The best donuts 🍩 I have ever had!! You choose what you want and they make them! We had the fall collection!! Just Yum!

Excellent donuts! We got the duck dozen and loved every single one of them but the maple bacon seemed to be everyone’s favorite!

Donuts were delicious and love the variety. Staff was friendly and even though they were packed, very courteous. Would highly recommend if in the area.

Ordered what we thought would be delicious donuts. Yes they were good but your service was absolutely horrible. Ordered for delivery and the delivery guy shows up with only one of our two boxes. Ok no big deal we can just call. After 20 minutes of trying to call no one can answer the phone. Now we make the drive to get them. When we get there they treat us like we are trying to ask for a hand out. All we wanted was the donuts we paid for. Finally, the lady states well I guess we will give them to her. Like for real yes you will give us what we paid for. Geeze, I have never had such worse customer service in my life. Donuts good but I dont recommend going here with the way the service is. I highly recommend going elsewhere as they dont seem like they care anything about their customers just getting the money and oh well.

Management of this location does not meet expectations. Long wait, inattentive, questionable integrity. But they sell donuts.1st. the donuts are good. They offer a pretty good variety of topping options and are a satisfying indulgence. I am not a donut connoisseur, but they tasted like other donut shops I have been at.2nd. the service was pretty pathetic. On the day of my visit there was a problem with the order printer not printing from the Order counter. Surprisingly, 1 manager and 3 employees didnt realize they had a problem despite 25 people standing in the lobby waiting on orders and only [2] order tickets in the hands of the employees. Only after the last ticket was filled & they look at all the people standing there does the lightbulb come on that, Houston, we have a problem. With a quick little IT Reboot (turn off & on the little printer), Heavens to bettsy you have order tickets spewing like a Texas oil gusher.Now many of your clients have been standing patiently, quietly, waiting while working out the problem, but one customer who politely says she would like to cancel her order (the last person to order) all of a sudden gets first of the line treatment. Now some grumbling starts.I waited a month from this incident before posting the review, to make sure that I still felt affronted. Yep, still do.--But they sell donuts.

Online order to avoid the line. Hot fresh donuts topped and iced how you choose. The place is busy and appears short staffed, but that is just about everywhere. The workers were hustling and moving as fast as they could, customers appeared patient even with delays. Store was clean and well maintained.

Absolutely loved their donuts and the service!! I have a new favorite donut place now and that says a lot since I was a huge fan of Krispy for many years. They are fresh and made to order and the employees were wonderful. The frappe was really good too!!

Cant believe Ive never eaten real donuts before! Went to market shopping at Kroger and since Duck Donuts were next door decided to step in and try one. I swear if I wasnt on a strict diet and had already lost 30 pounds I would have bought and eaten a dozen. These are undoubtedly the best Ive ever had. So very fresh. Made right there while you wait. And the staff were so friendly. You must stop by and treat yourself.

Had a great first experience at Duck Donuts in North Myrtle Beach. There was a wait to get in because of social distancing but the donuts are worth the wait. Mo came out and gave my son a donut while we waited which was really nice! Inside the shop is very clean and all the employees had masks on! This location is ran very well!

Im not really into sweets but these are seriously good donuts. All cake donuts, which I prefer. You can dress them yourself or choose from numerous signature or classic icing/topping combinations. But they were all darn good. The line stretched out the door and they had a sign taped to the window stating that they had modified their hours of operation due to staffing issues but the crew was still very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Handmade, hot donuts take a bit longer to produce that the ones you pull from the case at the convenience store. Thats just the reality of the situation. But I didnt see a single person walk away unhappy.

Read reviews about how good the donuts were and more than a couple mentioning “Mo”. Both live up to the hype! They were busy and it was slightly chaotic but Mo had the greatest attitude and made sure all the “babies” had a donut to keep them happy. She alone made the wait worth it. Donuts were great and not anywhere near as pricey as I expected. Great service and great people. Order ahead if you can to avoid any wait or lines.

Love the fact that they are made hot and fresh right in front of you while you wait. This was my first time going. I highly suggest downloading and ordering from the app if you want a faster pickup of your donuts. They have 48 different kinds of donuts to choose from.

Very good donuts. Take my advice and order online and pickup. I waited in line last time forever. This time I did the online pickup and walked in and picked up immediately. No wait at all. Awesome.

I love Duck Donuts. I got to this location ad around 10:30ish and did not have to wait to order, but I did wait maybe 10 minutes max to get my donuts. Worth it, though!

Last weekend we ordered a couple dozen donuts and were not disappointed! We ordered kinds in increments of 3 so we were a little difficult but the donuts were a HUGE hit with our group. I recommend ordering in advance or online however.

We visited this morning in our PJs for the first time and it was totally worth it! The hand dipped and topped donuts are super yummy and the staff was very friendly. Josh was killin it, making donuts as fast as he possibly could!From the time we arrived until we walked out with our donuts it was close to 45 minutes. We are not upset, though. The place was very busy and theres no way to be mad that everyone else wanted donuts, too! But again, they were worth the wait!

