Ordered an intake manifold. Arrived quickly.The day I go install it, I find overspray of some sort on it. Its not really a big deal because you can take a wire brush to it and clean it off. Item was not damaged.I emailed Eric Swanson and he has Zero customer service skills and does not know how to receive feedback. I sent him a note directly of what I came across and he took it personal and put blame on the manufacture.Hes approach was to use some ridiculous analogy as to why I didnt cal him to ship the item back, but elected to install it.He chooses to insult me, rather than own the feedback and take it as a way to improve.Absolutely NO class.
