Very poor customer service, you spent about 30 minutes online just to speak to the pharmacy and on top of that I called in and the lady picked up and I ask her to help me and she kept me online for another 30 minutes. Whoever is the regional manager of this particular location need to do a cleanup because it does not make any sense to why you can’t provide great customer service. And if you’re unable to provide great customer service for whatever reason at least provide decent customer service and treat people like their human beans.

Gave clerk my credit card and when he gave me my prescription he said the card is in the bag. Immediately, I told him it was not. They lost it at best.
This CVS is very convenient because its 24 hours and has a good amount of parking. The employees here are very nice and they even let me use the bathroom without buying anything. The place is very clean and organized and the line isnt long cause the cashier is quick with ringing people up
Drive thru pharmacy is so slow. I appreciate they offer covid testing, but I sat in a line of 5 cars that took 45 minutes to get through - seems excessive.

Well I came through drive yesterday 6/11 to pick 3 prescriptions for my mother. The total came up to $54.49. When I got home i realized my debit card was charged twice. I tried calling multiple times to the pharmacy and I didn’t get any answer. I came in 6/12 to speak to someone and a supervisor told me it’s not possible that I was charge twice. I showed her my personal banking transactions via phone and she basically said it’s nothing she can do. I now have to contact my bank. I will not have my mother comign to this location or picking up again. Also the lady supervisor didn’t have a name tag on said I should’ve been charge more for my mothers medication as well. Which is incorrect one was $12.49 other two was 21.00 which totaled $54.49.The pharmacy does not hold themselves accountable to for their mistakes. Instead they give you an attitude and tell you it isn’t possible that I was charge twice when I clearly had proof that I was charge twice and both transactions weren’t pending either. Never again
I have never been treated so unprofessionalally by a pharmacy. This one clearly leaves something to be desired. And when they have issues with other clients dont pass the attitude on to the next customer and then blame the client for their lack of interpersonal skills. Instead of me not returning, I wouldnt waste my time going back there! Disrespect is what youll get from the pharmacy tech Laura and the rest of them..
So many years that I buy in this same pharmacy but there are already several times that I have gone to pick up medicine and after days they call me or send a message that I need medicine to collect, but those times but now if I make it public, and also if you call to To be answered in Spanish, you have to wait half an hour for the call to be answered, but if you call in English in a two-by-three they will answer you, then they give Spanish-speakers a deal and those who speak English are supposed to be the same. whatever the language or everything else and one is going to buy not to ask for anything as a gift.

Should retrain pharmacists, SPECIFICALLY LAURA H, on how to speak to other pharmacies when transferring prescription(s). 1. Do not carry on conversations with your tech about a different patients prescription.2. Do not laugh when when I ask if youd prefer to call back. YOU called me. And despite what you think, I was busy as well.3. Do not hang up on the pharmacist you are speaking to. I mean, really?? So incredibly rude.
Pharmacy pretty good. However, the woman cashier was VERY rude. I have never been treated worse shopping at cvs in my years of experience. Also the woman manager isn’t very nice either. Reading other reviews allow me to see that other people have been treated the same. I hope the upper management have a talk with this cvs about treatment for their loyal customers.
The pharmacy went above and beyond for us. The tech looked back through our old purchases and found that we had over paid and remedied it by giving us a gift card for the amount. It was very thoughtful and unexpected.
I came to get poster done on the Kodak machine. The machine wouldnt work the manager and employee had no idea how anything worked. After 20 minutes of waiting I asked whats the problem they have no idea how anything works. I would never recommend coming here for anything

They have a item listed online that this location is the only store that has it I go to the store at 4:30 am so I can make sure I get the item and three managers say they don’t have it without checking in the back. They were so busy with the inventory company in the store counting items that they didn’t care about me getting up at 4:30 am to get what I needed . They said a truck is coming in tonight .

Rude Paula the manager is extremely rude. I decided to stop by the store omw to work as most snipers I check down the isle. Everything in this isle is a dollar some marked down Christmas items. I pick up Christmas lights the item tagged $5 marked down $1.25. When I get the register in expected the cashier rings it up $24.99. The cashier says the Christmas was marked down let me check it out. The manager comes over and says I received an email from corporate they changed their mind theyre going to put back for next yr..then she says no its regular price its just seen as tv. So I took a pic and she does over and starts telling. I said if your not wrong its nothing to worry about. I proceeded to cal corporate now this is the manager she talk so loud customer service asked if I wanted to get my kids. I was like high thats your manager!Who is purchasing Christmas lights now at $24.99. It really wasnt about the ight because I dont need them but the disrespect.The yelling. This is my morning torn up over Christmas lights you know your not going to sell. I see many other complaints contact BBB because so many compliments Paula is 60 not a college student she should know better and alot more respectful.