I travel to Duck donuts on a regular and we like to stay near one on vaca bc its our quilty pleasure. Today is the first time we have had an order wrong. Wish we liked chocolate but we dont so 3 out of 6 donuts no good... still will return

Order a half dozen of doughnuts through a food app, doughnuts did not come until 2 hours later. my breakfast sandwich was cold and the wrong coffee was brought. who orders warm milk with whip cream? OH and to top it all off there was a fly in the coffee, couldve happened there or on the drive to me but just didnt help matters much. I called, no one answered, left a voicemail, still no callback. the only refund I was able to get was through my uber eats and not Ducks. I guess it is true when they say sometimes your first is your last because this was my first and last purchase from Ducks Donuts. (the doughnuts i did get were wrong!!!!)

I have ordered 2x from this place and I absolutely love it! My kids and I are obsessed!!! If you want fresh made to order warm yummy donuts this is the place to get it from!!!

Overrated. Long waits even if you order online. All the donuts taste the same. They just cover them in different frosting.

Picking up my our online order was a bad experience. Workers were hostile and seemed bothered by our business.Not a good vacation pick.Younger lady who made the coffee was nice. The older woman was the rude one.

With the Fall brings a new variety of donuts. Gotta try the WEREWOLF!! Bacon, maple icing with raspberry drizzle!! Any donut from here is worth trying at least once. Fresh and warm every time.

Absolutely amazing visit! COVID has changed how we do EVERYTHING in public. This Crew was amazing today! Friendly, helpful and excited to see our group of Sunday bridge runners. But, lets face it... We came for the donuts and they were delicious!

Delicious donuts, absolutely worth the price and the wait. The employees were very friendly and professional. Overall a fantastic experience. Josh was extremely helpful at the register in helping us pick through their multitude of toppings!

Delicious warm donuts with topping choices

My wife and I rode our bikes 5 miles from near the point in Cherry Grove, excited to try Duck Donuts for the very first time. We arrived Sunday, September 13th at 9:30 AM. There was a couple outside. I asked if they were in line. They said no they had already placed their order. I went inside. There was a woman waiting at the front counter. The employee behind the counter didn’t even greet me or say hi, welcome to Duck Donuts. She said loudly, “you here for a pickup?” I said no, I’d like to get some donuts. She said “I’m getting ready to close. I’m the only one here and I’m not taking any more orders“. I said I only want six donuts. She said emphatically, “I’m closed!” I wondered why there wasn’t a locked door or closed sign displayed. I left feeling very unwelcome, very rudely treated, and sure that I would never return there. No donut can be worth that treatment. I would suggest going to Krispy Kreme or Dunkin Donuts where the doughnuts are delicious and the companies actually want your business!

Donuts were delicious, but the wait was incredibly long, mostly outside in the hot morning sun due to COVID restrictions on numbers inside. Id advise doing an online order for pickup. Shelly was really sweet with my kids as she made our donuts.

The girls there were working hard on our visit which was customer appreciation day for dollar doughnuts. They were good !

The girl making the donuts complained the entire time about customers ordering donuts. Saying we didn’t understand how hot it was. She removed her mask while making the donuts also.We’ve been to many Duck donuts, they are always busy understandably. However, this was the worst experience.One employee ruined it!

First experience there. The girl sitting out front was not very assertive in greeting and advising people of the process. After standing in line for 40 minutes I got inside and placed my order. The price for 6 donuts is almost $10 which I think is high. My wife liked them but Ill stick with Krispy Kreme.

BEST DOUGHNUT I HAVE EVERY HAD.Went here today while on vacation. So much better than Dunkin’ and Krispy Kreme. I got the beach doughnut and a s’mores mocha drink. They were both fresh and good quality. Not a long wait at all.

Finally made it been dying to try since they opened ..... OMG Krispy WHO ? Dunkn WHO ? The squishyness and texture of their donuts are OUT OF THIS WORLD and the flavor is INSANE . The employees are so nice and having fun making donuts and really tried hard . When it was obvious to the cashier I didnt know what I was doing she was so helpful and answered questions . She also helped me get some merchandise off the shelf . THANK YOU GUYS for such a wonderful experience. ❤

I didn’t mind the line to get in, understanding social distancing to get into a small store. What made me very uncomfortable was customers were allowed in who were not wearing masks when there is a clear sign on the door requiring them. Also, almost all of the employees had the mask under their nose and one just had hers on her chin the entire time. I stayed because I promised my kids (who were thankfully not with me) these donuts but this was not a very good experience. I’m sure there are other duck donut shops around that might take this situation more seriously.

Employees are terribly slow. Stood in line for an hour and a half with 4 people in front of me. Never made it inside Bc once inside it was another 45 minutes for them to make the donuts. Wasted an hour and a half with no breakfast for my family. Very disappointed in our first duck donuts experience
