Went in store at 7:58pm was told by server Christina store was closing in 2 minutes while she was wrapping my fudge up. My daughter saw they had ice cream she said ice cream was closed for the night. We also asked her question about how much each slice weighed and boy did she give a big attitude in her answer. After I paid my mil that came in the store same time as myself wanted one piece of fudge was told no because she had to close her draw right at 8:00. Wish I could give no stars this is the worst customer service I have experienced my whole trip, I will not come back to this store. Also on google it says the store is open till 9:00pm.

We were greeted by a gentleman making fudge, he handed my husband and me a piece of Extraordinary chocolate fudge. Yum!The girl who helped us was very friendly and allowed us to sample different flavors. Great salesperson :)I wish we had gotten her name, she had pink color in her hair I believe. Very nice young lady.Yes we bought 2lbs of fudge!!

Some girl with red hair from here helped a womans life. She called emergency services since she was unresponsive. Definitely a good company that cares about others!

Came in on Valentines to grab fudge on our way out of town. No one was in. Said hello, waited. Waited more. No one came to help. Went to the candy ahop next door bought a few things came back still no one. If your going to be opened having staff there would be great. I would post a pic of our fudge but we never got a chance to buy any.

Great tasting taffy and fudge with friendly staff. The prices are good too. Oh and their fudge doesnt melt so you dont need to worry about carrying it around in the heat of the day.

The dark chocolate and rocky road fudge were very good and did not melt. The peanut butter fudge was not very good and it melted. Just turned into a gooey mess. Unfortunately we bought 2 peanut butter

I have been coming here for years, and it is sad how it’s gone down hill due to the current employees. I never had anything bad to say until recently. The employees could seem to care less about their jobs, along with no respect towards the customers and seemed annoyed when I ordered more than 2 things and acted as they had no idea what they were doing. I pushed this off the other day and hoped our second trip would be different but unfortunately it was only worse.

I cannot say enough good things about this store. I had a bad experience at another location and was redeeming a gift certificate here. The staff was super friendly and the manager (Tammy?) went out of her way to make sure we were having a good experience. The peanut butter fudge was amazing!

Not what I expected.

My family and I just went to the store today and the employees were very friendly. The employees were definitely helpful in explaining the prices and sales of fudge. However, I am disappointed that we could only buy fudge by a slice which equals a half of pound. So I ended up buying a lot more fudge than I wanted. So, my only suggestion is to offer the fudge in different sizes to buy.

If I’m being completely honest, we only tried samples of the fudge, which was fantastic, but didn’t actually buy any at a place that literally has the word fudge in it’s name. Having said that, if you were going to offer other dessert options, they should be better or as good as the fudge in your name.To keep it short and sweet (no pun intended), my son chose a candied apple but when I asked if they could cut it into slices they did not have a blade or willingness to do so. The candied coating was so hard, my son said it was biting into a jolly rancher and was not that appetizing. My daughter got a mango smoothie which she said was good, but pretty watered down and not much of a shaved ice texture. As for myself, I got an extremely watered down cookies and cream milkshake, that was nine parts milk and one part ice cream. Maybe this is a matter of opinion, but I like a milkshake that is thick, and makes the vein in my forehead pop. I want to be able to drink it through it a straw, but don’t mind if I have to finish it with a spoon.At the end of the day, we were looking for a treat after miniature golf and we’re pretty disappointed that this is where we spent our money, when we could have gone a couple miles down the road to Kirks ice cream. But if you’re looking for fudge by the pound grab the coupon in any coupon book and get a half pound free.

Unfortunately I was not able to eat with my sugar restrictions, but that didnt stop my family. They all enjoyed themselves.

Just bought several different flavors of fudge and they are all great. Can’t wait to come back next year and get more.

I have been to many of these stores. And this one is by far the worst one. There is an obnoxious employee who sings at the top of his lungs to annoy everyone who works at the neighbor stores. Im surprised no one has said anything.
