quickly and it looked like nothing ever happened the color was perfectly matched. They even went as far as cleaning my vehicle (boy it needed that) my car looked like it did the first time I bought it! Thank you Lexus and Zoe!

This was the approved repair facility for my Insurance company for some recent collision damage I incurred on my vehicle. Upon dropping off my vehicle for service, I asked for an additional item to be looked at for an estimate for repair since it was separate from the collision damage and I would be responsible to pay for it. I was subsequently provided with a quote by Jacob, to which I agreed and ask them to proceed. I finally received the anticipated call from Zoe, the service advisor helping me with my vehicle, advising me the vehicle was ready for pick-up. I asked if the additional item I asked to fix was completed as well, but she did not know nor offer to check on it. Instead we agreed to pick-up the vehicle on a Saturday when she was unfortunately not working. Upon picking up the vehicle I was highly disappointed that this additional fix was not completed, but figured I could resolve it by contacting Zoe to potentially bring the vehicle back. Unfortunately my disappointment increased after leaving several messages for Zoe after being told she was with a customer each time, but never receiving a call back after leaving messages. So here I stand - no resolution or call back. Very poor service.

My NX 200t F-Sport was hit while parked at my job. I took it to Lexus of North Miami and was taken care of by Zoe. This is the second time that I come here because the service is outstanding. She is professional, courteous and delivered my car sooner than expected. When they returned it to me it looked as it did when I got it brand-new. Thankfully my insurance lets me bring my car here because I dont think I could trust any other body shop since coming here, especially after having dealt with bad experiences at other places. I highly recommend the customer service of Zoe, and the craftsmanship that the body shop provides. Thank you so much for the outstanding service.

If you are looking for a shop that goes above and beyond, you have found it. My car needed lots of body work done to it, so I took it to Lexus of North Miami to see Oscar. He assured me not to worry, that the car was not only fixable, but it was going to come out 10 times nicer!! He really went the extra mile as he does for all his customers, making me a devoted customer. The mechanics did AMAZING work. Not only was it not in the shop long, it was the most efficient body work job I have ever had done. When I picked my car up, Zoey greeted me with a friendly smile and went over all of the paperwork with me. I felt very confident picking up my car from her. When she brought me to my car, I did not recognize it!!! It literally looked brand new. Not only did they fix it they detailed it inside out!!! I hope I dont get in anymore accidents however, I know where and who I can count on to take excellent care of me and my car!!!! Thank you Oscar, Zoey, and Lexus of North Miami collision center!!!!!!

BEWARE! liars, thiefs and cheaters. Stay away from this dealership and the sales manager Rick. He made me drive 40 miles to the dealership with a promise to deliver a car, on our phone conversation we closed a deal and when we arrived he had left and started the odyssey. all prices changed and when we contacting him, he said was a honest mistake. Do not do business with these people, they lure you to the dealership with a false promises

I didnt have the car repaired there but got an estimate and it was LUXURY! If I need another repair, I will bring here.