STAY AWAY !!!!!!!! My suggestion would be fo avoid all CVS stores if you are able to do so, ESPECIALLY this one !!!!! Unfortunately my Insurance only covers certain CVS locations, and they were out of a medication that I needed ! For the past year if this had happened, I have gotten them filled here and paid out of pocket with NO issues !! It is unfortunate, but I am not healthy at the moment and was recently hospitalized, I have ACUTE asthma ! This medication is a MUCH NEEDED Medication prescribed to me by my pulomogists, let me stress he as a medical professional who obviously felt it was needed, if he prescribed it !! I spoke to This location yesterday to confirm they had the medication in stock and they did, the pharmacist Fay assured me it was NOT a problem at ALL to fill !!! Today after my doctors apt, he sent 3 much needed BREATHING medications to this location ! A few minutes later I get a phone call from the pharmacist Laura, I have NEVER EVER EVER spoke to such rude and unprofessional person in my life !!!!!! She out right refused to fill any of my medications, claiming I can not pay out of pocket, but had no explanation as why I have been able to do so many other times !!!! Also, she was clearly exercising her position of power, but displayed NOTHING professional . There is a way to speak to people, in any and all professions!! Apparently it’s there policy, that has clearly been violated several times, if that is the truth !! However I don’t believe it is, Fay assured me there would be NO issues !! So either they have violated there own policies SEVERAL times, or Laura decided after viewing my profile to personally discriminate against me, due to some of my medications !!! I can assure you, my lawyer is already involved and Complaints have been filed with the state, civil, and the board !! Needless to say I do NOT have any of my BREATHING medications that can make the difference between life and death, and Laura and CVS WILL BE HELD 100% responsible from 11 am on today for any further damage caused to my health . I hope to god, Laura never has to experience what I endured from her today, and never has experience not being able to breathe !! Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY from all CVS locations and find yourself a small, friendly, understanding, accommodating town / local pharmacy !!! A customer care rep, even called her to express the urgency to fill these medications and she still refused ! CVS customer care is also the biggest joke, and 100% useless in assisting, clearly even their staffed clinical pharmacists DO NOT have enough education to fully understand how important it is for an asthmatic to have there medications !!!!! I also see after reading reviews from others, they play these games with other people as well !!! They have done the same to me pending on the medication, have lied to my face about the stock of the medication !! Clearly this seems like a HUGE issue with certain pharmacists DISCRIMINATING against customers based of their own bias !! They DO have legal, moral, and ethical codes that they MUST follow, and it is becoming VERY VERY VERY clear they are in violation !!! It is NOT their job to discriminate against the customers based on a medication a DOCTOR has prescribed, it is at the DOCTORS assessment what medications a patient NEEDS !!!! It’s the pharmacists job to FILL what the doctor deemed MEDICALLY NEEDED, it’s NOT the pharmacists decision to make if we need or do not need a medication !! CVS pharmacy in North Plainfield RTE 22 East bound side is one of the worst pharmacies I have EVER DEALT WITH MY LIFE!! VERY VERY RUDE STAFF. On 1/10/20 my doctors office was trying to help fill an important medication for me for narcolepsy which means I can fall asleep at any time if I dont get it...now we are both on the hold for 30min before they pick up and when they did the office staff at the doctors office was trying to help me out the pharmacy staff was annoyed because she was supposed to get off At 1pm and We were holding her up?!?!?Are you serious???? Every time I call this pharmacy I am on hold for up to 45min at times this is the same when I go through the drive thru or when I go in.....its ridiculous how they operate....CVS needs to work with their staff and train them how to talk to people!!!

The worst mistake they could have ever made is their pharmacy not being open 24hrs anymore. This was the only pharmacy in the area that was open 24hrs. This was especially beneficial to the ones leaving the emergency room late at night and being able to fill a prescription. Ive always took comfort in knowing I can fill my emergency prescriptions at any time. This needs to be changed
Large established drugstore chain. Recently the pharmacy hours have been cut back to regular day and evening hours, but the rest of the store open 24 hrs. Large free handicapped parking, and wheelchair access. Rx, otc items, HABAs, candy, cards, magazines, durable health goods, foods, photo, in store at, etc.
I will never return and shop from here, the manager does not know anything he’s doing, employee asked him if she can process the amount on credit card and clearly he can not read at all, my card isn’t expired he was saying card is expired til I went home and paid attention that he cannot read and card was not expired such of waste of time at this cvs, promise will never come back in here for how ignorant they are

Plain awful customer service. Two days ago, I called in a refill on a prescription. I was told a refill wasnt available, so theyd call it in. Today, I went to pick it up, and they had still yet to call. After 20 minutes in store, they finally told me that they had the wrong number. No effort was made to get the right number, or to inform me why there was such a delay. They made a half hearted effort, failed, then gave up, with blatant disregard to communicating with me, the customer.
This pharmacy is horrible. They treat you unfair depending on the medication you are filling. This is the 3rd time I am here. The 1st two times they said they couldnt fill the medication because it wasnt in stock. They now told me it will take 30 mins. It usually takes 15 minutes. Not busy either....****** update!!! I waited 30 mins and when I got to the window she said they only had 9 available. Its funny though because before I had left the prescription she had told me that they had it in stock. They are discriminating against people who take certain medication. Its not right. Smh.

Long waits, unhelpful staff. Phone is either busy, 10 minutes + of hold time, or just not answered.Further, I was sent home because they didnt find a prescription that was called in. When I came back 20 minutes later and demanded they check the voicemail. It had been sitting there for hours before I arrived.They were also rude to the person in front of me and had told her prescription was ready by text or email, but had no record when she tried to get it.

I just called the CVS of North Plainfield and the female representative was down right rude,had to call back and complained.
I cant speak for the morning shift but at night its calm. The workers helped me locate what I need and there is sometimes long wait time its because customers.
Ive been on hold for 17 minutes and this is the third time Ive phoned. On each of the other calls they disconnected me after saying hold on.
