So I had my car painted there back in early 2019 and the paint job came out beautiful at first until they had their “detailer” buff out the car. He burned through the paint on my roof to bare metal, after about a week or so I started to notice huge imperfections on some of the parts of the car like the trunk, you can see all the un-dried primer under the paint. I took the car back to them and they told me 3 week wait time if I wanted to get that addressed which u was extremely upset after spending $2500 on a paint job that took over 3 months. Now 2 years later I have clear coat peeling off all over my car. It’s starting to look the same way it did (if not worse) than when I first brought it in.

There are not enough words to describe how impressed and pleased I am with my car. It looks BRAND NEW...I would match it with any brand new showroom car. I shopped around to have my 2008 car repainted. It’s in very good mechanical condition and the clear coat had failed. There were 3 MAACO locations near me and I visited two. I received 6 estimates from various body and paint shops, and this location was very reasonable.I am very happy with the results and the 5 year warranty. The office staff was nice and very straight with me about the process and service.

I was very happy with my repairs and customer service during my first visit. Due to a unforeseen circumstance, I needed to return my car for additional repairs. I had no worries because I knew it would be done right. I was told to bring the car in on a Monday and while I was in route I called the shop to let them know I was on the way only to be told to bring the car next Monday. Okay, I turned around and headed home. Well the following Monday I called the shop to advise I was in route and was told to bring it in the following Monday because they were slammed. Needless to say, what was suppose to be a 2 day repair ended up being 2 weeks. And the repairs were not fully complete. Upon arrival of picking up the car the techs were attempted to repair an issue with the car while I was waiting when I was told that the car was ready for pick up. During the full 2 the car was being repaired, I only received 1 phone call from the shop about the status of my car. When I called the shop for an update I was told the 1st time someone would call me back but never did until the next day. All other calls I made to the shop I was told that they were waiting on parts. My car was painted in January and the paint is chipping on the hood of the car which should have been noticed while the car was being repaired. This is just one of many things not completed that I was still charged for. I’m so disappointed because I really had high expectations for this shop. This shop lacks quality customer service and incomplete repairs.

I shopped around before going to Maaco. The reviews on the internet were less than flattering, but when I got the estimate it was clear and precise. I dont like BS. I just picked at my SUV today and it looks as good as I expected it would be. Everyone was friendly and professional. The price was fair with the market around this area.

Let’s start with the positive, Feliz the manager is an amazing man who tried his best to fix my car but like he said “it didn’t come out like new” and by that he meant still some issues.I took my 2007 Chevy Tahoe for a new front bumper and new hood with headlights and a complete paint job. The team at Maaco in Hialeah gardens do sloppy work, as it seems they are in a rush to paint and push cars out even though it took more than 2 weeks each time.The first time then left a mess on my splash guards, spare tire was painted white, tires have wait paint on them, paint drips ALL over my car from the roof, to the bumpers to some cheap paint already and I paint for a 4 years warranty. Felix requested for me to bring the car back so they can fix it and he even paid for my rental the issue with this is that the sloppy job continued. Yes I will agree I have leas paint dripping spots. My spare tire was fixed, the roof was actually painted which the first time they left a portion unpainted. But my black rubber sealing strips are white as you can see the tape job was lazy or they could of removed it, my black handles have white all over them so now I have to pay for new door handles, and window sealing strips. Also my hood isn’t aligned correctly and I requested for them to review and if I had to pay more I would but nothing was done.So again, Felix is a great manager and he tried they need a new crew who actually treats others cars like their own!

Painted beautifully

Very dissatisfied with my car. When i originally walked in i told the manager that i want my car to look as it did when it was purchase from a dealer. He said of course it. Ha! Needless to say, when i arrived to pick-up my car it was a disaster. My car was very dirty, oversprayed paint on the black trim, glass and inside the vehicle. I approached the manager and he said that normal. The car paint needs to be wet sanded and buffed. I told him why wasnt it done, he replies, we dont do that here. I replied and said, why wasnt i told that from the beginning? No reply from the manager. I told him that you mislead me as you are to others. I wont recommend this place at all.

They did one hell of a job repairing a scraped area in my car which looked hideous; It is as if nothing happened. They said to me it would take a week but they did it in 2 days. Very impressive.

I was deceived when I got my car painted with Maaco in October 2015. They were adamant that the warranty will cover the paint for 5 years. After three years and a half the paint is fading away revealing the poor quality of the materials they use. I called today to make a claim for the deterioration of their work an they told me that at this point they will only cover 25 percent of the repairs.Maaco is a straight up scam and their work is that of extremely low quality

These guys did fix and paint the car but they left the interior of my car as if it had been through a dust storm and when I lift under my hood it was the same thing its as if they left all my doors open to do the work and then they just wiped it down and handed it to me. So now im left paying close to $100 to have my interior detailed and shampooed. And their communication skills are horrible they never pick up the phone! I swear I felt like they saw my number and just ignored it because they only picked up once during my 2 week wait which was suppose to only be 1 week!

Horrible experience !!! Dealing with liars and thiefs. They destroyed my pick up truck. They told me it was going to take a week and two weeks later when they said it was ready it was not .The inside was dirty and dusty, they ruined the battery leaving the doors open, lock wont open or close anymore on the bed top, they burn the serenoid and rear lights, broke lost and loose parts on the roof rack and water leaking inside the cab. Also the bed top they install it incorrectly and water leaked inside the bed. They lost a mud flap and clips, they found the mud flap later, lost a molding, never founded lost the screws for the license plates, never founded. They damaged doors rubbers, overspray and painted the wheels. Jaime agreed to pay for all the damages that they did but they didnt not.They charged me over $1900.00 and I have expended so far just about the same amount fixing the destruction that they did. They seem to be polite and respectful at the beginning but actually theyre hipocrets and liars. If you want your vehicle destroyed take it to maaco ... I would imagine the few good reviews they have must be friends and family since Otniel Forte is the manager there and give him self 5 stars.

Wow after reading all the reviews i was sceptical about taking my car here to get painted. when i arrived for an estimate i spoke to a man named Otniel the shop manager. I had to wait while he finished with another customer, didnt take long at all. As i waited i looked around and saw the business is under new management. The Price i was given was very fair considering the amount of work i needed done including dent repairs and a full outside paint job. Job in total took 3 days as promised, and i can say it came out very well. people say that sometimes you get a few drips of clear coat, but most people dont know that 2-4 weeks after a paint job you are recommended to buff the car and wax it . i got the car back and it looked brand new, jet black like the day i bought it . I would definetly return to this place for any body work/paint work in the future

They painted my interior! These guys dont know what they are doing, beware of getting ripped off! I payed extra to take out dents and they left them in there, they also left a bunch of raped off parts on the car these guys dont know what they are doing !

These people are criminals, liars and thiefs! Do NOT come here! They will damage your car far worse than whatever condition you bring it in. Then, they will try to steal it by telling you they have a lien on your car! This place has NO STATE LICENSE to perform repairs!

Worst service !! They agreed to paint the car and gave a guarantee for 3 years, a year the paint is lifted and they say that the guarantee does not cover it because they did not do the bodywork. Why didnt they say so when they agreed to paint the car? The employee who attended us, who would not let us even talk, says that he is now another owner and other rules. I do not recommend them
