I LOVE this store. It can be on the expensive side

Unfortunately we arent going to come in this store again. That is the second time in a month. The woman with the heavy make up was extremely rude to us when we walked in. We both cant understand the attitude problem. Not very good feeling being in there with rude staff. She might be a assistant manager. They need nicer people working here. Hopefully they find someone nicer to people who walk in and learn how to greet people coming in.

I love this store, I love this staff, I love that they remember you even when youve been gone for long enough for the entire store to change over its stone and crystal stock! They tend to invest themselves in each of their customers and make you feel at home, which is probably how I got so hooked on them in the first place (their stock of crystals and stones aside). Any questions are always answered promptly and customers are left alone to explore if they prefer that instead.Never change, guys!

Nice employees that always offer to help. The selection of products is vast with apparel to artwork to incense sticks. The price range is moderate to expensive depending on the type of product, but they are all of upmost quality.

I go here the most out of the many clothing stores I travel to. This shop has a wide variety of exotic clothing ideas and you will most likely find some clothes that you cannot find at the other stores. Honestly, this store needs more recognition as it has more authentic clothing then others.

I typically enjoy going to earthbound but this last shopping trip has really turned me off. Every time i go to the mall I have to stop in and get something because I love this store but I wont be going back to the great northern location they always have different employees every time I shop at store now there is a older lady thats working there now who loves to follow you all through the store everywhere you go shes right behind you asking you questions I do understand that it is their job to ask you if you need help but once I decline leave me alone.

I walked up the store today at North Olmsted, a worker told me the store was at capacity and I had to wait to go in. Two people walked out 5 minutes later, this same worker didnt say I could go in. Another 5 minutes later, another customer walked up and just walked in. I asked this same worker why did you let them in and not me and I have been waiting. She replied something I couldnt hear through her mask. So I said can I go in also, she replied I still had to wait. Now is the issue is because of my skin color because Im African American and the customer that was allowed in before me wasnt. I dont think Ill visit this location again.

Very unique store with a variety of holistic items, clothing made out of non-traditional materials such as hemp, and a nice selection of decorative pieces. Employees are always courteous and helpful.

Very friendly workers, kind atmosphere, cute clothes and jewelry. Great place to stop and browse in, especially for summer. Offer scarves and gloves during winter too. Expensive for what it is, but good quality items. Great for boho/hippie aesthetics, and smells really nice in the store (however if youre sensitive to stronger smells, might give you a small headache). Offers jewelry, clothes, backpacks, hats, stones, windchimes, decor, sunglasses, etc. No changing rooms

All of the crystals and mantra posters you need to look like you know what a chakra is. A good selection of clothing that you wont want to wear until its at least 65° out, and of course, salt lamps. I buy gifts here for most of my friends, and its within a pricce range that I can justify. $12.49 is plenty enough to spend on Emily. She doesnt even bring food to the potlucks anyways.
