I had problem with my emails sending through a non-Google provider. Within SECONDS of explaining that this was my issue, the tech, Matthew, had my phone in-hand and DELETED my account on my phone! He suggested that I close out that account and use only Gmail - I get why this is the case...however he got rather snarky with me that I didnt like the fact that he deleted my email acct. Sure - I was very annoyed with him and he suggested that I not get defensive...I was really put out and had every reason to be!!What these technicians dont understand is that customers RESENT their phone being taken and things being done without asking and/or telling THE PHONE OWNER what they are doing! We are also not learning what they are doing if they have our phone and they are impatient about showing us (which he was).Do not go to Matthew at this store. He later apologized however he did it in a way that justified what he did.

Randomly stopped by this store to ask a question about who I would need to contact to get my phone repaired. A gentlemen named Daniel (I believe) spent about 5 minutes to examine and clean my phone charging port. Saved me a TON of time, money and frustration. So thank you to him and the T-Mobile team there at the Great Northern Mall. Excellent service and extremely helpful!!

None of them know what thier doing. They dont respect thier customers. They wont help bc none of them know how too. Josh is trash he walked away to help other sales people with their customers which is fine I guess but never once did he excuse himself or apologize for walking away from us. There were other sales men there that werent helping customers but they were busy playing Pokémon go on thier phones. They were not willing to help. And on top of all that they laugh at your suggestions. Save yourself the time and dont go there.

Picked up a Samsung galaxy watch 3 and the dude was awesome! Corey picked up my watch from another store and had it ready for checkout when I arrived. Quick, easy and friendly service. Will be returning in the future!

I am a business customer. After they sold me a bunch of equipment and plans they abandoned me. Multiple emails to my salesperson have gone unanswered. I cant even get them to do my billing correctly. Its just a bunch of finger pointing between the organization and no answers or solutions for me. After all they already have me in a plan what do they need me for now.

I worked with Jennifer and I had an obnoxious amount of questions AND on top of that I had a somewhat complicated phone switching and upgrading situation.Lets just say there were a lot of moving parts.Jennifer handled it all with a smile and nice demeanor and she never made me feel like a nuisance. Seldom do I actually enjoy shopping, but this was an exception. Staff were very kind and helpful. Id recommend raises to these folks, as theyre the kind you really dont want to see go to a competitor.

Do not go here!!! I went in and the customer service was horrible and so bad. I had a sales person named Amy I think. She didnt seem like she wanted to help me what so ever! I was locked out of my phone. She tried to reset my phone and said it didnt work to fix the problem, so I would have to order a new phone and it would be a charge. Then when I got home... I was able to reset my phone like she did no problem and my phone was fixed, so I felt lied to. I am glad I didnt order a new phone but it took a lot of time to go into the store only to be told it wasnt able to be fixed when clearly it was. Wont be returning here again. She was rude and condessending when I just wanted help.

I’ll never shop at the place again. I signed for their services and traded my iPhone 6 for the 6s. The employee told me he gave me $300 for my trade in and come to find out months later they only gave me $100.

I just called in to ask about getting a new line and phone number and whoever answered was totally RUDE and obviously didnt understand what I was saying. Zero customer service skills and sales skills.
