Brian efficiently guided us through the options as we tried out floor models and expressed our preferences. No high-pressure sales tactics. Large selection, GREAT pricing, free delivery—in our case, just an hour after we made our choice and wrote up our order! Plus the delivery guys were terrific—they “made haste slowly” as the saying goes. Overall, I can’t imagine a better furniture-buying experience.

Went in to buy 3 mattresses today, Mattress Experts was the second mattress store we visited. We sure dodged a bullet! When we walked in we weren’t acknowledged, so we decided to leave, that’s when the staff (Brian) who I believe is the owner decided to greet us— as we were crossing the threshold to walk out of the store. We told him we wanted a soft mattress and everything we laid down on was just too stiff. We weren’t happy with the products that they offered, and we were just about to leave when his coworker (some girl whose name I do not know) decided to mumble under her breath to Brian that they should try to sell us a model that they can’t seem to get rid of.. if that’s not poor business than I don’t know what is. We told him that we weren’t seeing anything that we liked and that we really liked the sealy mattresses that we found at Mattress Direct and he told us that we should stay away from sealy mattresses— that the quality has gone down hill and that they are junk. Then he proceeds to bash Mattress Direct and say that they have never received awards for “best selling mattress store” like he has and that they sell junk. We thought that would be then end of his rant, until he proceeded to say that his competitor won’t be in business much longer (he suspects 6 months) and we should keep that in mind before we purchase from them, that they are closed wednesdays and sundays because they can’t afford to pay staff, and also that they had to move from their previous location because they couldn’t afford the rent. Needless to say, we left his tiny establishment with terrible products to go forward with our initial instinct to purchase from Mattress Direct! I believe that bashing and defaming his competitors is part of his sales tactic and that is just poor business. It’s terrible to think that a business talks so poorly of another establishment to earn business and prevent another owner from putting food on the table. I suspect that it will be Mattress Experts that won’t be around for another 6 months. Do your research or go see for yourself the immaturity and nature of Brian as I believe I am not the only potential customer that he has told these horrible things: Moral of the story stay away from this establishment and go to Mattress Direct— we did and Lois was very helpful, actually greeted us, and gave us a great deal (also with free delivery!). Good riddance is all I can say!

Brian Bayley went out of his way to help us! We bought a new house in N. Myrtle Beach and we had taken a bed down to sleep in the first night but it got wet during travel. We slept on the floor the first night and the next day we went bed shopping! The first few places could not deliver for a few days. When we went to see the Mattress Experts, Brian Bayley, he told us he could deliver that afternoon! We bought a new king size bed and they delivered as promised! They gave us free delivery and two new pillows! Great service and prices!

I was so impressed with these guys! I went in just looking for an extra plastic mattress cover they might have laying around. They didn’t have one, so they pulled one off of a new mattress for me. Prior to stopping at their store, I stopped somewhere else and was told “I’d be happy to give you one if I had one” Not very helpful. Brian and his team were super friendly and very knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing a much needed pillow from them. When I’m in the market for a new mattress I will definitely be going back to the Mattress Experts!

If I could give more than five stars I surely would! Customer service is second to none. My husband and I stopped in early this afternoon in search of a high quality mattress to replace the one we have in our camper. We were greeted at the door by Brian and his girlfriend. My Husband and I are both disabled and went to the Mattress Experts Store in North Myrtle Beach to look at the Mattresses. Katherine the salesperson was so nice to us.She went out of her way to make sure that we understood everything. Brian gave us an amazing experience when buying new mattresses for our Condo! We upgraded from a Queen to a King in the master bedroom and replaced a Queen set in our guest room. He provided us with mattress pads that are water resistant and dont allow the sheets to crawl all over the mattress as you turn over in the bed. The selection of mattress sets, pads and pillows is tremendous at his store and he carries all major brands. Disposable Pillow covers are provided for sanitary test rests and we were not at all rushed while selecting our two sets. Delivery was free and no effort was required on our part! They even offered to vacuum before placing our new purchases!We ALWAYS try to shop local and independent, so we are thrilled to have Mattress Experts SC in North Myrtle Beach. The service, selection and pricing are our reward, especially with this store!

I had broken a plastic foot for a bed frame purchased years ago from a company long out of business. I couldnt find a replacement online or any foot at all of the proper height. After noticing the store I stopped in with the faint hope that I could find something that I could use. Brian, the owner, went to the back and dug around in a box or old parts and presented me with an exact replacement foot at no charge. He was knowledgeable and personable, and I appreciated both his trouble and his generosity. Ill definitely visit his store when I next need to replace a mattress.

We went in the Thursday of Memorial Day weekend and were in need of multiple mattresses, box springs and frames. The catch... we needed next day delivery as it was for a vacation home. What a helpful and knowledgeable person, Brian is. Recently, had major back surgery, and not getting any good sleep. Brian educated me about how adjustable beds with a foam mattress and or a hybrid would help with the pressure in my back, and being able to adjust my head and feet to my zero gravity position would give me better quality sleep. The very first night of sleeping on my new bed, after Brian and his staff delivered and set my bed up, was unbelievable. Slept all night, uninterrupted and woke up revived, and feeling the best Ive felt in a long time. I highly recommend letting Brian help you with your selections. No pressure, no BS sales pitch, and his customer service is superior to any big box store or furniture store.

So I told the owner I would leave a review and Im a man of my word. I waited about 2 weeks after purchase to ensure I liked the bed as well as the adjustable frame purchased. I have 0 regrets. Salesman always try to steer you towards certain products that bring them a high commission.. Even if this were the case its an excellent product. Brian was a huge help as we had developed a pot hole in our old bed and needed a bed asap. We had it delivered with in 2 days (and we purchased around 6 pm). Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a condo in North Myrtle Beach and Saturday June 11th was the first time we had stayed there. Well when I removed the mattress pad the mattress was gross! So I googled Mattress North Myrtle Beach and found Mattress Experts. We went straight there around 3:00 pm and talked with Brian and he give me a great price on 2 mattress sets and delivered them before 7:00 pm (and removed the old sets as well) the same day even though he was there alone and had tickets to a concert!! We came to Mattress Experts in North Myrtle Beach because they were named the #1 mattress retailer in the area and I now know why! The owner Brian Bayley was wonderful! He was so knowledgeable about the various mattresses he had. Answered every question and let us try different ones. He was not pushy and so friendly. The showroom was so clean and had a huge selection of mattresses. We ended up buying a Stearns and Foster adjustable mattress and base and Brian gave us a great deal on the set. I got a king size adjustable bed for $300 less than a queen adjustable bed priced out of Myrtle Beach. The owner, Brian, even threw in a free delivery and set up. As if that wasnt enough he removed my old mattress and donated it to the church which he does very often. Saying I am pleased with my purchase is an understatement, i cant express enough how much I love this bed!!
